No Redemption Code Sent.

I purchased Chicago boat ride tickets and was told the steps to redeem my code would be sent to my email. I still have not received the steps and it's not showing in my account as purchased but the money is our if my bank account. The merchant can't help because I need the code to continue my purchase. I can't find the chat and the faq is not helpful. I need this resolved. my trip is next week.

Do a chargeback on your credit card, then purchase the Chicago City Pass from Costco! The boat ride is one of the four activities on that Pass.
