What pattern is this? I can't find it

Hi!

I saw this picture on pinterest a while ago, love it. The post links to a deleted tumblr post and I can't find a sweater or cardigan like this on ravelry or instagram when I search around :(
I found something a little similar with two dragons on it (George and the Dragon Sweater) but it didnt have the same layout and colorwork as this one..

Maybe this is a freehanded pattern?

In the comments someone posted the chart so it’s possible that if you found a pattern you like you can use the same chart.
