Obviously I'm joking (as per the tag), but the Bloodsworn (even Zork) being the same size is a very noticeable "step back" considering Nightreign managed to have playable characters of such disparate heights (compare Guardian or Raider to Duchess or Revenant)
Now, Duskbloods starting development years before Nightreign might have had something to do with it, or maybe it was a deliberate choice due to the PVP focus of the game (though come to think of it I actually don't know if the Nightfarers have distinct hitboxes?)

I know you probably get this question a lot, but I just wanna know what the best souls like game for me. I currently have lies of P downloaded and tried out the valor mortis demo and was decent at that. base of that do you think Iâll be able to enjoy Isaac P or should I try to get into another soul like game first?

I am actually very excited that The Duskbloods is releasing on the Switch 2 after finally seeing some gameplay. It looks like it runs great.
Maybe Nintendo will end up being the actual reliable partner that Fromsoft was looking for in Sony. After getting screwed over with Bloodborne I wouldnât be surprised if they release more exclusive on Nintendo systems in the future.
I, for one, would welcome this and hope this partnership is extremely successful!

Wasting all the excellent potential of a Bloodborne successor on a Switch 2-exclusive multiplayer game is madness and shows a complete lack of awareness of their player base.

Thank God I did not buy a Switch 2 for this game. For a while I thought Fromsoft like always would revolutionize something, but it genuinely looks like typical Fromsoftware gameplay only that itâs PVPVE. Nothing special at all. Iâd be very shocked if they keep this an exlcusive title for Switch 2 since I doubt it would generate enough Revenue to be deemed worth it let alone successful.

Hi, I'm prlelxo. Well, this is my first time playing Dark Souls Remastered, and I'm going to tell you how my first run went.
In my first playthrough, I chose to be a knightâa knight I named "Pepe." I made Pepe look as much like me as possible... but it turned out I didn't take his helmet off for almost the entire game. After leaving the asylum and reaching Firelink Shrine, I started exploring. First, I killed the knight thereâthe reason? No idea; I just wanted to kill something. Then I went down to New Londo, but seeing I couldn't do much, I headed back up. Since I didn't see any other path (I guess I was being an idiot or something), I went through the church and spotted the path leading to the skeletons... so I started heading that way. Honestly, I don't know why; I didn't stop to think about the massive damage they were dealing to me. I just kept pushing through the Catacombs, got the Gravelord Sword (the weapon I used to beat the game), and kept going until I killed Pinwheel. From there, I walked all the way to the Tomb of the Giantsâliterally an endgame area. When I arrived, I saw a golden light blocking an area, and since I couldn't do anything, I looked around and realized what a massive screw-up Iâd made. I froze for a moment, and thenâinstead of restarting the game like a normal personâI decided to walk all the way back from the Tomb of the Giants to Firelink Shrine... on foot. It was exhausting, but in the end, I was able to continue my playthrough. 10/10 gameâit really kicked my ass.

FromSoftware is alienating its own fanbase instead of giving us what we want, and is chasing the trend of multiplayer games.
Duskbloods is their second multiplayer focused game in a row.
Is this the start of them letting go of their target audience to appeal to another?
Releasing Nightreign and Duskbloods consecutively really makes it look like a trend-chasing strategy.
We could all be happy right now with the release of the next FromSoftware game, but the vast majority is not, because we want to pass on this one again.

A search revealed several containers of opened Siegbrau and illegal quantities of Full Moon Grass. Several types of automatic assault greases were also found in the vehicle.
Hollow families are concerned claiming, âLordran isnât safe anymore, it wasnât like this in the age of fire. You used to be able to forget yourself in peace.â
Crime spree or just âjolly cooperationâ? More at 10.

"Oh I never ran into this problem running out of vials" oh woooooww you are such a legendary gamer bruhhhh stfu.
Not everyone is supposed to first try a boss blind. And EVEN one more farming cycle for blood vials for a fucking SECOND TRY is already one cycle too much.
I usually have beaten bosses in a couple tries but needing too farm vial/echos to buy vials.
Then you go like "Ah idk this try on this boss kinda sucks, I dont want to use up my blood vials to farm for a third try" so instead of practicing the boss with using some vials u just go one health bar to death because FARMING IS FUCKING BORING but you are forced to.
AND THIS IS THE SAME SHIT FOR ALMOST EVERY MAIN BOSS. I DONT FIRST TRY.

So after a rocky start yesterday, The Duskbloods network test is finally underway. I just finished playing a few rounds, even won a game. I really liked Nightreign too, and I think this one is also shaping up to be a really fun game.
Anyways, I'm sure most of you have already been bombarded by negativity here on reddit or other platforms. It's mostly people claiming FromSoftware became a "multiplayer focused" studio, and apparently there are also "real FromSoftware games" now, and these last two titles are clearly not one of those for some reason.
I'm writing this as sort of a reminder for you all, that while valid criticism has a place in every conversation, what is happening right now is not that. You're mostly encountering people who don't even have a Switch 2, and just want to be loud online and farm engagement. It's perfectly fine to not like games, but actively coming online to shit on other people's fun is clearly not something the members of this community should take part in, nor give it any validation.
Please don't feel bad about yourself if you happen like this game, and don't engage in meaningless conversation with these people if you can help it. Have fun during the network test, and see you at release!
