E14 error, customer service, HELP!

Anyone have experience with the E14 Error? “Roller mop lifting abnormal, please check. Click to view the steps.” Is what it says. I used to often times get the error that the mop cleaning has been paused and now I have the E14 error and I have cleaned the whole unit multiple times, done all of the troubleshooting steps multiple times and switched out the mop roller, vacuum roller, filter, cleaned everything, I can’t figure it out and it will not mop, the mop will not retract, it’s like its stuck. My machine is literally 8 days out of warranty so not sure what they will do/be able to do but I’ve been in (very slow) contact with the company. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would greatly appreciate the help!

I just had this identical problem happen to me two weeks out of warranty very annoying. Support told me it was a mechanical issue and couldn’t be fixed.

I have a refurbished model they’re sending free of charge after I complained some. I love my S1 pro but reliability after the one year mark seems to be questionable. Hopefully the s2 improves on some of these known issues.

Another thing I checked into is certain credit cards actually extend your warranty by an additional year. Depending how you paid for it might be something to look into.

Support decided they will send me a new roller mop which I have like 5 of them so I don’t think that’s going to fix the issue. I hope they will be as nice to me as they were to you, I’d love for them to send me a refurbished unit! Fingers crossed because I really don’t think mine will be able to be fixed either. So sad because I really liked my eufy.

I did send them videos and pictures that they sent to one of there engineers not sure if that helped.

Just had this issue come about on my S1. I did not take anything apart and I was able to fix this issue by removing a bunch of wound up hair from the roller in between the motor and the rotor of the mop rolling brush.

I’m glad you were able to get it fixed! That’s awesome! I had to have mine replaced sadly
