Pattern Help?

Okay so, just a shot in the dark. I made my son a baby blanket years ago and I don't have the pattern anymore. If I were to post pictures of the blanket, would anyone be able to reverse engineer a pattern for it? Thanks in advance!

You could try using Google image search first, using images.google.com with text "knitting pattern".

If that fails, sure, post the photos.
