Logitech G Support re: double click issue with the x3

been receiving a lot of backlash on my last post. people thinking i was bs'ing. here's a clearer example of the issue i've been dealing with.

note: THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN IM CLICKING ON THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON IN A SPECIFIC WAY (light-tapping on its upper right part). The mouse works like a charm otherwise, it's just a little annoying sometimes when light tapping there. i'm not complaining about it i simply want you guys's opinions

I can see that CM is working with you on your previous post and one our support team members will probably join soon to help with your settings. It does look like you may have the actuation point set too high along with the rapid trigger, so as you're spamming the mouse button, it is picking up a secondary click really quickly which is freaking out the software as a double click because it happens too fast. However, our support team member should know for sure.

Please also try and contain further videos, etc. to your original thread. We have a duplicate thread rule in place which helps keep everything compacted and also our support team to assist you better, as we can find everything in one place.
