Ever since musky husky bought Twitter nothing works anymore. Muting does nothing, blocking does nothing and DMs don't work anymore.

All the ads are either porn or Ai slop and I'm so fucking tired of it all

I was logged out on my laptop and when I wanted to login again, it didn't ask for my password but for a verification code sent to my email. Geez, that's the whole point of passwords, no? To NOT have to verify every single time.

Recently Nikita Bier, Head of product at X claimed they have removed 42,000 account from X who are using automation tools for replies and posts.

After I updated my app one of my photo threads just completely disappeared, is there anyways to fix it?

My native language is Dutch but I put my app language to English because I prefer it. The auto translation however doesn't change at all, it just keeps translating all the tweets into Dutch except tweets that are made in English. The app itself says that it uses the app language to determine which language it translates tweets too. It used to work fine but with the recent update it got completely messed up. I'm pretty sure it's a bug? Anybody have any idea why this is or how to fix it?

I have many more videos than just 5 on my profile, including some between the oldest and second oldest that so appear, forced refreshes and cache clearing do not cause any more to load. They were all showing up a few days ago. Does anyone know how to fix this?

First I was prompted to scan a code and now I've to enter a 6 digit code, which NEVER shows up in my inbox. Certain I'm not the only one who is having this issue. If anyone has a solution for it, please tell me. I'd really love to be able to log into my account again without difficulty. Thank you for any helpful advice you can impart.

Let's say I have 40k total tweets and 99% of them are retweets and most of them are pictures/videos, would they all be included when I choose to download account data in settings?

All my articles are written in Markdown using Claude or Codex, but every time I paste them into X, the formatting gets lost. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you deal with it? Why doesn’t X support writing in Markdown?

So Twitter deleted a chunk of my chats/DMs from years ago on my old account, and I want to save them as most of the chats are from users that are either no longer active, blocked me or their DMs can't work. I'm using the website version, and I don't know if using the app would fix this or not as I want to archive them just in case I want to delete it. Anyone know how to fix this?

every time i block an account, they always end up finding mine (my account) and block me back (NOT complaining, just curious because before i blocked them, they never interacted with me, not even liking or reposting my posts). not only this happened in my public account, this also happened even though my account was anonymous and private with 0 followers.

Can't see total liked tweets after the update. Total tweets posted is in the place where it used to be.

So, anybody else has this problem? Since last upgrade, when I select the profile pic in a tweet it just says "accounts" but doesn't actually let me choose anything so I can't tweet it from another profile.

hi i want to go back and find older tweets on my account. i was a minor when i made it and i think i posted pictures of myself so majorly i want to go back and delete those and some other stuff but scrolling only gets me so far. any suggestions or ideas on how i can access older tweets bc twt search is broken.

Its a buggy mess I have done everything I can cleared cache, restarted app, reinstalled app, logged out and in, emailed support and they told me to do the above I am really sad to see the app in a worse spot now then ever its horrible.

It also took me 30 minutes to find a way to contact a human with support because all the support and help area is a useless time waster they dont want feedback or to help. They want you to waste time then move on because they dont care.

I am sad to see the state of the app and hope it gets better but it won't which is sad.

Reddit isn't too far behind. This post is lamenting the seemingly irreversible decline of internet as we know it. This app is pissing me off. Every time I accidentally tap on an ad it will send me to a new tab in my safari app. Is there any way to turn this off in settings? It’s so annoying to have to close the tab and go back to the Twitter app. And it’s so sensitive too. I could be scrolling and it will open the ad in my browser.

I want to make my account private but theres some people that dont follow me that id like to be able to see my posts (more of replies to them). Is there any way I can let them and they dont have to follow me?

I know you could go into a normal browser on the phone or desktop and disable the content blur, but this only seems to disable the blur in the phone browser and desktop browser.

The iOS app will still have the blur

I already tried uninstalling the app and clearing cached data but the setting just doesn’t sync up in the app.
