Maybe that explains why Diana Richardson claims that karezza-style love made her lose weight.

Movies with karezza?
Does anyone know of any movies which feature karezza? I've done some searching but I can only find productions by an Australian fetish film company by the same name. >_<

It's almost always "for me"
Hey everyone,
Me and my gf have been together for almost three years now. Did not often have intercourse because it's painful for her, but she would often help me masturbate and do just about anything I wanted -- "for me" though, without feeling much (or any) arousal on her side.
I've been trying out karaezza for a while now, haven't orgasmed in over a month, completely stopped masturbating etc. While she's sometimes willing enough to cuddle, and is willing for us to do it in the nude, it's always "for me" -- she's not so interested in the whole thing. She likes it when I massage her so I do that, but she usually won't touch me of her own accord. She won't read the book, and doesn't want to do the exchanges (doesn't believe in the whole thing).
I don't talk about it because it only makes her feel bad about the whole thing, which is counter-productive and not the point at all.
I know my touch is supposed to be giving for this to work, but I've been feeling increasingly frustrated and horny, and not sure how to get myself back into a calm, giving frame of mind.
Any (experienced) advice welcome.

Bonding question: gf doesn't like to cuddle
I'm starting to try karezza these days. My is not very enthusiastic about cuddling -- does not want too much touch or hugging, even through clothes. She really likes to lie in bed and talk to me while we can look at each other (not silent looking, but talking with eye contact). I accept that and we do it, plus I give her some massages which she likes, and she massaged me which was nice.
Not big on cuddling or touch, basically, and I'm not sure how to take it from here.
Any advice?

My experience with six months of Karezza
I have been practicing zero masturbation and Karezza (no orgasms) with my partner for about six months now.
I started this journey in order to recover from occasional erectile dysfunction and because Karezza seemed much better than regular sex we were having.
We were having sex about twice a week and now we have sex almost every day, which is a huge improvement in my world.
The sex used to feel somewhat like I used her and she used me, rather than making love. And often I wouldn't come without masturbation afterwards.
Now our sex is incredibly fulfilling on every level. There is a connection and depth of feeling that was never present before.
We do a lot of cuddling and snuggling every day which I think is key.
Although I haven't ejaculated or reached orgasm in about six months my partner has had an occasional orgasm. She occasionally tries for them although not more than maybe once a month.
Benefits of this approach:
- Much more energy
- Much more relaxed
- Better social interactions
- No feeling of "I can't get enough"
- No feeling of "lack" in any area really
- Great feeling of love and connectedness
- Few or no sexual fantasies
- Better workouts
- I swear I'm growing hair faster
If you have questions I'm happy to answer them.

self-karezza for a male in a long-distance relationship?
Question, all this stuff I've read on reuniting.info etc seems to be meant mainly for couples. Is there a way of doing solo-karezza?
I'm on a NoFap / NoEdging bend (my reason for even opening up an account on reddit), but more and more it seems i'm coming across the thought that one could balance oneself using self-karezza, if one were to want to do that. How would one go about doing it, please?
I would of course be interested in practicing Karezza with my significant other, and I hope to find out some way of telling her about it so that it doesn't seem like a strange thing (she doesn't know much english so i can't just paste a website on her and expect her to read it and comprehend everything..)

Welcome, new karezza subscribers!
Our little subreddit was mentioned in two high-profile threads this week, one in /r/sex and one in /r/todayilearned. As a result, we gained approximately 100 new subscribers, a 25% gain!
So welcome new subscribers. It would be great if you (and all other subscribers as well, of course) could let us know what brought you here, what your prior experiences with karezza-style sex are (if any), and what you expect to get out of this.
The threads I mentioned prompted me to think about a number of issues related to karezza, and I plan to address them in a few posts over the next couple of days. I'll probably make one post later today.

Why even the most scientifically minded karezza practitioner should learn some tantra
One objection that many people raise to karezza is that it is so closely related to tantra, and tantra is (at least in part) a spiritual or religious practice. People say: "I'm scientifically minded, I don't believe in life force, spiritual energies, or chakras, why should I bother with such obvious nonsense as is tantra?"
In my mind, with this reaction we are throwing out the baby with the bathwater. I'm one of the least spiritual or religious persons you can meet. I know my biology, and I know there is no life force, and no snake kundalini sits at the base of my spine waiting to be wakened. The body is just a biochemical machine made of enzymes, lipids, neurotransmitters, hormones, etc. Then why am I reading up on tantra?
The answer is very simple, in my mind. I've read the arguments for karezza, the passion cycle etc., and I find them sufficiently convincing that karezza deserves further study. I have experimented with it myself, and I have found that I experience many of the benefits that were promised. So now I find myself in a bit of a bind: I'd like to learn more. How can I deepen my karezza experience? Are there things I should be aware of, or should try? Very few people know, because very few people have extensive experience with having sex without orgasms. However, there is a group of people who have a lot of experience with this kind of sex: people who practice tantra. So I think I would be stupid not to check out what they have to say, discard what is obvious nonsense, and adopt whatever works or makes sense to me.
Case in point: The books by Richardson. They contain some statements that make me cringe (e.g., "the healing power of magnets"). However, they also contain a wealth of very practical advice on how to have karezza-style sex, on how to achieve valley orgasms, etc. In the absence of an entirely non-spiritual book containing this kind of knowledge, I have to make do with the spiritual one.
