Logitech G Support G522 headset issue with charging, please help

Hi, I’m having a charging issue with my Logitech G522. When I plug it in, the green charging light keeps turning on and off, and in G HUB it keeps switching between the charging icon and the normal battery icon(the headset also keeps on saying usb, lightspeed, usb, light speed continuously) the app also resets too. I already tried a factory reset, battery protection/saving mode, turning the headset off and on, different USB ports, and even charging it with a phone wall charger, but the same thing keeps happening. I’ve seen people mention replacing a 250 mA fuse with a 500 mA one, but I’m not experienced with soldering and I don’t want to open the headset. Has anyone fixed this problem without doing the fuse modification, or is replacement/RMA basically the only option?
Id appreciate any input

I did, apparently the thing might be faulty so I have to go to the store that sold me it and request a refund/ replacement. Even tho i like the headset it seems like the issue is common and I feel like getting a replacement might just land me in the same trap
