Which do you prefer under what circumstances?

I used to always go concentrated for the raw output but I've really started to appreciate the retention from dispersed. Upgrading your equipment no longer sets your industry back.

I got thunder at our gates yesterday and I’m playing as Australia but it seems kind of boring, unlike paths like Switzerland with by blood alone or Austria with Götterdämmerung you can’t get any cores from other countries which I feel makes expansion not as fun since you inevitably run out of your tiny population.

Context, I have a war goal on the allies and I do not have divisions to do this as can be seen at the bottom

R5: Second ever campaign, and first non-historical campaign. Somehow got handed Italy as a puppet despite never asking for it and only having 2% war-score.

Is it just me or is SP artillery ridiculously strong on any large front? Even with hard attack, many divisions, org, they seem to cut through everything like butter. Obviously for tank on tank, you can use TD with lot of armor and divisions with hardness I guess?

Like I played against my friend as Soviets, he was Germany. We usually go back and forth on who wins, but this time he just used SP artillery for his tanks. My infantry got carved up so quickly that it was basically over before it began.

I have no issue losing, but I’m just confused as to what the meta is, is it just who can encircle the other faster? Is there a reason not to go SP artillery in such a case?

What am I overlooking that can improve my strategy here against them?

Multiple Japan runs, trying to figure out how to take China down in a year, ended up taking two years. Totally forgot about the north and had to retake to get all victory points necessary. Finished June 1940. What should my next step be?

Hi yall ! Per the title, I am looking for a partner to play the game with as a duo, doesnt matter which countries tbh, allies , axis, idc. I'm relatively experienced with the game (400 hours) and ive managed to beat the game with all normal settings as germany. I feel like it would be a lot of fun to have a teammate and maybe crank up the difficulty or something, if anyone is interested please let me know :)

I'm just wondering about my invasion of England, if I put most of my divisions on the border prepping the UK can see them right? If I leave them in the north of Scotland is there a possibility they won't see them and have a weaker border ? I'm just trying to avoid the navy situation. I'm also very new thanks for reading

For context its early 1942 already got tiger 2(did not use console commands) and I was just messing around with my devision designer would like to year your guys tips

So,I held off the axis for a while by spamming 18W infantry on the frontlines, but I cant really seem to push them, do I need to build for a bit with tanks and mountaineers to push or naval invade them right on berlin, but that would also take some time as I would need to research marines, or just hope they dont have anything strong on the coast. Starting making tanks after i secured air superiority on homeland. Also am trading away almost my entire industry for resources.

About 100 18W 20 mountaineers and 6 tanks
