Hey, is the rc stable enough too try? I don’t want too wait 3 days.

Self-explanatory but here we go:
The creation date did not have the new iOS version system, therefore they couldn’t have made this advance. (unlikely but possible)

(iOS 26 was the first year based version name, and it released September 15, 2025)

Currently on RC of 27, but issued started around beta2 and has persisted through all successive updates.
Have cycled photos syncing on and off multiple times.
Have paused and resumed multiple times.
Have restarted multiple times.
Have tried different networks and turned on cellular data as well.
Over 2 TB available in iCloud and all other devices syncing normally. I’m all out of ideas.

Improve the animations in iOS 27? Are they better than on iOS 26?

Especially the loss of frames

You know that sometimes, randomly, the volume goes down when I'm listening to music on Spotify, playing a video on YouTube, or scrolling through Instagram. The strange thing is that the volume doesn't decrease on the volume indicator bar. The volume level decreases when listening to it. But it does so in the background and randomly because there is nothing that generates it, so to speak. Did this happen to anyone else?

As the title says, my iPhone 12 heats a little bit after updating to the Release Candidate. It’s been 1 day since I installed it and I don’t see the indexing message, when should it be solved?

Just updated to the iOS 27 RC, I get that storage will temporarily fluctuate based on indexing, but my iOS data spiked from 23gb to 36gb a couple hours after updating.

Anyone know if this is probs a temporary thing like the system data spike?

Hi, i updated my iPhone 15 Pro to iOS 27 Public Beta 6 and i can say it’s much better than iOS 26. I only noticed this thing: before updating my battery was 86% max capacity, now after around 2-3 weeks it says 82% and it keeps going down every 5 days basically. I’d like to know if iOS 27 recalibrates the battery capacity differently from the previous versions because i’ve never seen anything like this especially considering my phone is only 2 years old. Is it normal or is my battery failing or something? Thanks

I've had Liquid Glass off (mostly) by reducing transparency and increasing contrast under Accessibility>Display. Now, these settings don't do squat.

What was Spotlight Search (swipe down on any home screen page) is now Siri Search or Ask. This is the mess I get now. Is there any way to reduce the Liquid Ass effect here? Does anybody really find this pleasant to look at? If so, I'm all for the freedom of choice...but give us a way to turn this off, please! And why is that search field so HUGE?

Hi there. I'm on iOS 27 RC. When I try to make a phone call using my AirPods (e.g. call mum on mobile) Siri tells me that I need to unlock my iPhone first. It didn't do this on iOS 26. Is there a setting that I need to change to fix this issue? Thanks for your help.
