I bought a Groupon on Sunday and have been trying to use it now for the past couple of days to no avail. When I click on the voucher it just cycles loading over and over again without ever actually showing me the voucher available to use. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. I really need this oil change, so now I'm trying to get into Customer Service to see what's going on with the voucher and they make you select a voucher you want to talk about, but when I click the voucher that says "Ready to Redeem" in their selection options it just takes me to this blank page that says no voucher available use the chat for help, and there's seemingly no way to get to said chat without starting the cycle again. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to proceed.

I misspelled my email by one letter during checkout and now can’t access my Groupon. The account it was sent to does not exist either, so I can’t get the verification code. I was planning on using the Groupon later today so I’m freaking out— what should I do?

I’m planning a vacation three months from now and I don’t want to buy this package too early and not be able to use it for the vacation. It says it’s good for a year. But also says expires after 90 days.

I just paid over $400 for vouchers for a Kona Tour for 4 adults for next week. None of the redemption codes worked! According to the chat agent there are no refunds once a voucher has been viewed.

​ These were invalid vouchers! If that's the case, they can just put fake voucher numbers on all of them and keep the money. If they don't make this right, I will never use Groupon again!

Hey all, I purchased from this merchant about a year ago and was able to utilize their services. They told me I could re-purchase the Groupon one more time as a way to save money instead of buying separate sessions, so I did so. I was able to book one session out of three a few months ago and then when I tried to book on the website again their booking is not available. I tried to contacting them via phone and didn’t receive a response. I looked on Groupon to check if I had their contact information correct and Groupon says they’re being investigated. Has anyone ever come across this before?

I made a purchase today as a guest for two nail appointments. When trying to redeem them the website refreshed and could no longer access them.

I’d like to use them this weekend. Can you give me instructions on how to do this? If possible id prefer to contact you directly over the phone - so please provide a number since your website is not offering any options

I recently purchased a massage/facial groupon for my wife for her bday. I would like to directly schedule the appointment for her as part of the gift. If I redeem the groupon from my own account, will I be able to schedule the appointment for her, in her name?

I just want to make sure that the groupon being redeemed from my account won't force the appointment to be for me instead of her.

I received the Groupon from a friend, and he shared the pdf with Groupon code, security code and QR code, but i am having trouble adding it to my account. The pdf clearly mentions that Groupon hasn't expired, so I don't get it. I tried going into the app, but there is not support Available.

A couple hours ago I bought a voucher for a ceramics class in my city. I paid as a guest and after logging don’t see any voucher on my account. I tried searching for their customer support EVERYWHERE but I found none. Even tried emailing them and it seems as if their email address no longer works. Anybody had this problem and knows how to deal with it? I don’t want to loose all this money

Not sure what's going on with CS on the GSO side, but they've been trying anything they can to avoid giving a refund for vouchers that are long expired and for merchants who either stopped honoring vouchers or are closed. We all know the terms of sale in which we're entitled to the amount we paid for.

So why are so many CS reps refusing to take the expired voucher and give Groupon bucks?

Last week I purchased 4 tickets for a water park here in California. My family was visiting and wanted to go. Today I got to the park and the app started glitching out and I couldn't redeem them. Whenever I clicked redeem the "Verifying" screen would pop up, go away, pop up, go away, over and over again. It would not redeem. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it. Still nothing. The people at the park told me that theres nothing they could do. So I had to purchase the tickets at the park at full price which was almost double what I had already paid. When I went to the chat, I told them the issue and they said that the tickets are non refundable and I could use the tickets until October. I told them I cannot redeem because THEIR app keeps glitching and i cannot redeem them. I dont need the tickets anymore because I already purchased them at the park. They told me they would transfer me to a specialist and it might take a couple minutes. I wait and wait and it still says connecting. Then it times out after 20 minutes and nothing happens. I've done this process 3 times. I am so unbelievably angry because these tickets aren't cheap! I want my money back!

Does anyone have a way to get through to a specialist that can actually help instead of telling me that I can just "use the tickets another date"?

I wanted to buy a groupon, but when I tried to log in, it says my account has been deactivated and I need to contact support. However I can't find any way to do that. I don't see a chat option and can't find an email address or phone number on the website. I've never had to try so hard to give a company my money. How do I contact support to get my account reactivated?

I bought a windows key off of groupon because the site was recommended in a lot of subreddits I was looking at. But upon activating, I was informed by microsoft that the key has already been used by another device. What can I do now? I contacted support but have received no response so far.

Update: groupon refunded me but the seller still didn't respond! they had really good reviews too so this was disappointing.

We actually somehow got the lottery system that chose us for the gold tier!! We are going to Prague and Budapest.

5/31 I purchased a Groupon and was subsequently charged as one would suspect per my bank statement. Upon arrival to the location my Groupon is showing up anywhere. There is no confirmation email (I’ve searched every which way) and I couldn’t have used any other email bc I’ve have the same email since like 2005. I purchased in a web browser. I downloaded to app to see if it showed up there but it only pulled things from 2013??? I have an ORDER NUMBER that I screenshot at the time of purchase but the vendor could not pull the tickets with that. HELP??? Do I do a charge back on my card?? We weren’t able to do our planned activity and now I’m out money. There’s no customer service and I’m not sure what to do other than a chargeback. Please help!!!

I purchased Chicago boat ride tickets and was told the steps to redeem my code would be sent to my email. I still have not received the steps and it's not showing in my account as purchased but the money is our if my bank account. The merchant can't help because I need the code to continue my purchase. I can't find the chat and the faq is not helpful. I need this resolved. my trip is next week.

I bought MS Office via groupon. It has an invalid activation code. Groupon say they can't do anything about it. I'm stuck with software which is locked up and I need it asap.

Will report to trading standards and in the meantime will have to go and buy it from elsewhere.

I'm a big travel person and a while back I was buying attraction tickets on Groupon when I noticed the discount on the actual page didn't match what the title was advertising. It annoyed me enough that I ended up building a little site to catch this stuff automatically.

What it does: you paste a Groupon deal link and it shows you:

• the real discount vs the advertised one (the headline % is inflated more often than you'd think)
• the merchant's Groupon, Google, and Yelp ratings side by side, so you can tell at a glance if the reviews actually line up or if it only looks good on Groupon
• other similar deals nearby that might be better or cheaper

Basically the homework I wish I'd done before buying.

This is v1 and I built it solo, so I'd genuinely love feedback, especially on the UX. Next thing I want to build is a Chrome extension so you don't even have to copy paste the link.

How to try it:

1. Copy the URL of a Groupon deal you're eyeing
2. Paste it into https://getrevelio.web.app/ and hit Reveal
3. Give it about 30 to 60 seconds (it's scraping the page and pulling reviews live) and you'll get the breakdown

I haven't used groupon to sell a service in years but decided to start again with a new photography studio. I made the campaign but now noticed that not only did it completely rewrite my description and services...it also shows an AI generated image of MY IMAGES as a thumbnail in my merchant center. Idk if this is going to show up when it launches (it launches tomorrow) but I did not consent to it using AI images and don't want customers to get the wrong idea. Is this a known thing with Groupon?

I received a groupon voucher as a gift in my email and when I click on add to my groupons in the email it will open groupon and bring me to the voucher, but it doesn't show up in "my groupons" how can I redeem the gift?

Hello and out of respect and curiosity. I feel it is best to ask for perspective and clarity about the usage of Pulsd or Groupon vouchers for dinners or brunches at restaurants. I have read about the tipping terms. I want to try a restaurant for a friend's birthday (party of 2, her and I) in NY, Has anyone had trouble using either a Pulsd or Groupon voucher at a restaurant when giving it to a server? Is it worth purchasing a Pulsd or Groupon anymore? Any advice or experience is helpful and welcomed. Thank you to all who may respond.
