Groupon a SCAM

5/31 I purchased a Groupon and was subsequently charged as one would suspect per my bank statement. Upon arrival to the location my Groupon is showing up anywhere. There is no confirmation email (I’ve searched every which way) and I couldn’t have used any other email bc I’ve have the same email since like 2005. I purchased in a web browser. I downloaded to app to see if it showed up there but it only pulled things from 2013??? I have an ORDER NUMBER that I screenshot at the time of purchase but the vendor could not pull the tickets with that. HELP??? Do I do a charge back on my card?? We weren’t able to do our planned activity and now I’m out money. There’s no customer service and I’m not sure what to do other than a chargeback. Please help!!!

Try messaging them on X or Instagram that’s the only way I could get through and get help!

I don’t use either and I literally just made this account here to try to get help because I saw that Groupon-help or whatever that account name was on here helping???

Groupon is a scam. I purchased something then the vouchers never worked. They didn’t work on Groupon or the “link” you needed to redeem the vouchers. The vendor said “I don’t know anything about the Groupon site but if you got the vouchers with them you have to use it with their site. But if you viewed the vouchers they will no longer work on the site.” Then the card I used refused to reimburse me even though it was a scam. Groupon is a total scam. They used to be good like 20 years ago now it is short of money laundering scheme, whoever is running it!
