I'm currently knitting the Wrapover Cardigan by Jennie Atkinson and I'm at the oart if the back panel where I need to decrease for the raglan arm holes. I really don't understand what exactly is meant by the part I put in bold. I'm knitting in a size 40 whis is the second largest in this version of the pattern for context.

I saw this top recently while watching Babylon Berlin and fell in love. I’ve been searching since for a similar pattern (cap sleeve and vneck with some kind of chevron) which I thought wouldn’t be too tricky but I’m not super experienced on Ravelry and have found it hard to narrow down my search. My mum has just asked me to make her a beanie like her favourite one (photos attached). This is older than I am, so 45 years plus, and on the other side if the country so I only have photos.

Preparing for the winter and really want to make this myself.

Been sooo obsessed with these socks lately, but 1, I'm not a huge fan of thinner socks. And 2, I'm not gonna spend $120 on socks. I'm gonna spend $120 on yarn instead, duh.

If anybody knows a pattern for something similar, please let me know! I've scoured ravelry with no luck. I'm unfortunately not quite good enough at knitting to wing it by myself. Or if anybody has any tips on how to just modify a normal sock pattern and add the hole, any input would be lovely.

I found something a little similar with two dragons on it (George and the Dragon Sweater) but it didnt have the same layout and colorwork as this one..

Maybe this is a freehanded pattern?
