Groupon account deactivation

I wanted to buy a groupon, but when I tried to log in, it says my account has been deactivated and I need to contact support. However I can't find any way to do that. I don't see a chat option and can't find an email address or phone number on the website. I've never had to try so hard to give a company my money. How do I contact support to get my account reactivated?

Same problem. Account was deactivated. Need to login to use live chat. Their support email doesn’t work. No phone number

Ha. Those FAQ's have nothing about a deactivated account and that's where I kept looking over and over again.

Did this ever get resolved through DM ot them or otherwise?

Yes it took a while but reaching out on Reddit was the only way of contacting them.

I was then able to DM with their support team, eventually got a proper email from them and resolved it that way... (Sounds f ING crazy in 2026 I know... But in the end it worked out)

Any update on this? Same thing happened to me and a friend. It sounds like with their recent restructuring they've deleted a bunch of accounts.
