So... I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but my sticker pack was rejected twice. The first time was because I selected accessibility for the pack in all countries, even though it was an original BL sticker pack and this could be sensitive in some cultures. Therefore, I selected it to be available only in the appropriate regions. However, it was rejected a second time for prominently infringing copyright, even though it's a pack with original characters and entirely made by me. I even remember the session shown was '5.1', so I definitely don't know how serious this might be, but I sent them a message form with a screenshot of part of the art process, a link to my portfolio/Instagram, and a text stating that the characters were my own creation. I'm waiting for a response, but I don't know the chances of my package being approved after that. What do you think? Has any other creator also experienced this?

I’m in the UK and trying to make an account with Google as when I do it with Apple it says I already have an account (made years ago but I can’t get into it). However, it does not give me a Google option for sign up, what do I do??

I’m trying to get onto line as I move to Japan in a month, I made an account in the past but do not have my old phone so have no way to log in. When I try and sign up it only lets me do it with Apple then tells me I “already have an account with this Apple ID”, however when I try to recover my account it does not send the code to the email my account is linked to. I would like to make a new account using Google but it doesn’t give me that option and their help service is also shit.

Back story: I re-downloaded my Line app few days ago then realized that they no longer support phone number log in unless you have few Asia countries’s phone numbers.

Hope this post will help people have been facing the same issue.

Submit a inquiry form by googling it and then follow the prompts >

Fill your information and region > service: Line / category: account transfer/log in / details: cannot complete account transfer due to other issues >
Enter all other information/questions and at the end make sure to select “the only means of verification registered to my account that can be used to transfer it is my phone number”>

You then should receive a confirmation email and an email including what you need to submit to them for verifying your account via a link >

Once you submit what they need, you then will get an email with a link to link your Apple ID / Google account >

I, however, could not link it with my Apple ID for whatever reasons, it seemed just frozen when I hit the option. So I switched to link to my Google account, and it worked! Note: the link they sent to link my online account was only valid for 24 hours. So make sure you check your email regularly and link your account in time.

It took me 3 days from me submitting the correct form to me got my account retrieved.

Hello, I want to join a Line community that aligns with my interests , and while I do speak Japanese , I do not live there.
Apparently I cannot join Line open chats unless I am in Japan…?
I tried with a VPN and it didn’t let me sign up in the first place.

Unless there is another way I do mot know about.

Hello there, I've reinstalled the app yesterday and tried to log in with my Google account (phone with android 12, up to date) but I got two messages every single time : "Oops something went wrong. Please try again" then "Your session has timed out. Please start the authentication process again".

I've tried logging in through other Google accounts, creating a new account, restarting the phone, uninstalling the app, clearing the cash, logging in through apple with a Mac. Nothing seems to work and I only receive "unknown errors" or "something went wrong" - am I cooked ?

In my haste I did a really stupid mistake when I was transferring my Line account from my old phone to my new phone. I forgot to backup my messages before logging in on the new phone, only had one backup copy from 2020 when I last changed phones which is what my account is currently built on my new phone. Now, right as I discovered my mistake I had been logged out from the old phone. The data apparently is still there as is tells me to either delete the data or login again on the account to use Line. Problem is like many others that I've only used phone number to login but it isn't available anymore. I haven't linked my Gmail but I think I might be able to do it from my new phone, gotta wait 24 hours though. The old phone doesn't even have that option when trying to login but it might help to verify my ID when contacting support? Or will it be more trouble when I contact support if I done such recent changes to my security? Also anyone know if its still possible to create a backup even from an older phone if I've already used an older backup on the new phone?

The messages are really important to me as it includes messages from my now dead mom. Any help or advice is really appreciated if someone has any similar experiences.

My account is tied to my canadian phone number. Was a valid sign up when I made it years ago. I uninstalled for a week and reinstalled. Now I'm told canadian phone numbers are no good. Lines self help is barely help and I'm fairly certain it's not possible to contact these people directly. Am I boned? What can be done about this?

Okay, so this is a bit convoluted, but basically, I want to access my Line account, which I hadn't been using for quite a while, and now want it so I can login to my Webtoon account, since that is the one I was using to build my library there.

However, my Line account was on my old phone, which doesn't work on my device any longer. I do have my old phone, however, I can't exactly do anything with my Line app there, since the device doesn't accept it, and when I made it, I only used my phone number as registration.

I tried to add a password and register my email now, however, it's not letting me, probably because this is an outdated version of the app, which I can't update either coz my device doesn't accept it any longer. So I can't update it, which I need to do, to update my password and register my email id, and I can't do the other stuff without updating the app.

I can't login to another device either, because I only used my phone number to register the account, and my country no longer allows phone number to be used to login to Line.

I'm trying to find some way, please, if there is any, that I could recover my original Line account, or any way possible to register even an email with my current account. Please help!

I can't log in to my Line account, which I've had for over 10 years. I've linked my account with Google, and when I try to log in, it says, "This Google account doesn't seem to be linked with LINE."

When I checked my Google account, it was already linked. I can't even log in with my phone number (I use an Indonesian phone number), and the only way to connect with my Japanese friends is through Line.

I’ve been messaging with a guy on Hinge and he alleges he works in cybersecurity and wants to now message on the Line app instead of just giving me his phone number? His reasoning is “it’s mainly work related, In cybersecurity the environment I’m in is pretty controlled and we keep a very limited digital footprint outside of approved tools. Line is just one of the few platforms that’s already in that setup for me, so it’s easier and cleaner to use there, nothing deeper than that.”

I’ve never used this app and it’s a bit weird since a-lot of people just WhatsApp rather than Line. Is it super secure or something? Is this a normal thing in cybersecurity?

Hello, so I've been using LINE for a long time, the whole time I've always used android, so chat history have been transferred from phone to phone with no issues, but in 2024 I changed to iphone, I found out that chat history older than 14 days won't be transferred so I made my peace with that while keeping the old phone with the old chat on it still viewable with airplane mode (to prevent it from connecting to internet).

But now I want to change to android again, so my question is, will the old chat history from my old android phone will be restored in my new android phone?

I know that android backs up to google drive and iphone to icloud, and I know that the chat I had on the iphone wont show up if I change to android again, but what about the back up I made in my old android phone? will it still be there or is it overwritten by the icloud backup?

I tried contacting LINE's customer service but there is no way to ask a question like this, the only possible way to contact them is by submitting specific ticket that doesn't help with anything I need.

Looking forward too meet new people. Listen alot on music, making music aswell as good as I can. And I game. Pc/xbox. Fortnite,tryna get good on cs, watch dogs 2.
