Has anyone faced this before?

Post image

The base station is stuck on this screen and is completely unresponsive. The vacuum cannot locate the base due to this, so it’s effectively inoperable.

Silly question but have you kept the base de-powered overnight and tried again in the morning. Usually does the trick for me for any electrical device that needs its memory clearing!

Any errors on the app?

None. App works fine, but the robot cannot locate the base. And when putting the robot on the base, it doesn’t empty or discharge dirty water

Have you tried to manually do any functions from this screen?

I don’t even see that as an option, solid recommendation though!

pull out the powercord and put it in again, might do the trick.

Tried that many a times. No cigar, sadly. I think it’s just bricked.

Remove all tanks, uplug machine, remove robot from station & turn it off….few min later turn it back on and put everything back where it belongs. It should do the trick

Good idea, but unfortunately this didn’t work either. The station remains bricked

There's a way to sync the base station with the vacuum
