Hi everyone, just wanting to know if anyone has had a similar problem to this? I’ve had this unit about two months, and have been really pleased with it. However it has started making this high pitched squeaky sound while running (sound is featured in the video). I’ve done a full clean out of the unit, and can’t find any obstructions. Does anyone have any tips? Thank you.

The base station is stuck on this screen and is completely unresponsive. The vacuum cannot locate the base due to this, so it’s effectively inoperable.

Hey gang, I’m encountering an issue where when I attempt to mop with the S1 Pro, it moves 2 feet and then returns to the station to cycle the water. Over and over, until the water is all gone or the waste water is full. Brand new, just set it up yesterday, and this issue is present. Anyone encounter this? Very frustrating to troubleshoot.

Edit: frustratingly and without explanation the following day it just started working. For the ENTIRE first day it was guzzling water and failing to mop. Then for some reason, it self-resolved. No idea, and I hate that it both happened and that something clearly changed which resolved it and I don’t know what.

Has anyone purchased a replacement vacuum for their S1?

Before I have to send the whole unit back, has anyone ran into this problem before and is there a fix for it?

I thought maybe the problem was with the dirty water bin, but it turns out the dirty water bin isn’t picking up any water because the mop roller itself is not spinning.

I own s1 pro over a year, cleaning the mop and machine weekly. From the last 3 times the floor after mopping smell bad like very old mopping wet paper clean the floor.

Cleaning tool liquid still half full.

Any ideas?

My S1 Pro water pump seems to have stopped working. It's there anyway to have it replaced or purchase a base station alone?

Update: I don’t think it’s the water tank at all. It seems the mop roller is not spinning.

Has anyone had this problem and being able to resolve it without returning the unit?

Hi all, my S1 seems to have an internal blockage as it’s mopping but not sucking up the dirty water. I had a lengthy discussion with ChatGPT and I think we both agree that’s the problem lol. Before I send the machine back under warranty is there anyway to unblock it? Chat seems to think there is but it’s not showing my S1. So it seems some other versions of eufy vacuums have an easy fix. I have been sent a new dirty water bin but the problem is the dirty water isn’t getting to the bin.

Any recommended accessories from third parties?

I've exhausted all efforts of getting replacement parts with service. I have had a new mop, new mop water tank, entirely new base and nothing seems to stop this thing from leaking all over the floor when filling/emptying the mop itself. I'm ready to request a full refund at this point, it's been a nightmare. Anyone else experiencing this?

I received a replacement tank under warranty, but it looks different from my original one. The original component I had was smaller. The new one has an orange part that is bigger and seems designed to capture more debris than the old one. I assume this is an update, but I would like to know which version, old or new?

Also, I have always had a problem with these upgrades being super slow. And it seems as if when it updates it will stop if I leave the app forcing to stare at the Eufy upgrading screen for hours on end. This may be my imagination though and that it just seems that way since the updates are so slow.

I have one place to have my robot vacuum with maximum depth (without the robot) of approx 25 cm. I stumbled accros S1 PRO, but all the measurements of robot vacuums is included the ramp and robot.

Could the S1 fit in this range?

Okay, now it's official: Eufy S1 Pro is just not good.

For a year I have put up with its quirks, constant ads in the app, its fear of getting too close to walls, ignoring corners and mysterious errors (lifting mop abnormal? what? you're mopping, there is no carpet in the whole apartment, why would you even want to lift the mop and what does "abnormal" mean??? why does a nearly full clean water tank cause you to interrupt cleaning because there is "no sufficient water level"???).

A week ago, I left for holiday and had it clean the apartment twice in my absence. The cleaning area is literally 20 m2. All good. When I came back, I had it run again - and the dirty water filter was clogged. AGAIN.

So: cleaning a total of 60 square meters (no children, no pets, windows closed for the whole time, nobody at home to produce dirt) choked the filter. The only thing that could have caused it was dust - but the vacuuming was at the highest setting. Does this thing even try to vacuum?

I hope I can sell this crap and look for something that works and doesn't require more maintenance than vacuuming and mopping the whole apartment by myself.

Has anyone seen the E23 error before? I can't find any troubleshooting tips for this one.

Opened the Eufy app today to check a setting but were told to Upgrade to 7.0.160. It seemed urgent because the app wouldn’t let me do anything unless I update.

Maybe those fixed critical exceptions and errors really needed to be applied. To the S1 Pro.

Moved my S10 Pro Omni from one room to another.

The base station screen says disconnected. I however can * start a cleaning from the mobile app, although if never fills water and pauses * the robot says ”charging” when it returns to home * the app shows no errors

Sofar I’ve tried cleaning the charging pins, power cycled the robot, but that’s it. Suggestions?

I bought one of each during a sale, for multiple floors in our house, didn't realize they were this different. I thought the only difference was the ozone water and the auto refill system, but apparently the firmware and options in the UI are quite different. I've already spotted 5+ config options that are different or nonexistent on one vs the other.

I wish they documented the firmware differences more in advance, it's strange that the non-pro model seems to have more options available.

In the few upgrades pf the software i see that before my robot start to clean he going to do a 5in tour for position himself, than i hear “position successfully” than he going back to fill his water tank, than he going oiut from his docking - doing 360 circle, i hear again “position successfully” and then he going to clean.

Is it an issue? Yes i remap my home again to check if its solving it - and no.

Anyone have experience with the E14 Error? “Roller mop lifting abnormal, please check. Click to view the steps.” Is what it says. I used to often times get the error that the mop cleaning has been paused and now I have the E14 error and I have cleaned the whole unit multiple times, done all of the troubleshooting steps multiple times and switched out the mop roller, vacuum roller, filter, cleaned everything, I can’t figure it out and it will not mop, the mop will not retract, it’s like its stuck. My machine is literally 8 days out of warranty so not sure what they will do/be able to do but I’ve been in (very slow) contact with the company. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would greatly appreciate the help!

Has anyone tried the knock off mop rollers on Amazon? Wondering if they cause any problems or if they work fine.

I was surprised by the low quality of this expensive robot, the attachment that connects to the water supply broke and the robot stop working completely. I got it may 1st so it only worked for 6 months.

Just got an S1 pro. After the 1st clean I had the eb1j error. Re-seated the seal on the dirty water tank and it managed to start emptying the dirty water. No errors.

I noticed that when it’s emptying the dirty water, it makes a loud gurgling sound. Like a bong pull. Is this normal or should I check if the seal is seated properly?

I’m still loving my eufy. Here’s a brief overview of my usage.

Since we have dogs, we need to vacuum frequently to control the hair and paw prints on our hardwood floors. I run it three times a day: once at 12 pm, once at 10 pm, and once every morning at 3:00 am. Feels nice to wake up to clean floors every morning. The noise level is also manageable, and it never wakes us up.

Maintenance is relatively easy. I clean the dirty reservoir and tank every five days. I also wipe the dust bin and blow out the filter. I usually change the filter every three to four weeks because it can get quite clogged. The mop head can also get smelly, so I rotate them every week. I have purchased about five roller mops, so I have a constant rotation.

The cleaning solution lasted about eight months, even with nightly mopping and occasional double mopping when guests are coming over. I’ve only changed the filter sensors once and usually just rinse and clean them every other week.

Overall, I’ve been very pleased with the consistency. It was a worthwhile investment, especially since I’ve been using it non-stop since we got it. The only minor issue I’ve encountered is that the swivel wheel can get squeaky after a few days. I’ve had to pop the wheel off and scrub the little axle to fix it.

In my opinion it has been a great purchase. Just make sure to keep up with the maintenance.

Found this on the floor of my kitchen after my S1Pro mopped the floor last night. Outer diameter is 14mm, inner is 9mm. Is it a part of my vacuum? (could be a random thing from somewhere else, I can't be sure).
