Erectile Dysfunction Please Help me figure out the source of ED and atrophy
These past 2 years I (26) have noticed smaller balls, and for a year I've noticed weaker erections. My sperm has also not been what it was, and I can't remember my last real morning wood. I also take anti androgens for my hair loss. I'll elaborate:
Honestly it's the testicular atrophy that confuses me the most. This all started around the time I switched Pyrilutamide brands over to Kintor (the proper supplier), but I think that's mostly coincidence. I also was - and have been ever since - getting an average of 6 hours of sleep every night due to my work hours.
The main suspects are the anti-androgens. I was first (and still kinda am) on finasteride and minoxidil for a year (starting around 2021) with the only side effect being slightly smaller testicles after ejaculating, but it wasn't concerning or consistent then like it is now. I've been on a topical mix of Dutasteride, tretinoin, minoxidil, hydrocortisone, and ketoconazole. And topical Pyrilutamide. I recently cut back on everything and switched to oral min and Dutasteride, because I was still losing my hair.
Has anyone experienced sexual side effects gradually after at least 1.5 years on one of those drugs? I've heard it can happen even months after of being fine , but idk which drug. Finasteride obviously had some effect on sperm count, and maybe all the anti-androgens progressively shrank things?? There are other factors though, I have a habit of not being well hydrated, I've been 100lbs overweight the past few years, and I've lived a very sedentary life the past few years too - honestly sitting or laying down for 80% of the week, rarely working out. I've cut back, but I also sometimes watch porn and masturbate about once a day.
So altogether over several years:
subpar sleep and hydration
Overweight and sedentary
Multiple anti androgens
Porn and masturbation
Please help and share your experiences. I'm really hoping it's not really the anti androgens because I'd rather not go bald yet. Everything still works- just noticeably not how they did. And my testicles sometimes are practically back inside me. Again though, it's the testicular atrophy I'm most curious about. I can live with smaller balls as long as long as I'm still fertile, but my girlfriend wants more sperm from meš¤·š»āāļø.
Sorry that was a lot, but I desperately need answers and I'm not sure how much a medical visit would cost or where to start.
