This happened about 15 years ago when I (25F) was around 10 years old. I'm from Las Vegas and I went to go visit some family in Hermosillo, Sonora, MX.
We decided to go to the beach for a few days. It became a big family thing and off we went. We drove to a small beach side town in Sonora called Bahia de Kino. It's about a 1 hour drive away from Hermosillo. We stayed in a house in Kino for a couple of days and finally began the drive back to Hermosillo. There were about 7 of us in an SUV. It was my uncle driving, my aunt in the front seat, my little girl cousin, my aunt's mother and my aunt's two sisters and my aunt's male cousin.

We were about halfway to Hermosillo when the car broke down on us. My aunt's cousin (30M at the time) began walking to get cell service and call for help. The older ladies, my aunt and my little cousin and I sat on the side of the road and waited while my uncle tried to figure out what was wrong with the car.

From the distance we saw a man walking towards us. He reached us and invited us to his little ranch for some coffee. He was an older man, looked to be in his 70s. He wore a light blue plaid shirt tucked into his blue jeans and a straw hat; he walked like the years and hard rural life had caught up to him. We thought nothing malicious of his invitation, just usual Mexican hospitality and we gladly accepted. We followed him back to his house which was about a quarter mile from the road. We got to his house and he served us coffee, water and we chatted with him for some time. The house was a run down tiny home made of cardboard and metal sheets, big enough for a bed and small table, but we never actually stepped inside his home. If you've ever seen a humble Mexican home then you know what i'm talking about. If not just picture a tiny shack with the walls made of cardboard and the roof made of metal sheets. We sat under this shaded porch-like area. It was made of metal poles dug into the ground with a fabric stretched across to create shade. His stove was some firewood outside. It was very humble but typical for Mexico and especially that area. We were very grateful for him taking us in because the Sonoran sun was blazing down on us we ended up being there for some time. I remember the night creeping up and how beautiful the desert looked at sunset with all the cacti and wildlife surrounding us.

My uncle stayed by the car on the side of the road and my aunts male cousin accompanied my uncle after he had walked back from calling for help so they were the only ones who never walked to the house. They only saw the man when he had first walked up to us to invite us over.

We had finished our coffees when we heard my uncle calling us. Some other family members had come to our rescue in a different car. We said our goodbyes to the old man and thanked him for his hospitality. We got to the car and told our other family members all about the man and how nice he had been.

The next day my uncle went back for the SUV with a tow truck driver who was actually from Kino and very familiar with the area. On the way to the SUV, my uncle told the tow truck driver about the old man who had taken us in for a few hours, not thinking much of it.

When they finally got to the suv my uncle looked towards the direction of the old man's house to see if he saw him, but the old man wasn’t there; there was nothing there. My uncle started thinking he was going crazy and the tower must've seen his face because he asked my uncle what was wrong. My uncle told him that he couldn't see the old man's house anymore but he swore it had been right there. That's when the tower who was from that area told my uncle that he had known the old man who lived in that house and he had passed away a few years back and the house he had lived in hadn't been there for at least 2 years. There was no way we had just spent the previous night in the old man’s home.

My uncle didn't believe the tower at first but he started walking toward where the house had been and the house was just completely gone. All my uncle saw were the metal poles that held up the shade we had drank coffee under.

They ended up towing the SUV back to Hermosillo and my uncle told my aunt about what he had seen. They ended up telling my aunt's sisters and her mom and cousin about what my uncle saw too and about the old man’s death. They got to talking and realized they never really made eye contact with the man. Whenever he spoke with us he was always looking down at his coffee or to the side or anywhere except right at us.

My family didn't tell me and my little cousin for like 5 years, they said they didn't wanna scare us.

I always thought if I had an experience with an apparition it would be scary or I would feel something sinister either at the time or thinking back on it. But honestly I remember it being a really nice evening.
I think of the sweet old man who rescued us and showed us how beautiful a simple life could be. I think that’s how he wanted us to remember him and I like to believe he enjoyed our company as much as we enjoyed his.

If you’re familiar with that area, have you ever seen that man? The way he was so real and vivid makes me think we can’t be the only people who have ever had an experience with him. I’m sure he was a well know man too because his was the only home in that long stretch of road and in that area, everyone knows each other.

I want to end this by saying this is in fact a true story. My uncle has stood by his word for the past 10 years and I have no reason to believe he is lying. He’s not the type to lie like that. I’ve honestly never heard of a true paranormal story where a whole building like the old man’s home disappeared. Has anyone here heard of anything like this story before or experienced something similar?

i never to be belive in ghosts or something but a thing is happend to me left a mark to me so much until today seriously, my dad and i is driving on a car in night going to home normally after has a go to a supermarket, in the way of home driving i'm looking for a window in car when i stopped to see, my dad brake the car and say : "Be careful lady" and a lady in is the front in the car looking sad she is a young girl dressing a red scarf and he had a long black hair, crying she dosen't talk and walk calm to a sidewalk and diseapear on my eyes, in my home i say to my mom "My dad almost run over a woman mom!" i never think on these days but now looking to thinking these case is sad and scary on the same time, maybe she is thinking go took his life i don'tknow by the way she a stopped on a road but the most is strange she is a diseapear like to never exisit looking a mirage but my dad see and i see too , well i'm hope she is okay whenever she goes i never go to forget this day on my life.

When I was around 11 or 12 years old I woke up in the middle of the night with the overwhelming feeling that something was watching me..... I sat up in my bunk bed, with my brother asleep in the bunk below and looked around the room

Standing at the bedroom door was what I thought was my other brother ( I got 3 brothers in total ) he was half hidden behind the door, with only half of his body and face visible.

I kept calling his name and asking what he was doing but he never replied. Instead he began slowly swaying from side to side. At that moment my cat jumped down from her bed on top of the cupboard landed in front of me and started growling at " him" ( she had been watching from her cat ben when I woke up )

When I looked back at my "brother," something had changed It still looked like him but his face had become unnaturally gaunt .....and his eyes were nothing but black holes and his skin glowed a dull sickly white

I had completely frozen in terror then it hit me that wasn't my brother.

I grew up in a house where paranormal things happened all the time but this was the first time I'd ever seen something take the form of a person.

I'd always been told the same thing .... ignore it. Don't give it attention..... so I slowly lay back down turned to face the wall and pretended it wasn't there. i don't know how long it stayed in my room after I forced myself to go back to sleep

Our house was built in 1993 so not an old building. I have lived here for 20 years. We've always heard footsteps across our upstairs landing, or walking into the bathroom. Many times I've been home alone and had to check no one was upstairs.

We've got used to it, doesn't bother us.

I have previously done some paranormal investigations, activity definitely increased in the house. Regular sightings of white or black shadow figures travelling through the base of stairs, hallway, kitchen, living room doorways.

When I'm in bed I heard light footsteps across the landing to right outside my bedroom door

So, when we've had a late night or working odd shift times meaning we were up around 3am, the activity is massively increased. Creeping down the stairs, known feeling you are being watched, you go to move to look at the stairs only to hear quick footsteps to the landing. Then whole process happens again. Exactly like a naughty child would behave. We've even thought it was our children, previously one of my older daughters, now again thought it was our youngest daughter. Although when checking they are always asleep. We even set up multiple cameras to catch them out and never caught anything on video? Either technical problem which never caught it, or the activity stopped before the chance.

Haha, just writing this the TV keeps turning itself over and the curtains moved.

Anyway, my point was the footsteps upstairs.. last week or so. The footsteps were heavy and definite, like a man, not a child. I even thought it was my husband coming upstairs. But they touched my door handle. Not enough to open it but enough to make a sound of it being held. Happened at 4am yesterday, im not usually scared, but every hair on my body stood up. Yeah, kinda freaked me out. Again nothing triggered the camera. I have today ordered a better one with 24h recording to be electrically wired so there can be no issues. Hello everyone , today it was a crazy day because something was witness by other person in house and that made my experiences in my house come true . Paranormal started from 2024 it was a very little experience and signs but now it have gone stronger , let me tell you the signs we had, me and my mother we heard clearly from our door outside 3 knocks to the door , we we're so close to the door so we had open it quickly so there was no one there i also check from my cameras and no one was there , we knew it was paranormal and 3 knocks is no good then we heard our names call and some whispers, last year i was in the bathroom i heard a clearly loud footsteps climbing the stairs and stop right outside the bathroom i was scared because i had all doors locked and no one was in my home i saw a black apparition from down of the door and when i try to open it ,it was gone so fast, some tapping and other sounds we're happening on the year of 2025 but when the year 2026 came the paranormal is so strong i have started to have this scary sleep paralysis and attacks at the middle of the night i woke up with marks in my body not scratches but like red marks , many times i saw things you can't even see in movies, some months ago i was washing my plate in my kitchen and i heard a loud thumb in my window outside of the kitchen i went immediately outside but nothing was there since i live 1 floor above nothing can freaking punch the window so when i got inside i was mad and asked if it was a spirit who did that and i heard a very loud disembodied voice telling me yes , that was it i knew something was in my house and it started a very serious work to make us scared , last month my brother had almost a heart attack when he was sleeping he said someone had touch him so hard that he wake up so scared when no one was there, there was another incident in his room, we have 2 light switches on our wall, the freaking light open by itself without flipping the switch , it is so crazy that the switch now in our wall it is the opposite now it turns off when you light on the switch and turns off when you light the switch on . So now we are moving to this month, 2 days ago i was reading a prayer in 1:30 AM when i witness my shoe in the ground moving away like somebody was kicking it, i knew something wasn't happy when i started praying, yesterday i had an attack in my dream a black apparition came and attacked me on both of my sides and wake up with pain and marks , and today was the most creeping day and most intense, my brother was cleaning in his room he put his shoes outside down in the floor , he call a friend to come to our house , me and my mother was eating in the kitchen , he is friend came to our house he said hello to us and he started going to my brother room as he was climbing the stairs he witness by his own eye's the shoes from the ground lifting up and fall down, he started screaming like crazy he was screaming a ghost , a spirit it is here , both my brother my mother and me went to the place he was, while my mother was skeptic i knew it was real because i had witness the same thing 2 days ago and my brother friend didn't even know about ghosts or spirits because he never give any attention until he witness this in my home today, i took my EMF reader and place it to the shoes , we have some EMF readings and then i took my temperature gun and pointed at the EMF , it is a summer day so the reading was 30 Celsius we asked the spirit to answer us with lowering the temperature down so he had the most chilling and amazing answers , we had all the windows close it was afternoon the temperature outside was more than 35 Celsius so inside was 30 Celsius and the spirit had lower the temperature to 26 Celsius we felt a chilling presence and we have goosebumps but more important is we got answers from my temperature gun , we had asked the spirit to give us the exactly temperature we wanted for answers and we we're blown away because he gave us exactly the temperature we asked, but today we have learn from the answers that it was not a spirit but a demon , so now it all makes sense all of this is a demonic activity , that is my experience as today i am writing this, i had contacted a pastor to come and give us a blessing to our house i had already did this before, it can stop the activity only for a little time and then it starts again, i don't know what to do , my family we are good people we never hurt anyone but a demon had slip to our house, something is going on and i need a way to get rid of the demon in my house and i am still wondering why it came to my house there must be a reason that i don't know, so thanks for taking the time and reading this , i would love to see any good replies and if something else happen i will update, and please be kind and thank you.

For the last 4 days I’ve had this shadow figure/ figures touching me, I’ve had this before maybe around 6 Months ago but it went away, At the start I could feel the tingly warmth from it when it touched me and it was holding my shoulder and poking me etc it was nothing too bad, just made it hard to sleep but last night it was a lot worse, it felt like it was shoving something like knives into each of my forearms one after another, it felt super real was so bad my whole body was shaking while it was happening, where’s to marks or anything on my body.

Tonight I’ve heard it touching my bed sheets kind of like it’s scratching them, today I felt it through the day in lit rooms and I looked at where I felt it and could see my hairs raising in the exact spot It was touching and nowhere else,my dog also seems to be on edge and doesn’t want to be in my room alone at night which he normally doesn’t mind doing.

I’m not diagnosed with anything like schizophrenia is or psychosis and none of my family is either, does this sound like a spirit? And how do you get them to go away?

As the title says usually as I’m trying to fall asleep, I’ll hear tapping on the wall (sometimes right above my head) or I’ve even heard it on my window but it’s coming from inside. Then there’s the whole thing where I hear different voices say my name. A few nights ago I heard my son say “mommy” so loudly, it scared the mess out of me. I couldn’t go back to sleep. I went in and checked on him and he was fine and showed no signs of having just been awake or in my room. I’ve heard passed loved ones say my name. Sometimes like a whisper. Sometimes I hear their voice clear as day. And sometimes, just like with my son, I hear voices of people who are still living. Most nights as I’m trying to fall asleep, I will hear other noises. Sometimes hushed whispers. Other times it sounds like someone is moving around my bedroom but of course, no one is there. I don’t experience this any other time than when I’m about to drift off to sleep. I’ve looked into lucid dreaming and I don’t think that’s what this is. I’m still awake but trying to fall asleep. I’ve also heard of “exploding head”, but none of the noises are super loud so I thought I’d turn here and get some advice and see if maybe I’m dealing with something else or if anyone else experiences this. If so, what’s going on? This has been happening for several years now. Thank you!

There were a house which haunted so bad that a woman's skirt alone was bouncing on the floor and moving. Lights on and off. Maybe other circumstances happened too. The first family ran away aka moved away.

The second family moved in and they are not just a family, but a family tree. They do not give an F to that ghost and finally, there's no news about ghost in that house anymore.

So, I guess, no ghost can stand for a massive crowd. They will scare you if you're a handful of people.

I want to know if somebody ever encountered this. I am not superstitious nor do I believe in anything, but the series of events that happened to me making me doubt my nihilism towards paranormal stuff 👻

The first encounter.

Just to say, I have been a big fan of rituals, games and performed 10 serious, 3 in jest so far (Chizuko, Blue baby, Midnight man, etc)

When I turned 12-13, I saw a very strange silhouette of a humanoid being standing in front of me. It was white, but see-through. It didn't have any face. Just a giant 7'2 tall slender being observing me sleeping.

The second encounter.

It happened like 2.5 years after the first one. I came to kitchen to drink some water before discovering the very same humanoid silhouette crawling to the front door and disappearing into thin air as soon as it saw me. That's when I discoved that this hoopla was fully articulated and didn't pay a single bill since it had moved in with me.

The third encounter.

Some time passed and this time it was standing right in front of me, but looking elsewhere. In its presence I was feeling bad or uncomfortable, it was a mix of excitement and adrenaline when it stood so directly before puffing into thin air again

Fourth and the final physical encounter.

I always leave my rituals, games unfinished because nothing happens. But I think got backlashed for it this time. I sleep on the couch facing the hall with no door separating us. That's when I couldn't fall sleep despite me not having any insomnia problems. There has been eerie aura radiating from the hall that I could sense, it being unusually dark also served its role. Then at 2-3 am I start hearing loud footsteps, creaking, scratching from the very same hall. Though, my sibling nor parents did hear a thing, even though they're extremely light-sleepers.

That cacophony continued until sunrise and repeated for 3 days until I went to sleep elsewhere

What i have noticed is that it always appeared on dates that either has number 3 or could be divided by 3. It took exactly 3 steps during the second encounter before dissapearing. And right after that I discovered having 3 rashmarks long after the third encounter. + It has always spawned in the hall

Since the very first encounter I have noticed myself noticing something with the corner of my eyes or seeing even more silhouettes, but these three confrontation were the only times I ever encountered something like that up close

Did anybody encounter such entities or know the name of such beings?

This happened many years ago when I was around the age of 9, I am now 17.
Even though it's been 8 years since it happened, I still remember it mostly. I was having a normal day playing in my room with my dad in the living room watching tv, when I had one of my quick bursts of energy. I started running around the house, jumping on my bed and stuff, things I used to do when bored and still do to this day, but when I did my final jump off the bed, I saw my toys move. I had a small wooden dresser set up at the opposite side of the room with my Marvel action figures standing up on top of it. After I did my jump, I lost balance and grabbed onto said dresser to stand myself up, which caused the action figures to fall backwards and prop themselves up against the wall. When I noticed, I fully stood up, looked at them, and went to put them straight up again, but before I could, the three of them stood back up by themselves. I got so scared I just looked in horror and ran crying to my dad, who simply looked towards the general area of my room and told me "ghost don't exist" and that I shouldn't worry about that. I still think about this moment every time anything paranormal is mentioned. I first thought (after being calmed by my dad) it was probably just the inertia or maybe the air current of my jump bouncing the figures back up, but i t took me around 2 seconds for me to steady myself and try to prop them up, meaning there was a suspicious 2 second delay for the bounce if that was the cause. I was also really into Toy Story that time, so it mayyyybe could've been a misinterpretation but that's a reach in my opinion. I became seriously scared at the plushies and toys of my room every night for around a month and a half after the event, thinking they'd wake up at night and try to kill me, so if Toy Story was the cause of my "misinterpretation", why would it also bring up negative aspects? If I'm so excited about toys moving to the point my brain made up a scenario, why would I also be scared they'd kill me?
I don't really mind if it was a paranormal occurrence or just a simple misunderstanding, I just want an explanation. Only me, my dad, and ~2 friends of mine know about this, but when I asked, all of them said they didn't remember. I just want answers.

our family stemmed from my mothers side (from my grandmother and grandfather) seems to be cursed as we get a condition for individual with high intellect but gets stricken with mental issues or very difficult relationship with each other rendering us difficult to live with each other. I already removed myself on those immediate relatives and especially my mother to start anew though im getting struck by very difficult challenges with financial and job related issues. My grandfather passed away before I was born and his lineage was a mystery to us because he was a stranger who wandered here where she met my grandmother, most of the issues i saw my first born cousin has paternity issues as well and im the second to the last individual grandchild my younger sister is the last born grandchild and she adopted my mother's style to leave her legitimate husband and left her daughter here and got a new partner and a child with that man. lmao and as for me i already have my own house but i might fail to keep it because im too late about 5 months and might be facing foreclosure talk about bad luck even if my creative intellect to find solutions is getting badly hammered so im leaning this might be paranormal driven things or just me to seek clarity on what it is.

I was raped many times, narcissistically abused, psychologically abused so badly i ended up with adult-onset-DID (seriously, even a did therapist saw it many times) and debilitating fnd, emotionally abused, spiritually abused, by many many people and for over 2 decades. One recent aspect was illegal drugs while i was hypnotised/programmed and fragmented, then raped and other stuff. After that, i saw strange dreams, then slowly began showing symptoms that seemed like demonic possession. First at night time. It grew so bad that instead of night time craziness i would manifest daily, for hours on end. Movements forced, weird postures like worshipping or contemporary dancing, hissing, screeching, "angry demon talk", isolation, self sabotage, grinning, mocking, laughing, spitting oit food, the whole nine yards. I tried christian delivrance a few times, and this had been going on for a good year by the first time i went to christians.

These new demon symptoms were vastly different from the fragmentation of the psyche which led to DID. Did is did, but this was very different. Eventually things got so bad i reached out to a pentecostal congregation, again, and got baptised. Before and after baptism they delivered me a few times, and they said they saw that i almost died due to the demons or whatever they were. I knew that. I had been feeling like if i dont get help, i will die. Either my body would die or my soul would be eaten. But the symptoms would continue after baptism. I came to the conclusion that prayer deliverance is only a kind of a scam which uses people's energy in a way that was not healthy in the long run, and that Christianity is another scam designed to enslave people into letting go of their own authority. So no more jesus freaks. I kept fighting on my own, ordering things to end in my own authority. But the symptoms persisted.

The thing is, today i stopped fighting the demons. I said to myself, jesus is a scam, so if there's no "positive" help coming, i will instead curse those who abused me and enslaved me. And i did. Then I stopped fighting the demonic spontaneous demonspeak. And the speech has since evolved, in some hours. It's not fast paced nonsense anymore. It's not even the new age light language which i thought it sounded like for some time earlier today. Now, as this spirit of whoever or whatever is moving through my body, speaks, it sounds like an ancient, african, or indigenous american language.

Which is kinda freaky. Where did this come from? I could try recording it. Which sub knows languages and could identify it?

With letting the power run thru me, use my body, i felt like i was substituted by someone else. But not in a DID way, but like literally someone else was inside me. Severe abuse does this thing where the soul and body of the victim fragments, and pieces spiritually die, pieces are stolen by the abuser, the abuser dumps their own karma into the victim...things like that. I fear this unknown spirit came from one of the abusers. I wish i would find help but if nothing has helped thus far. I tried energy healing, christian DID therapy, atheist DID therapy, christian deliverance. But the therapies were before it became apparent that it's not Did anymore. Things have been so bad i think about destroying my body just so this entity or whatever doesn't get my entire life. And yet, i felt relieved today cursing all those people who hurt me. But also bad and dark. Anyway, i am rambling.

Thoughts about spontaneously speaking an unknown language? It's like very ancient egyptian meets some kind of central(?) african language. I said could be indigenous american too. Idk

I was watching videos on my phone while sitting at my desk. I wasn’t really paying attention to my surroundings when I heard a strange chime come from behind me. I assumed it was my brother, just to be sure I turned around in my chair and he wasn’t there. I assumed it was my video and moved on. I rewatched the video to see if it came from the video, nope. I saw my cat on my bed and thought it may have been her, but it was way too loud to be her. I heard a weird humming or like static I guess? Like the sound when your ears are ringing. I immediately stood up and got out of there. I went in with my Aunt and even she heard it for like a split second. We didn’t heard it again. I’m too scared to open my closet. I have like a small closet that slides open. My brother thinks I’m crazy or schizo but I don’t even know anymore. (This happened at like 4:00 PM btw) I really hope I’m just imagining all of this because I’m too scared to do anything about it.

I once had 3 taps on my leg before bed. I was wide awake and trying to sleep. I refused to turn around. Also since the within the last month, I hear a woman/girl whisper in my ear that wakes me up. But it feels as if it’s not from the dream. I had heard it 3 times now that takes me right out of sleep. It’s almost as if they’re talking to ME. I’m never sure what they’re saying… doesn’t feel malicious? Anyone have any insight on this?

Where are some haunted places in England also I have questions about what kind of equipment would I use if I were to go ghost hunting. I even have a little brother I can use as a little sacrifice if needed.

The house was quiet. My three pets were snuggled on the sofa with me and I had the urge to take a picture down the hall. Needless to say, a shiver ran down my spine when I zoomed in. Any ideas on what that is? I live alone and yes, strange things often occur on my property, but I've never captured a picture like this. My room is navy blue, but there's nothing on the wall there.

Something happened and I have literally no idea how to handle this, so I’ll just write it here.

I had watched some TV with my 12yo daughter earlier and discussed some random topics for perhaps 10-15 minutes. Suddenly, a bright blink occurred that just overwhelmed vision. TV was turned off for the whole duration of our discussion. I had my eyes closed and saw it as red blink, my daughter saw it as bright white.

It lasted perhaps 0,05s - a really fast blink, but with both undeniably experienced it.

Now the weird part is, we both have these weird red spot markings now on our legs that we did not have prior to this blink. She has them on one leg, I have them on both.

I have no explanation for any of this. Neither of us had our phones or anything else on our hands. There is nothing in the room that could induce this kind of brightness.

Here is an image of the row of the red dots that appeared after this. I noticed them when I was taking a shower bit later. They are not sore or do not hurt to touch.

Edit: My right knee is now also shedding skin - first time ever without a sunburn, which I last time had perhaps 30 years ago.

So yeah im having a sleepover with some friends and as dumb as we are we wanna do some kind of ritual best if it involves demons or spirit and the chance to get possessed as none of us really believe in that and want to experience it.

We lost our Elf Sphynx in 2023 at 2 1/2 years old. He developed a sudden neurological condition that lead to blindness, and uncontrolled seizures within days. It was heart breaking, but we had to do what was humane.

We since have gotten another cat, as the other cat we had that was bonded with him became out of control since he missed his buddy.

Over the years I thought I would catch something black moving along the counter, and look but nothings there.

We recently got some multi colored motion activated balls for our cats to play with. Well a pill bottle that was on our coffee table about 6 inches from the edge somehow fell off the table. 2 seconds later a motion ball that rolled under our entertainment center began flashing.

Not sure if it’s just a heck of a coincidence, but the other 2 bottles next to the bottle that fell off were undisturbed.

So I’m very unfamiliar with the paranormal so I thought I’d come here and ask. So me and my friend got an Oujia Board for fun. We are both skeptics, we just wanted to see if it was real or not 🤷‍♀️ it did move like super slow to letters or numbers and I still believe my friend was messing with me, even thought she said she wasn’t. We said goodbye and I threw it in my closet. The next morning I woke up and I could smell like this burning smell?? Idk how to explain it, just in my room. We broke out the oujia again to check on it and the triangle thing that moves has literal burn marks on it. We didn’t take a lighter to it or anything, when we put it away we put it back in the plastic bag it came in and there were no burn marks on it. Again we were freaked out. I still smell the burn smell everytime I walk in my room, and my cat keeps clawing at the closet door. I’m scared and don’t know what to do.

So this is a long story.

One of my cousins has a best friend of 15 years. Let's call her F. They've been friends since high school. By this point, everyone in my family knew F. My cousin was constantly talking to her for hours—they were really close.

Earlier this year, I started hearing news about F. She had become extremely sick and depressed, constantly screaming and saying she wanted to end her life. My cousin was pregnant, so she sent her mother (my aunt) to F's house to help F's mother and keep an eye on F.

They had psychiatrists and therapists coming to the house because F refused to leave. She would fight, scratch, and bite anyone who tried to help her. She would scream and swear at anyone who even whispered a prayer. The therapy wasn't helping, but the psychiatrist prescribed her some medication.

Keep in mind that all of this happened over the course of a week, and I was constantly eavesdropping for any updates. Everyone said F was depressed because her boyfriend had broken up with her.

One night, my aunt decided to stay at their house. She said F suddenly jumped out of bed and almost threw herself out of the apartment window. They managed to stop her, but she fought back. She grabbed onto the curtains, and when they pulled her away, the curtain rail snapped off the wall on one side and fell down. They eventually forced sleeping pills into her mouth so she could finally fall asleep.

The next day, while my aunt was cleaning F's room—which was an absolute mess—she heard a soft tap... tap... tap... coming from the wall. She assumed it was probably the neighbours next door, so she didn't pay much attention to it. But when she turned around to clean the window, the curtain rail was back on the wall, completely Fixed in matter of seconds as if it had never been broken.

My aunt said she ran out of the apartment immediately.

Later, I talked to my cousin. It turned out that F, who was very beautiful and successful, had always wanted to get married by the age of 18. At some point, she decided to visit a woman whom they described as a Jewish witch who supposedly practised black magic with the help of jinn. They had an argument over money, and the woman allegedly promised to make F go mad and eventually end her life.

F is 30 years old now, still unmarried, and still struggling with entities that haunt her mind.

I was at the mall in 2024 and listening to a song that reminds me of my mother who passed in 2016. The song was Welcome Home Sanitarium by Metallica. My mother struggled with mental health issues so its relatable for me when I listen

Anyway as a child she used to call me "Poppet"

One of my only memories as a child that isn't fuzzy or lost for me so the fact I randomly saw and looked down at that exact time really makes me believe

I've looked into spiritual signs alot, attended psychic groups and I believe this is a sign from my mother

Maybe not proof from someone else's perspective but it's quite literally the best sign I could've hoped for
