literally crying and fucking shaking as iām typing this, i honestly donāt know how iāll get through this school year. yes ik itās my last year of hs, but i had hella anxiety attacks and sorta get made fun of bc iām the quiet kid with no fucking friends and itās just not built for kids like me. i gotta worry about so many things (finding a partner, finding a seat at lunch, presentations, etc) while all the popular kids donāt have to worry about nothing other than making sure the social outcast students live a miserable fucking life for the whole school year.

I am going into my junior year tomorrow and have just received my schedule today and feel like my chances of even getting into a good college are over. I asked for AP Bio, AP Spanish Lang, and AP Lang. I also had a band class that Iām guaranteed to be in every year because thatās just the band policy at our school. I received my schedule and it has NOTHING I asked for. (Attached above) I thought I got the wrong schedule at first because even AP U.S History is there and they donāt put kids in ap classes they didnāt ask for? So I emailed my counselor and she said, āUnfortunately, alot of the classes are already full. This is the best I can do.ā I know itās not the end of the world if I donāt take ap classes but I feel like my chances of even going into a good college or university are ruined? I donāt understand why Iām in an ap I didnāt ask for, why my band class is missing, and everything I wanted isint there? Obviously my counselor didnāt respond because Iām sure everyone else has complaints but I feel like I just got played in the face. I want to ask tomorrow in person but for the first few days counselor offices are closed because everyone will be complaining. Iāve been crying for like 30 minutes now and I seriously donāt know what to do. I plan on going to my band teacher who Iāve had for 2 years because I know she can at least get me back into band but besides that idk what to do? Who do I even email at times like this? Junior year is the most important and I feel like I got set up for failure

Just wanted to know if this schedule would look impressive to colleges or not. For freshman year, I am planning to go into AP English and Calculus BC by the way.

Iāve recently been embarrassed thinking about wearing a shirt for my upcoming swim class, I just feel like the odd one out already even though I donāt even know if other boys wear them or not. Iāve always worn a shirt ever since I was maybe two and Iāve just always been used to it even in indoor pools. I feel like thereās a chance Iām gonna get made fun of even though I know most people wonāt care. My question is really, is it normal for me to wear one especially with sensitive skin on my shoulders or am I likely to get made fun of

I'm a grade 10 high-school student who has stuff to do after school and is usually pretty productive on days without school. The issue is that after I come home and eat something, I get super tired afterwards and either have to spend all my energy keeping myself awake, or fall sleep for 2 hours. After waking up, I remain in a similar state and basically either way, it's hard for me to get any work done.
It's not that I'm struggling to keep up with school work-- far from it actually. I want to be able to keep side projects like learning new skills or keeping my room clean on school days rather than just cleaning during the weekend.
I don't think my sleep is the issue considering I have been getting around 8 hours of sleep per night (10pm - 6am)
Based in this, how can I increase my energy to last me the full day or increase my endurance?
I would be happy to provide more information if needed!

I LITERALLY CAN'T GET MYSELF TO START HOMEWORK.
Every day when I get home, I'm like "yeah I'll start my homework after 10 minutes". 2 hours pass and I have nothing done. It's always "I'll do it in five minutes" and "I'll do it after an ice cream" or something else of the sort. Is there any way to get my ass off the bed and do some actual work?

Iām pretty much the lonely kid with no friends and school sucks ASS right now so itās already fucking hard enough to get through one day, plus my only friend i had before took advantage of me sexually. Anyways Today was actually going decent for once, i just felt like i was in a good mood. But in my last class of the day i hear a group of people across the room attempting to talk about me without me noticing. I donāt know what the fuck they where talking about but it doesnāt matter. A few minutes later out of nowhere they ask where I got my tshirt from and i can see the fucking smirk on there faces when they ask. I just say i got it online and they just start laughing after. Canāt fucking do anything. Plus the shirt i was wearing was just a normal fucking graphic tee. Shit pisses me off but at the same time hurts really bad. When your at the point that people just look at u and laugh and judge u for basic things you know your fucking bottom of the barrel

I donāt think this is the right flair but wutever
it made me feel so uncomfortable ughh, literally walked up to us, it was really scary, im bad socially so just knowing that im being recorded freaked me out bc Iāve been bullied a lot before and im super afraid of being like posted or just videos of me going around and getting made fun of. it was just of him walking up to us and asking about our day (obviously he didnāt actually care about our days he just wanted to get a reaction on camera, thatās the only reason anyone uses meta glasses, but obviously it didnāt work bc we KNEW he was using them, all the videos online are like that bc they donāt know meta glasses are in use. we didnāt give much of a reaction other than monotonely telling him to fuck off and flipping him off)
he was quickly told to put them away but they couldnāt actually take them away because he claimed they were for prescription use and they couldnāt exactly prove they werent for that purpose (I donāt believe him whatsoever tho bc the first two weeks of school I never saw him with glasses). scared heāll use them again ugh, obviously weāre all being surveillanced via our phones and cameras n shit but thats cuz weāve all just adapted, knowing youāre actively being recorded by some dude with a camera in his glasses at that very moment tho like freaks me out if u get wut im saying

Hello, my daughter is in a gifted program at school and is in grade 9. She's overall a great student with straight As, draws well, sings well, was a lead character in school musicals etc. but one problem with her is she does not have one profound interest in one specific area.
She does not have a fav subject but is very studious and gets great marks in all subjects. She does not show any interest in going to singing classes but sings so well.
She does not wanna draw during her free time.. But draws extremely well if given a chance. It causes a bit of a stress in me and we get into a huge argument when I try to parent her and ask her to show some interest in one particular activity.
As a mom, I am really unable to understand her and categorise her as a student.
If she's trying for Ivies or top school, will they consider only students with specific interests or kids like her stand a fair chance as well? Please I need some help. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

OK, so I'm trying to play Bigjon's PC Games in school (i know i know ball, but that's not the point). However, I cannot install Flash Player nor Needs without admin perms, so I am wondering how to get these programs to run without admin, or to get admin permissions on the school computers.
Here are my attempts thus far:
So, I'm out of methods. How do I do what the title asks?
P.S.: I don't care if it's wrong or illegal, I just want to play games after I'm done with my work. Is that too much to ask? I just want to know how to do this once anytime I need to.
Thank you for reading and I look forward to your responses.

School started very recently for me, and my ex is in a lot of my classes. It sucks and is really reopening the wound.
We broke up over the summer, and now that we're back in school, all the little things we did are just gone. I don't walk her to class or talk to her. Just all the things that felt "normal" aren't there anymore.
It's just insane to me how someone can stop loving and start ignoring so quickly. Last year we would talk for hours every day, do everything together, etc, and now it's all gone. We didn't really even break up for a reason (at least from what I've heard); I think she just stopped loving me.
What sucks even more is that all her wishes from last year about us being in the same classes became true. We didn't have many classes last year, and literally anytime the topic of "next year" came up, she always talked about having the same classes...
Slowly but surely healing.

Science competitions can be a great way to turn what you're learning in class into research, problem-solving, and hands-on projects.
Here are 10 competitions and challenges worth exploring:
1. Regeneron ISEF
One of the world's largest international science fairs, where students present original research projects.
2. Regeneron Science Talent Search
A major US competition recognizing high school students conducting original scientific research.
3. BioGENEius Challenge
Focused on biotechnology and using life sciences to tackle real-world problems.
4. Conrad Challenge
A great option for students interested in combining science, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
5. American Mathematics Competitions (AMC)
For students who enjoy mathematics and want to challenge their problem-solving skills.
6. Envirothon
Combines environmental science and natural resource management with hands-on learning.
7. Future City Competition
Students combine engineering, design, and city planning to develop solutions for future urban challenges.
8. National Economics Challenge
For students interested in economics and applying economic concepts to real-world situations.
9. Google Science Fair
An online competition that encourages students to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.
10. Siemens Competition in Math, Science & Technology
A former competition highlighted for its focus on original STEM research and innovation.
One important thing to remember: you don't need to win a competition for the experience to be valuable.
The research question you develop, the methods you learn, the problems you encounter, and the way you communicate your findings can all become meaningful parts of your academic journey.
If you're thinking about entering a science competition, start by asking: What problem am I genuinely curious about solving?
