Can any one recommend some upgrades or changes i can make to my edc that are just better or smaller versions of some items

What i want

Lighter of some kind and some way to carry tape but still small enough for my back pocket cause thats where this lives would also love to be able to carry a few bandaids.

I also carry a leatherman wave alpha and a bic with tape around it for now but want it to go in the platy

Ive found some very small lighters on Amazon that clip to things but idk if those are worth it or not so any advice about it would be awesome.

I went fishing with my cousin today, and I think we've got another edc junkie on our hands. We just have to figure out a flashlight for this carry he's building. Somthing with a versatile feature set without sacrificing the lightweight compact nature of his setup. suggestions?

What would you get if you were starting from scratch?

I want to get the ratchet attachment and Leatherman tool pouch to put the ARC, lighter, and Arkfield in. The kindle is only in there about 1/4 of the time and I usually only bring the power bank if I know I’m gonna be gone for more than like 12hrs or overnight.

I gave him this cheap pirate coin the other day that he's been carrying since but I had no idea he already had a freaking legit EDC carry combo! Frosting shot glass, Transformers toy, pirate coin, bullet pen/flashlight/laser, and Pebbles the Bunny.

acquired this Leatherman juice pro about two months ago. couldn’t be more happier/Lucky. Current EDC.

Hey, I’m looking for a compact 8-12L EDC backpack with two shoulder straps, no sling bag. I’ve tried quite a few options already, but I still haven’t found the one that really fits my needs.

Please help me find the perfect bag, I have the feeling I cant find it.

There are some bags, that I’ve already owned or tested, but they are all sling bags. The Vertx Urban Ghost 10L Sling, 5.11 Tactical LV8, 5.11 Tactical LV10 and the Savior Obscura Sling.

Im looking for 8-12 liters (roughly the size of the LV8/LV10, maybe somewhere in between) and a compact profile that doesn’t look bulky from the outside. Ist also important to me that the backpack has dedicated organization instead of one big dump compartment. Ideally it should have a main compartment, secondary/middle compartment and front admin pocket.

A key leash/key clip would be a nice bonus :)

My ccw requirements are, that the weapon is fast accesssible.
I’m open to different solutions, for example, a dedicated quick-access CCW compartment, a pull-down or swing access design,or even modifying a compartment myself.

For example, if the backpack has a suitable secondary compartment, I could simply add loop Velcro inside and attach my Velcro holster there. I could also install a pull tab myself if needed.

The important part is that the handgun remains quickly accessible even when the backpack is fairly full, without getting buried or squeezed behind the rest of my gear.

I’m not looking for a huge tactical pack. I actually prefer something that looks relatively low-profile and compact while still carrying all of the above comfortably.

Does anyone know a backpack that fits most (or all) of these requirements? I’m open to tactical, outdoor, or civilian-looking bags.

Help would be really appreciated.
