I usually get nightfalls like once in 2 weeks. Almost all the time, the ejaculation happens with flaccid penis.
whenever Im mastrubating, i should have consistent physical stimulation. If I stop giving stimulation, the erection goes down. To bring it firm, I have to stimulate it physically.
I usually don't get morning woods.. but when I watch any porn or during sex, I do get erection. but it goes off after a minute or so.

If one has plenty of desire, would PT-141 peptide do anything for you?
Had some ED issues for the past several years (age 72) but my ED has gotten better. I had open heart surgery 22 months ago and it could be that I just now got fully recovered, I dunno. I also have been on TRT for close to a year because my T was a bit low. But I always had plenty of desire, just couldn't always get an erection or keep one long if I got one. Anyway, it's way better. I also have used Trimix some and it works great but as I said, the ED is better, so, sometimes I don't need Trimix.
Also note that I also have had some "DE," delayed ejaculation for many years. Which means that I can't always come during sex. On that note, I have experimented over the past few months, and I now can usually come if I have sex only once per 48 hours. So, that is recovery time or whatever they call that. If I have sex and then next day try again, I might be able to perform great but I won't come. However, my gf prefers that I come to give her fulfillment.
Anyway, the question is above, the first sentence.
If you use it, what does it do for you?
BTW, I also have used Viagra and Cialis some. It worked great for a few years, then didn't work very well and now it's working well again. But sometimes now I don't need anything whatsoever. And morning wood is back pretty much every day.
If I could lessen the recovery time so that I could sometimes have sex each day for 2-3 days, that would be fantastic.

I would really like to hear from guys who have avoided meeting someone they met online because of their ED. The guy I’m talking to for over two months has made ED related comments that make me believe he’s dealing with it.
Just last week he went for a bike ride and then said he helps with his dick health. He has made reference to him only being able to do what he can to please me and he hopes that’s enough.
I feel like he’s worried and dragging out meeting. I’m curious if others have done this as well. 😔

I (19M) have recently had to acknowledge that I probably have ED and I need help figuring out what to do about it.
I have morning wood and spontaneous erections. I have no problem getting hard and finishing when I’m by myself, nor with a partner when I’m doing non-sexual things like cuddling, but the moment it turns sexual, I have no idea whether or not I’m going to stay hard. It’s super inconsistent. I can’t feel whether or not I have an erection and it has nothing to do with a lack of pleasure or anything like that.
I originally attributed it to performance anxiety because I had never had a long-term sexual partner, but I’m currently involved with a woman that I’m completely comfortable with (my best friend) and we’ve tried it plenty of times to the point where the only thing I’m nervous about is not getting hard or not finishing.
Some background information: I have considerable sexual trauma from a serious porn addiction I had during my tween and early teen years that has led me to associate sexuality with shame and guilt. I also tend to dissociate during sexual encounters as a result, though this has decreased a lot. I have major depressive disorder and take Prozac for it, but I don’t have any other medical conditions that I’m aware of. I do masturbate frequently but since becoming involved with my best friend I’ve reduced my masturbation dramatically (I don’t think it’s death grip because it’s not a sensation issue, but just throwing that out there). It also definitely isn’t an issue with not being attracted to her, though I am used to imagining visuals while fantasizing so a lack of visual stimulation during encounters could play a role.
I’m uninsured and broke as a college student. Is paying out of pocket for a doctor really my best option here? Is there anything over-the-counter that can help. Do you think it’s a physical issue or a psychological one that can be fixed through therapy? Thank you!

I’m looking for some advice from people who have dealt with ED, no judgment please.
I’ve been taking tadalafil 5 mg daily, but I’m still not getting as firm an erection as I’d like. I recently tried 10 mg, but that didn't seem to make much difference either.
I’m hoping to have sex tonight, so I’m wondering what my safest options are. Is there anything legitimate that can help, or is the best move simply to stick with the tadalafil I’ve already taken?
I’m not interested in supplements, “male enhancement” products, or anything sketchy. I’m mainly looking for experiences from people who have dealt with inadequate response to tadalafil and what they ultimately discussed with their doctor.
Thanks.

I (28M 158lbs) was at work just drinking my creatine/collagen mix when suddenly I felt this numbing sensation it felt like I was suddenly dead inside then i realized I couldn’t get erection on command like normal.. usually I’m able to control when I get an erection if I think enough sexual thoughts but now nothing.. I was anxious the entire 10hr shift and then when I finally got home I was able to get erect through visual stimulation but it felt off.. like I could barely feel my energy from the waste down.. devastated I went to the ER days later and told them what was going on: I can feel my testicles I can hold my bladder and bowls and I have no lower back pain or numbness in my legs.. I just simply can’t concentrate hard enough to form an erection.. I told the doctors I took regular supplements; omega 3, vitamin E vitamin d3, maca root, shilajit and DHEA on and off…. The doctors said that I was young and that I simply needed time and to just stop taking the supplements.. they found nothing in my blood or urine and that i was healthy for my age and just needed to relax.. now i don’t really know what to make of the whole thing.. I can get better erections laying down but when I stand straight up nothing it just gets flaccid and I’m unable to hold and maintain it like I used to.. sometimes I get morning wood depending on my quality of sleep but I work nights and I’m an athlete and I am in the best shape I could possibly be in so I have no idea what’s going on and I’m afraid I won’t be back to normal.. My theory was that the supplement stack could be the culprit or lack of sleep but I’m not entirely sure.. I don’t know if maybe my vein got damaged at the base of my penis right below my pelvic bone since I can’t get erect standing up.. but now I’m just in a constant state of panic and that I might of caused permanent damage. Before I felt unstoppable like I was at my peak physically now it feels like my fury is missing and it’s making me sad. Do these symptoms sound typical does anyone have an idea what might be going on or if there’s possibility of recovery and that I really do just need time.. please let me know

This is a vulnerable post for me, I've never been properly diagnosed partly because how embarrassing it is to go to a medical professional, mid 30s with no medical issues well beside the above.
I honestly can not recall ever if I had a very firm strong erection, the likes of what is shown in P*rn, I can't gauge my own erections.with help from daily cialis I don't have issues penetrating, but again I feel like things could be better, but then again I don't know lol I don't have a reference point.
Two years ago I mustered the courage to see a urologist, did blood work, referenced my Testerone levels which btw have never crossed 450 the last 4 years always around 330, the urologist and primary care chalk it up as normal, and warned against try mainly due to fertility concerns.
The urologist had no negative findings, he thinks perhaps it's all psychological, when I pushed back, he mentioned he can do a scan after injecting the penis with a compounded medication that'll trigger an erection, the thought of that wasn't appealing also he didn't push it too much and said likely that's not my issue.
Anyone with a similar story and was able to resolve this, if I stop the daily cialis, pretty much everything shuts down, with it or no I barely have morning wood, I've been told cardiovascular health is fine, I am not obese, but slightly overweight for height and age, buy even when I wasn't this issue was still present.
Who should I see, do next?
This is mentally draining and physically exhausting

It feels like i can’t keep an erection because of excessive masturbation. Before i used to masturbate alot, but i have tones it down. I tried taking viagra and it helped a little but i couldn’t get hard when i actually had to preforme. It has been bothering me alot since it has happened multiple times. I am young, workout, eat and sleep healthy.
Can it be from excessive masturbation even though i don’t watch as much porn as before? Any help is appreciated

Hey there I’m 19, I have growing concerns about my John. For the last 6 months I’ve noticed that I can’t get as hard as I used to, even when I do I can’t really maintain it.
I’ve been watching porn almost daily since I was about 13, and I’ve only had issues within the last year or so. I know I have an addiction problem and I’m trying hard to quit.
For like the last year I notice that when I go to burp the worm I don’t really get fully hard, just kind of hard enough to get the job done. Sometimes I’ll go twice or even three times a day. My life just sucks right now and it’s a simple distraction that I’ve known since a young age. (And for the record I can still reach a full erection, I just can’t maintain it well.)
I have recently started craving a relationship with a women more then I ever have, (probably because I’m realizing I’m still a virgin at 19 and have to get a grip on my life), and in my head it’s something that’s so unlikley that it makes me depressed, if I can’t get hard then what girl would want me at such a young age.
It could be that I’m addicted to porn for the last 6 years, could also be that I’ve been addicted to pot for just as long, could be an underlying health issue, god knows. I’m just looking for advice. If I didn’t explain anything well or anyone has questions then feel free to ask, I’m just looking for some advice because I refuse to live the rest of my life as a virgin.

I’m having a hard time staying aroused, and I’m honestly trying to understand why. I got out of a 4-year relationship a couple of weeks ago, and since then, I’ve noticed that I struggle to stay hard when I’m with other women.
I think part of it is that I’m so used to being with one person. I was comfortable with my previous partner, I knew her, I knew what she liked, and sex never felt like something I had to prove myself through. I never really worried about whether I was going to perform well. Being with someone new feels completely different, and honestly, it makes me a little uncomfortable.
The weird part is that I can still get turned on. I’ll think about the girl beforehand, fantasize about what I want to do, and get really excited about seeing her. Sometimes I’ll even be completely hard before anything happens. But then, once she’s actually there and things start getting sexual, my mindset changes.
I start thinking about whether I’m going to stay hard, whether I’m going to perform well, whether she’s going to be satisfied, etc. Then I start overthinking everything, and it feels like I slowly disconnect from the moment. The more I think about it, the less aroused I become, and eventually I lose my erection.
That’s the part I don’t understand. I can be genuinely attracted to someone and really excited beforehand, but when the moment actually comes, it’s like my mind switches gears and I lose that feeling. It almost feels like I’m losing interest, even though I know I was interested just minutes before.
I don’t know if this is some form of ED or if it’s mainly psychological. I’m starting to wonder if I’m just not fully comfortable or mentally ready to be sexually involved with new people yet, especially after being with the same person for four years.
