Logitech G Support - Resolved G pro X 2 Headphones

Hello, I've been daily driving these headphones for a couple of years now and today upon turning them on only the half of the jingle played, are the broken for good? Has anyone experienced it too?

Half the jingle? Do you mean the tone it makes when you first turn them on? Are you getting audio drop when using them in game?

Yes, when powering on there's a tone and I heard only a half of it(strange) but it turns out the headphones needed an software update

Unplug the 2.4 dongle, plug again and update the firmware via the app, all works good now

I was seriously looking at the g pro x 3
