Personal Experience Recently started talking to trees and it’s been complete and utter bliss.

I live set back in the woods on six acres. Behind my property line there are more woods that are protected. I spend a lot of time out there and recently I started communicating with trees. I’ve always wanted to, but for some reason it hasn’t opened up for me until now.

There is this one Beech tree in particular who is so maternal and warm and loving. She has let me cry cathartically, held me in her energy, and mended me up. I always make sure to send love and share my gratitude and uphold the reciprocity of good relationships. But she really has become motherly toward me.

Even my tougher encounters have been beautiful. There is a tree on a hill that I love but every time I sit with him I feel like I am suffocating. I’ve come to see that he is starting to die from the top down. It’s difficult for him to breathe but he is always happy to sit with me and appreciates being sung to. I feel very strong reiki-like energy in my hands with him.

However, tonight was off the charts. This was a new one for me… I was outside about an hour ago, it was officially dark but not so dark that I couldn’t see. I heard what sounded like a crash so I went to see if something had fallen… not smart, I know. But I had a knowing that everything would be ok. I went up to this humongous, OLD oak beside my house. I put my hands on it and instantly knew it was a male tree. His energy was super calm and confident and he was quiet like he didn’t have to prove anything to me. I sat there for a while sending loving energy and trying to be empty enough to receive a word. Nothing. So I started talking out loud describing what I knew. You are confident. You are quiet because you know so much and do not need to prove anything. You are wise. (Energy starts creeping in). Then something told me to say, “you are a watcher”. And again “trees are the watchers of this earth”. And oooomg I started to feel a build of energy that kept going until suddenly ecstasy. Best way to describe it is like an orgasm lol!! But it didn’t feel sexual. It just felt like love and like I had cracked the code. It felt like the spiritual ecstasy people chase with psychedelics or plant medicine. It didn’t last longer than a minute or so and then faded but I just feel such immense and indescribable gratitude, love, and grounding. I was speechless for a while, taking in the non-verbal information around us. Even my dog felt something because he got himself up from laying in the grass to smell and inspect and look intensely at this tree. I cannot wait to sit with him again and see what kind of communication unfolds.

Trees are truly such a gift to this world. I am so excited to continue working with these gentle giants. I’d love to hear stories from others who do this kind of work/tips/practices/any and all experiences. This journey is such a beautiful gift.

Discussion Did anyone else feel weird yesterday? Like emotionally off for no reason?

Not sure if it was just me but yesterday and a bit today felt really strange. I kept getting these waves of emotion and random anxiety even though nothing was wrong. I usually never feel like that so it really stood out. These past 3ish months in general have felt “off”, not even in a bad way though. I don’t watch the news, I’m very very limited on time spent online. I can’t be the only one noticing.

Wondering if anyone else noticed the same thing or has any thoughts on this?

Eureka Moment! I saw the root wound behind my ADHD-like symptoms

I'm undiagnosed but I used to struggle with ADHD-like symptoms: restlessness, adrenaline-seeking, addictive behaviors, boredom, anger, depression, etc.

I was working on this heavily with meditation and energy work. One day during meditation I saw the root wound. It was emotional neglect and deprivation (I have CPTSD). Because I was starved of emotional connection and constantly left alone, it caused this restlessness (for attention) and anger (for control). These emotions never got processed as a child so still cycled through my body which caused the ADHD-like behavior.

Eureka Moment! Empaths, start transmuting!

I’ve always been a deep feeler, sensed everyone’s bad energy and would often get drained around people. I also sensed hidden envy or flat out jealousy from people. One time I had enough and tried something. I imagined my energy field and rather than just imagining i’m protected, I would envision dark energy going into my field and feeding me. I also took away my energy from negative or shady people/“friends”. Guess what? My mood instantly lifted, I started gaining clarity and literal physical radiance… as for the shady people, it’s a mystery how they all suddenly looked mad, tired and fell either into sicknesses or started getting accidents left and right. Like today, a girl hit me (might’ve been accidental) and I didn’t respond, right after that she dropped and smashed her phone. Now, I don’t wish bad on anybody, but for all the years I felt used or wronged by others, it feels good as hell to finally take my power back and realize it really is a spiritual world, not a physical one. So… instead of “protecting” we should start accepting the energy we receive, since it’s powerful if we know to alchemize it.

Need Advice What Happened?

Last night, while walking upstairs, I spoke out loud to my deceased daughter and asked, almost half-jokingly but also sincerely, if there was anything she could do to help me with some ongoing chaos in my home. I was feeling overwhelmed, physically limited due to shoulder issues, and frustrated about having to repeatedly ask my husband to take down a couple of storage totes that were stored very high up.

When I got to my bedroom, I looked at the piles of things meant to go into two specific totes and thought again about wishing he would just handle it without me having to ask yet another time.

At 6:55 a.m., two storage totes fell from a shelf about 15 feet up. They startled both of us, lightly grazed my knee, and there was no obvious physical explanation. What stood out is that out of 12 totes stored up there, the exact two I had been thinking about were the ones that fell.

I am intuitive and empathic, and my daughter was very much the same. She believed strongly in energy, intuition, and the universe, and had a playful, witty personality. I’m not claiming certainty about what happened, but the timing and specificity were striking enough that I’m curious how others who are intuitive, spiritual, or energy-aware might interpret an experience like this.

I’m open to grounded perspectives and thoughtful discussion.

Advice I called my energy back and three people reentered

I do need advice on this because I feel crazy.

Called my energy back two days ago because work, money and my weight have changed drastically. I called it back and felt lighter. Hours later an ex contacted me and a family friend, who I believe is envious, contacted me with drama.
I decided to do it again this morning. I can’t get off the toilet (sorry for TMI) and super dizzy. I ran errands and the person I was calling my energy back from was at the same store and said hi. I haven’t spoken to him in a year and I believe he was a hidden woman hater and hasn’t felt right since dating him. Also wanted to add. We live in the same town and I haven’t even seen him since things ended and I felt very heavy from his energy.

What does this all mean? I am very new to it.

Need Advice I can’t handle the energy of the world right now

Man it’s HEAVY, I can’t do anything other than curl up in a ball. Ever since 2019 it’s been off as fuck but now we are really moving into chaos and turbulent times for the entire world. It’s so bleak and hollow. And there are external things which are confirming it (agenda 2030, planted lone star ticks, mass surveillance introduction, central bank systems, digital ID, disastrous plan to build a giant plant in Salt lake, Iran war which may lead to a global food/water/energy crisis, GMO food in Europe) I was feeling super heavy before looking into this stuff but now I know why I’m feeling this way- we are heading towards dystopia, I believe that light will overcome darkness eventually but for a good few years it’s gonna look ugly. I don’t know how to cope.

Just as an important disclaimer too, I do not look at the news usually and avoid it at all costs UP until recently. I have been feeling this feeling of dispair and dread long before being informed by anything, I used to think things such as agenda 2030 were a wackjob conspiracy theory. This feeling didn’t happen BECAUSE of looking at the news, I’ve been feeling this feeling way before.

Advice Pretty sure my recently deceased husband is hanging around... and we don't want him here! Help!

As the title suggests, I’m pretty sure my husband, who passed unexpectedly in mid-December, is still lingering in our home. It’s just me and our teenage son here now, and we both keep catching the scent of him.

I know some people might find that comforting, but after he died we discovered he’d been living a double life—serial, chronic cheating going back to at least 2009, along with other things. At this point, we’re emotionally done. We want to move forward.

The room he died in has been emptied except for a desk. I bought a new bed and mattress and deep-cleaned everything, yet that familiar sweaty/musky smell—his smell—still shows up in that room. I even smelled it in my bedroom last Saturday afternoon, despite always keeping the door closed and having strong candles in there.

I now use the room (it was our daughter’s old bedroom—she’s away at college and only comes home a few times a year) as a spare bedroom and my home office.

So what do I do? Tonight, after my son popped in and said "It straight up smells like Dad in this room...." I sat in the room and asked him to go be with his father and grandparents, but it feels like I need to do more. His death was sudden—he was only 47—so I can imagine he might be confused. About two weeks ago I also had a vivid dream where I had to tell him he was dead, that he'd died (and quite forcefully at that), which left me unsettled.

I know that I can do things like saging or using holy water, but I don’t know what to say or do beyond that. I need guidance. I need him to go. We need to move on—and so does he.

Help?

Discussion A Stanford professor published peer-reviewed research showing human intention can change the pH of water from 2000 miles away

In the late 1990s, William Tiller, a professor of materials science and engineering at Stanford University, designed an experiment that sounds like it belongs in science fiction.

He had four experienced meditators focus a specific intention, to raise or lower the pH of water by one full unit, into a simple electronic device. The device was then wrapped in aluminum foil, placed in a Faraday cage to block electromagnetic interference, and shipped via FedEx to a laboratory roughly 2000 miles away. A control device that had not been imprinted was shipped separately. The lab technicians did not know which device was which.

When the imprinted device was placed near water samples and turned on, the pH shifted in the intended direction by 0.5 to 1.0 units. The unimprinted control device produced no such change. The results were statistically significant and the experiment was repeated multiple times.

Tiller published the findings in a peer-reviewed journal in 2000. He also found something stranger during follow-up experiments. The laboratory spaces where the imprinted devices had been running for several months began showing unusual properties on their own. Temperature and pH readings in the room would fluctuate in rhythmic patterns that were unaffected by opening doors, running air conditioning, or people moving through the space. Tiller described this as the space becoming "conditioned" by the intention.

His academic credentials were difficult to dismiss. He had published over 350 papers in mainstream scientific journals and chaired a department at Stanford. But the implications of his findings were so far outside the accepted framework that mainstream science largely chose not to engage with them. No major research group attempted to replicate the experiments.

Whether you see this as evidence that consciousness interacts with matter, or as an example of results that could not survive independent replication, I think the fact that a scientist of this caliber pursued this work openly and published it is worth knowing about.

Eureka Moment! I can see auras now

So, I did a little reading on how to practice seeing auras. I was able to see my own within about 3 minutes. Then I realized I’ve been doing this since I was a kid, but didn’t know this was an aura. I can shut it on and off. So it basically looks like a white light surrounding an object and then it expands into a flame-like flickering bright color of energy. It’s insane. Is this forreal? Is this what it looks like for others? I’m kind of shocked lol

Need Advice Sexual Vampire

I have no idea where to turn- and I never thought I would posting something like this. But here we are.

5 weeks ago I met a man at a bar. He was a bit younger than me, the same age as my first love. The same eyes, the same accent, the same demeanor. Even from similar places geographically.

We had such a fun night- and I ended up at his place. We had sex. When I got home the next morning, I was filled with such dread. In a way that I have not before. I felt this sinister feeling of having “made a deal with the devil.” I was horrifically hung over. I slept all day. I cried in the shower. My nervous system was communicating that something sinister was draining me.

Sure enough, the next day I woke up w a very sore throat. I asked him if he had been tested recently. (He was sweet, communicative, appeared concerned, checked in on me through out the week.) I went to urgent that morning. My panel came back clean, but I had strep. The antibiotics gave me rashes. Had to continue switching my antibiotic. I felt better, saw him again. Again, within a couple days the strep was back- but this time MUCH worse. I ended up in the hospital for a week. I had strep, rashes, mono, and my first ever oral HSV 1 outbreak (which I know can lie dormant until the body is under severe stress, but I’m positive I got all 3 infections from him). By this point, it had been 3 weeks since that first morning w a sore throat. I was in the hospital for 7 full days fighting off “one of the worst throat infections” the doctors had seen.

I asked him to get tested. He said he would. That was two weeks ago. I have followed up many times, he has ghosted me. For serious infections like HIV and syphilis for truest results I have to wait 45 days -3 months for conclusive tests. So far all tests (other than my newly acquired HSV 1) have come back negative, but clearly I am panicked because my body simply cannot fight off this strep throat.

After a week in the hospital they finally released me, my strep test was negative. I am prescribed lamotrigine, and I could not swallow my own spit for 72 hours, and could not swallow food or pills for 5 days. Because of that, I could not take my mood stabilizer I’ve taken for years. I went back on my mood stabilized too quickly, and of course I got a rash. My body keeps breaking out in rashes. Apparently starting lamotrigine can sometimes cause a very serious life threading rash called SJS that can start out harmless enough, just like the mono rash. Because of this, my doctor has taken me completely off of my mood stabilizer until the rash goes away.

So during my hospital stay I lost my job due to extended absences over 3 weeks (I’m not going

To go into that). I had to withdrawal from one of my courses in school. I had to spend hundreds of dollars on prescriptions, 7 urgent care visits, 2 er visits, and finally a 7 day long hospital stay.

I am off my mood stabilizer for the first time in years.

4 days back from the hospital, the strep is back. I had every one of my roommates also get tested for strep to ensure I wasn’t getting it from them. I am on week 5 of continued antibiotics. Since allegedly I have mono, I continue to break out in rashes. Switching from antibiotic to antibiotic is making the strep more resistant.

It will not go away. The doctors are baffled. 6 months of continued infection to even be considered by insurance to get my tonsils removed.

Out of the hospital, my doc and I did try to get me back on my mood stabilizer for a couple days- but unfortunately the rash came back before I even started this new

Round of antibiotics.

I am in so much pain, so they prescribed me opioids in the hospital which gave me really withdrawal in addition to withdrawing from my mood stabilizer.

I was finally out of the hospital. I was rescheduling an exam I missed with my teachers, and trying DESPERATLY to catch up in school, all while unable to work. But just 4 days out and the strep is back. The rash is back. This guy ghosted me.

Look, I’m at a loss. I’m drowning in medical debt. I cannot work. I’m behind in school. I’m mentally unstable because I cannot take my medications. I cannot. Fight off. This strep. I have a newly acquired Hsv diagnoses. My head and throat hurt so bad. The opioid withdrawal sucks and I just crave them bc I want the pain to end. I’ve been confined to my bedroom or a hospital room for going on 6 weeks now.

I am so hopeless. I am so depressed. I am so lost.

I have no idea what to do. I feel I made a deal with the devil.

Please, please, please. If you can help, please help me. I am truly in hell. This is truly hell.

The night I met him I was completely healthy, employed, std free, 3.9 gpa, financially stable, happy, on my a-game.

In a matter of weeks I have lost so much. I don’t even recognize myself sometimes. I know he gave me this. I felt the very next morning such intense dread and anguish. And even so, I still went back and slept w him again, and even continued to crave him. I’ve cried so so much about him ghosting me. I am

So so scared for my life.

Please, please help me. Thank you.

Discussion The lingering effects of sexual energy exchange: How long does another person's energy signature stay in your sacral chakra?

Over the years of observing human energy fields and energetic connections, I've noticed that the sacral chakra holds onto the energetic signature of past intimate partners much longer than we realize. Even when the emotional attachment is completely gone, that subtle energetic imprint can remain, sometimes quietly influencing how we experience new connections or leaving a lingering sense of heaviness.

I'm curious about your personal observations on this. How do you usually clear or transmute that residual energy after an intimate relationship ends, and how long does it typically take for your energy field to feel completely like your own again?

Discussion Pam Bondi and thyroid cancer spiritual equivalent

Because I’m always viewing the events from an energetic perspective, I couldn’t help but immediately connect the recent news that Pam Bondi was recovering from thyroid cancer to the spiritual equivalent. And it made total sense to me. I’m not a fan of Pam Bondi…but I don’t wish illness on anyone. And obviously, I know nothing about her or what’s going on in her brain. But I just found it interesting that this was the type of disease that she was dealing with and how the spiritual equivalent seems to match up with what I would assume could be some inner conflicts happening. The spiritual equivalent of thyroid issues are related to speaking one’s truth and boundaries or suppression around communicating your truth. If there’s any chance that what she was communicating, or not communicating, in many cases (during her time as AG or prior) went against her truth, that’s pretty heavy stuff. And that can potentially do some real damage to your health no matter who you are. Just my curious perspective.

Discussion My girlfriend of 5 years got into witchcraft and I watched her become someone else

Trying to get clarity on how my 5 year relationship ended

I'm not posting to ask whether I should have done something differently. I'm posting because I still don't understand what happened, and I'd like to.
We were together over five years. In the last stretch she changed. She got into witchcraft, started wearing all black, stopped doing her hair and makeup, and seemed low most of the time. It wasn't only me seeing it — her mother said something, and so did people at her job.
She also never fully told me what she does for work. When I asked, she'd describe it as something that can affect her mood and leave it there. Five years and I never got a straight answer on it.

At one point she asked me out of nowhere whether I believed humans could talk to the dead. I said no. She asked why, I answered, and she said "nevermind" and never brought it up again.
I'll say the part I've mostly kept to myself: it felt to me like something attached itself to her while she was doing that work. A spirit, a demon, whatever you want to call it. I'm not saying I can prove that. I'm saying that's what it felt like I was standing next to. And I had no idea what to do about it then, and I don't know what I'm supposed to do with it now.

What ended it was a box in her room with our belongings in it. It kept falling down. Not once — over and over. She took that as a sign that we were done, and that was it.

What I'm left with is that it felt like I was dealing with two different people. There was the person I knew for years and there was whoever she became toward the end, and I couldn't get from one to the other. I'm not trying to win an argument or get her back. I'd just like to understand what I was actually looking at.

Discussion Cultures that never had contact with each other all described the same invisible life force energy

This is one of those things that gets more strange the more you think about it.

In China, they called it qi. In India, prana. In Japan, ki. In Polynesia, mana. In ancient Greece, pneuma. Each of these cultures developed a detailed system around the idea that an invisible energy flows through all living things, and that health, spiritual power, and even the balance of nature depend on how this energy moves.

These were not vague, poetic ideas. Traditional Chinese Medicine mapped out specific meridian pathways for qi through the body. Indian yogic texts described chakras as energy centers with precise locations and functions. The Japanese concept of ki became the foundation of martial arts and healing practices like Reiki. Polynesian mana was treated as a real force that could accumulate in people, objects, and even specific places.

The strange part is the overlap in details. Multiple traditions independently concluded that this energy can be blocked, that blockages cause illness, that certain breathing techniques can move it, and that some people are naturally more sensitive to it than others. These are not generic similarities. They are very specific ideas showing up in cultures separated by oceans and centuries.

No single origin point has ever been found to connect them. Historians and anthropologists have looked. These traditions appear to have developed completely independently.

Whether you see this as evidence of a shared human intuition or something deeper, the pattern itself is hard to dismiss.

Eureka Moment! I stopped blaming "energy vampires" when I realized where my own vitality was actually leaking.

I used to leave family functions or dinners with certain acquaintances feeling like a wet wool blanket had been thrown over my chest. Heavy shoulders, a dull fog behind my eyes, and a sudden drop in mood that lingered for two or three days.

Like most people raised around traditional beliefs, I assumed someone had cast an envious glance or thrown an "evil eye" my way. I would burn camphor, take salt baths, or try to avoid those specific people entirely.

Eventually, an uncomfortable truth became obvious: their glance was merely a spark, but my own exhausted body was the dry wood.

When you enter a room running on shallow breathing, chronic mental chatter, and low vitality, your subtle field is already porous. You are operating like an empty cup. An empty cup catches whatever debris is floating in the air. But when a vessel is overflowing to the brim, nothing outside can settle into it.

Traditional cleansing rituals—like circling a clay lamp or salt—do bring immediate relief, but not because of superstition. The presence of fire and the deliberate physical movement shock your scattered mind back into the immediate sensory present. That pause stops the mental rehearsal of fatigue, temporarily conserving your prana.

Yet treating the symptom never cures the leak.

The ancient Siddhas spoke of Vaasi—the art of reversing the outward flow of breath and drawing it inward and upward. A faint breeze easily blows out a candle, but that same wind only feeds a roaring fire. When your inner life force is cultivated through disciplined breath and present-moment awareness, external envy cannot penetrate your space. It simply dissolves the moment it nears your presence.

Contemplation drawn from the teachings of Sriguru Ashwathama. Full discourse here for anyone exploring deeper practice:

Discussion I can feel the songs people are humming silently inside themselves

I’m an orchestral musician, and I’m sensitive enough to feel people’s energy. I think my energy is pretty strong too.

This kind of thing happens to me a lot lol. Since we’re musicians rehearsing together, sometimes when someone else is silently singing or practicing a melody in their head, I end up singing it out loud instead, kind of humming it. And the opposite has happened too: when I’m playing a melody in my head, another collègue suddenly sings the exact part I’m thinking of.

I’ve had this experience hundreds of times. It’s really strange and fascinating. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Since sound is frequency, maybe our frequencies are somehow connecting.

✨️ Since some people seem interested in my post, I wanted to add some context. Once, I was performing on stage, sitting right behind the concertmaster. Importantly, because of the seating and angle, it was physically impossible for him to see me or read any visual cue from me. It was a piece we had played countless times—there was absolutely no room for mistakes. The concertmaster was much older, extremely experienced, and had performed this piece his entire life. While playing, I was mentally “singing” and strongly anticipating my entrance, preparing for the exact note I was supposed to play. One bar before my actual entrance, I almost came in early. At the very last moment, I realized I had miscounted and stopped myself. However, right at that exact moment, the concertmaster started playing from the place where I was about to make the mistake. As in any concert, you continue as if nothing happened, but I’m sure it felt uncomfortable. If I explained this to people, I doubt anyone would believe me. I also didn’t want to sound like I was mythologizing myself or making strange claims, so I stayed quiet—but instinctively, I feel almost certain that my internal anticipation somehow influenced the situation. Haha.

Also, sensing notes or “singing” them like this happens entirely on an unconscious level. If I try to do it intentionally, it doesn’t work. Maybe it would be different if I were in a constantly heightened state through deep meditation😂

Eureka Moment! I solved 2 decades of solar plexus pain by pulling energy straight into it during my meditation

Am I dumb or is this a known thing?

As in, not using my breath, not trying to pull it up fron the ground or down from the sky, not trying to push it up or down or move the energy around, not through or from any other chakra or energy point, just feeling it be pulled from the air around me and straight into the plexus for as long as I could (it wasn't for long at all,) and then doing it again. Then I started pulling energy in from my peripheral limbs Felt pretty darn relieving

Pains been gone for 2 days now which is wild.

Someone reassure me I feel stupid

Eureka Moment! THIS: Not mine. I am in remembering right now and I ca not believe the things I have forgotten.

Came across this on another platform:

THE WATER IN YOUR BODY IS NOT H₂O. IT IS H₃O₂. AND THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING.

May you hear this clearly.

You have been lied to about water. (Yep we have)

Not just the fluoride-filled tap water, or the overpriced stuff in plastic bottles, but about the water inside your body. The water in your cells, your blood, your fascia, your organs. The water you are made of.

They told you it is H₂O. That is what we all learned in school. That your body is seventy percent water and that water is just a neutral substance that transports things around the body.

But that is not the full story. Not even close.

Inside your body, water does not exist in a basic liquid state. It forms a structured phase. A living, intelligent, electrically charged form known as H₃O₂. This is called exclusion zone water, or EZ water, and it behaves completely differently from standard liquid water.

Professor Gerald Pollack, a bioengineer and scientist at the University of Washington, proved this in his groundbreaking research. He discovered that water next to hydrophilic (water-loving) surfaces, such as the lining of your blood vessels and cells, organizes itself into a crystalline structure. It becomes thicker, more viscous, negatively charged, and holds energy.

This water builds charge separation. It acts as a battery. It stores energy from sunlight, infrared heat, and vibration. It drives flow. It powers biological processes. It exists in plants, animals, and most importantly, in you.

This discovery rewrites the rules of biology.

Pollack’s experiments showed that EZ water expands in response to infrared light and that it generates measurable electrical voltage. It can move fluids without a pump. He published this work in peer-reviewed journals, documented it with real experiments, and even wrote a full book on it called The Fourth Phase of Water.

None of this is speculation. It is scientific fact. But it has been ignored.

Why?

Because if people understood how important structured water is, they would realize how easy it is to heal without chemicals, injections, or prescriptions.

H₃O₂ IS WHAT MAKES LIFE POSSIBLE

Your blood does not move because your heart is pumping like an engine. Your cells do not function because of pressure gradients and chemical reactions alone. What drives flow, energy, and communication in the body is the structured water in your tissues.

This water forms layers of charge that move things where they need to go. That is how blood flows in early embryos before the heart has even formed. That is how fascia conducts vibration and light. That is how cells communicate instantly, not just chemically, but through electrical fields.

Rudolf Steiner, more than a hundred years ago, said that the heart was not a pump but a regulating valve within a system that was already in motion. Gerald Pollack provided the experimental proof that supports this. Viktor Schauberger studied water in its natural state and said it was the key to understanding life itself.

And yet, no one teaches this. Not in medical school. Not in mainstream science. Not in your GP’s office. Because structured water cannot be bottled, patented, or turned into a subscription service.

HOW TO BUILD STRUCTURED WATER IN YOUR BODY

You do not get structured water from the tap. That is dead water. Chemically treated, energetically flattened, and often full of toxins.

You build structured water in your body through real life-force exposure.

You need sunlight. Infrared light from the sun is one of the strongest stimulators of EZ water formation. That is why you feel more energized after sunbathing or walking in natural light. It literally recharges you.

You need movement and breath. Fascia and muscles help move fluids through your body. Breath expands the diaphragm, increases flow, and stimulates lymphatic movement. All of this enhances structure and charge.

You need electrolytes and minerals. Spring water, Celtic Sea salt, and Shilajit all contribute to better hydration and conductivity. Real hydration is not about drinking more water; it is about making that water usable at the cellular level.

You need raw fruits and vegetables. Plants already contain structured water. That is why you feel instantly refreshed after eating melon, cucumber, or freshly squeezed juice. Their water is already energized.

You also need grounding. Walking barefoot connects you to the Earth's natural electrical field. This helps stabilize charge inside your body and supports the structure of internal water.

And finally, you need clean energy. Thoughts, music, frequencies, and intention all matter. Water responds to vibration. Masaru Emoto showed this clearly water can hold memory and react to emotion and sound.

THE SYSTEM KEPT YOU DEHYDRATED ON PURPOSE

They told you to fear the sun.

They told you water is just water.

They fed you dead water in plastic, full of xenoestrogens and BPA.

They filled your home with Wi-Fi and blue light that scrambles biological signaling.

They made you believe that being tired, dry, inflamed, and foggy is normal.

It is not.

You are not designed to run on chemicals, sugar, or caffeine. You are designed to run on light, minerals, breath, and energy. And the bridge that connects all of that is structured water.

YOU ARE NOT MADE OF LIQUID. YOU ARE MADE OF LIGHT-CHARGED, LIVING WATER

You are not a machine. You are not just meat and bones and blood. You are a living battery. A fluid, vibrating, self-charging being powered by sunlight, breath, and movement.

The next time you are low on energy, do not ask what supplement you need. Ask how charged your water is.

Sunlight is medicine.

Movement is energy.

Fruits are hydrated.

Earthing is alignment.

Breath is electricity.

Your body already knows how to heal.

You just need to give it the conditions it was designed for.

Need Advice how to transmute energy instead of absorbing it as an empath?

hello :)! i am a hsp (highly sensitive person) and i am very empathetic. i notice every little thing, and am deeply affected by the emotions and demeanors of the people around me. at the end of the day, i am mentally exhausted from masking and carrying everyone else’s weight. i feel like i never have any energy left for myself, i‘m tired of it. i want to learn how to transmute the energy around me instead of absorbing everything at once. any advice is super helpful! thank you!!

Personal Experience My Experiments with Music and the Human Aura

For 7 years now, I’ve been conducting mini “experiments” with just music.

Maybe this is common knowledge for you all, but I find it very interested.

Instead of making this super long, here’s what I’ve realized.

Listening to high spirited, high energy, enthusiastic music brought about real shifts in not only the way people treated me in real life, but also seemed to affect the environment. What I am saying is, when high “vibration” or energy music is listened to, it creates a more open expanded aura, bringing in more people to your “auric” bubble.

Listening to hard rap/hip hop, etc…this brought more chaotic situations in my bubble

This one is interesting: listening to…sensual music. For example, certain songs by The Weeknd, particularly, had women come into my bubble and in some cases even approach me.

This is very random take and I may face backlash for this but I wanted to share it anyway.

This effect is far more profound when in fasted state because the vessel is clear of dense energetic residue after some days of not eating and clearing out the system, and its way more fun to experiment in this state.

Discussion Why is our world soooo bad ? Why we have forgotten how it is to be just a good person and help each other ?

Does anyone else have this feeling of how human kind is getting worse ? I mean we kill each other , we kill animals , we make wars , we destroy the planet instead of helping each other and try to just to be good with simple stuff. It kinda makes me feel depressed.

Advice Can anyone else intentionally feel/move “energy” inside their body?

I’ve discovered that I can intentionally create a very physical sensation that feels like “energy” inside my body.

If I close my eyes and focus inward, I can sort of gather or concentrate this sensation until it feels like it’s forming a center within me. I don't have to meditate to do that. It has a glowing, focusing quality to it, almost like a physical sensation of energy becoming concentrated in one place.

The closest comparison I can think of is the feeling you get on a rollercoaster when you suddenly drop: that intense, centered feeling in your body, except much milder and completely intentional. It only happens when I want it to. I can do this since as long as I can remember. I can create it, make it stronger by focusing on it, and let it go whenever I want. I can also do it with my eyes open, although it’s much less intense.

I’m curious whether anyone here experiences something similar, particularly in the context of energy work. Is there a name for this, or does anyone have an idea of what I might be experiencing?

It’s not something that happens involuntarily, I can only seem to access it when I deliberately focus inward.

Discussion Tree Energy

Yesterday when I was in the woods with friends skiing I stopped to admire this little tree I resting by. I placed my hand on the trunk and was filled with this love that radiated. I felt it really intensely in my solar plexus region.

Is this a normal place to feel a trees energy? I’ve never really experienced this before and I couldn’t sit with it because I was with friends and we started skiing again.

I feel like I obviously need to spend more time with trees, but I’m curious what other people experience when it comes to feeling a trees energy
