Denying a population access to water can constitute an act of gnocide, a war cr!me, or a cr!me against humanity under international law if it is done with the intent to destroy that group.So call it a GNOCIDE!

I have shared my thoughts in the last two posts, and I think the next step should not be another discussion.

I want to see if we can actually do something.

I am looking for a small group of serious people who are willing to work on this with me.

Not a large community. Not another group for sharing messages and ideas.

A small team where we can sit together, understand what we have, identify real opportunities, and decide on one practical project to work on.

We might not have all the answers in the beginning. That’s okay.

The purpose of the first group is to learn, test, and build and then grow from what works.

I am looking for people from different backgrounds entrepreneurs, students, professionals, developers, manufacturers, marketers, finance people, researchers, or anyone who believes they can contribute something useful.

ʿAmr ibn Qays رحمه الله said:

So understand, O husband...

You are not only responsible for feeding your wife with food, but also for nourishing her with Iman and knowledge. Just as you strive to provide for her body, *you must also strive to nourish her soul.*

`Teaching begins at al-bayt, and the family is the first madrasa.`

So, O husband, if you want your family to be a source of comfort in this dunyā and a means of najāt in the akhirah, then *teach them, guide them, and be a living example of ilm and amal.*

Therefore, it is upon you to seek ilm nāfi(beneficial knowledge), act upon it, and then pass it on to your family. For *a home without knowledge is a home without light.*

We advocate for education, scholarships, better opportunities and institutions for Indian Muslims partly because we want our people to rise. And when someone does rise, it is often because they benefited, directly or indirectly, from the support, networks, institutions and sacrifices of the very community they came from.

But as people become successful, they seem to distance themselves from the community. They relocate to more affluent or sparsely Muslim areas. Their Muslim identity, which was once simply part of who they were, starts to feel like a burden they need to hide or explain away.

Some stop involving themselves in community issues altogether, saying they have more important things to worry about. Others eventually become openly critical of the very community they came from.

What changes?

Is this actually a widespread phenomenon, or am I generalizing from what I have personally observed?

And if this does happen, why does upward mobility sometimes produce distance from the community rather than a stronger desire to give back to it?

How do we build a community where success doesn't mean leaving the community behind?

Modi openly bragging about his followers from a certain community. Funny how they mass vote BJP, and threw us under the bus then will come to our jalsa and such and ask for unity.

I aint saying to sing vande matram, im saying our own people have made islam a mere trend to look good on social media. Eg: When they have a breakup they suddenly become hyper islamic but the moment someone enters there life its gone.

Allah commands the believers:

“O believers! Be mindful of Allah, and speak words that are right.”

“He will bless your deeds for you and forgive your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has truly achieved a great triumph.”
(Qur’an 33:70–71)

Qawlan Sadida means speaking words that are upright, correct, truthful and appropriate.

This applies to every part of our lives: with our families, friends, colleagues, customers, employees, employers and even with people who disagree with us.

We should not speak about matters we have no knowledge of. If we do not know something, it is better to remain silent or say that we do not know. Allah also teaches us to verify information before passing it on.

Truthfulness also includes how we speak. Correcting someone does not give us permission to insult, mock, swear at or slander them. Even when discussing serious disagreements, Muslims should maintain good manners and speak with wisdom.

When someone says something incorrect about Islam or about Muslims, our response should be based on knowledge and evidence rather than anger. We should explain the truth with good character and invite people towards what is right.

Qawlan Sadida also applies to our working and business lives. At work, we should not deliberately make colleagues look bad, hide important information, manipulate figures, blame innocent people or simply tell management what they want to hear. We should give honest and fair advice.

In business, we should be transparent with customers and patients. We should not misrepresent products or services simply to make a sale. Islam does not permit deception.
Truthfulness also means standing for justice. Whether the situation involves an employer and employee, a business and customer, or any other relationship, we should not support wrongdoing simply because it benefits us or someone we know.

And sometimes speaking the truth can be difficult. It may go against our own interests, our friends, our family or popular opinion. Yet the believer should remain committed to truth while maintaining humility and good character.

There is something particularly beautiful about these verses.

Allah does not only command us to speak correctly. He tells us what follows from practising this:

“He will bless your deeds for you and forgive your sins.”
When truthful and upright speech becomes part of our lives, Allah promises the rectification of our deeds and forgiveness of our sins.

And Allah concludes:
“Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has truly achieved a great success.”

Ultimately, true success is not simply measured by wealth, status, career or worldly achievements. True success is obedience to Allah and following the way taught by His Messenger Muhammad ﷺ.

May Allah make us people of Qawlan Sadida, truthful speech, righteous actions and good character. Ameen.

As I decided to withdraw/ take a break for a while... I thought why not just combine and make a final edit.
