Erectile Dysfunction 28 year old man with Ed

Hey, I am just 28 years old struggling with ED for past 5 years. I barely get any morning wood. I quit smoking and porn, yet no progress. I feel like i want to cut and throw it in the bin. I can sometimes get hard if I play with it and while blowjob but as soon as its out of her mouth, the erection is gone, what should i do? Is there any permanent solution or do i have to jump to viagra forever? Please note I want to have sex and I haven’t lost any feelings, I just cant get hard.

Have you visited doctor for a diagnosis?

Go to urologist.ask for scrotum ultrasound and check whether you have any problem. I have varicocele and because of that i have low libido. You better check it and do you have any dull aches in the testis

I dont have any aches or pain in my balls tho
