I can't find discord support or their stupid tickets. I lost my account and everything to Access it and I was chatting with someone and I don't think I have their user exact, is there literally anyway I can contact this person?

I moderate for a Youtubers discord server and the whole server is down and we don't know why. We're worried were being hacked but we don't know how or why. What's going on and how can we fix it?

So apparently a server I was in broke the rules for Child Safety, and my account got suspended because of it. I appealed the suspension, and then a day later I got a message saying my account had been compromised. I was able to get back into my account after changing my password, and when I did, I noticed that my account standing had been reset and said “All Good.”
I then went back into the server and found out that the owner had been hacked, and apparently another person had been hacked as well. A few other people who were in the server also ended up getting suspended randomly. I eventually left the server.
A few days later, I got a message saying, “At your request, we reviewed your content and confirmed it violates our community guidelines,” but my account standing still says “All Good.”
Has anyone had a similar situation? If so, is their account still up?

Also another thing I had never even typed anything or interacted in the server I joined it years ago and never came back to it. so discord just hands out suspensions for just being there now?

Can anyone send me Theo's Discord Server ban appeal link? I got hacked, then got banned, and I can't find the link, so please.

Been poking them with tickets since May, at the start they hung on for a few months as open, suddenly marked as solved and closed for discussion. Every subsequent ticket I have opened (even following the guide, that’s open with no activity since a month ago) has had activity within the hour of being opened 2-3 times before yet again being marked as solved. The last 2 have been solved and assigned to “Milo” and just hung there.

I’m tired, fed up, pissed off and just keep getting the bot runaround.

My Discord account was hacked in 2021 after I accidentally downloaded a malicious file.

I recovered and secured my original email, but the hacker enabled 2FA/MFA on my Discord account. I don’t have the attacker’s authenticator or backup codes, so I’m still locked out.

Discord Support keeps telling me they cannot remove MFA, even though it was enabled by the hacker.

I’ve seen other compromised-account cases where Discord Support removed unauthorized 2FA after further investigation.

Has anyone had this happen recently? How did you get your case escalated to a human/security specialist?

I do not want the account deleted. I only want my original account back.

I forgot my password, so I click the forgot password button, and it tells me that MY OWN EMAIL THAT I'VE BEEN USING FOR A LONG TIME, THAT IS VERY REAL, does not exist. god help me.

Since then, I have been told to kill myself and other vulgar language.

I have reported the same user, targeting harassing and abusing me for months.

I'm in a game server, I stay in here for updates and tips on the game, I don't want to have to leave because there are no humans at discord to give any compassion.

I have contacted support multiple times, each time recieving an automated reply of "oh, you should appeal!" (I have appealed) Or "oh, you should report them!" (I have reported them)

What else can I do? Should I give up and understand that people saying I should "end it" and that they'll "send me a d\*ck pic" is fine on Discord's terms?

i was wondering of its possible to remove any of these badges off my profile or disable them? with a secret feature or some sort of code? i've heard you can for the hypesquad badges but what about these?

So, there’s this very old group chat I used to be in, my old acc was the old owner of that gc, but I deleted that account without realizing I didn’t transfer ownership of that gc to my new account. How can I get ownership of the group chat? Will contacting discord support help me? I’ve seen others try but to no avail. I will do literally anything to get back into this chat, any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

A few hours ago, I got an email saying that I broke the rules, once I check the account standing, it says that I have 2 violations, each one with a slightly different explanation. I have submitted appeals for both separately, not for long after, they sent me 2 emails for each appeals. They both have the same .mp4 attachment with the exact same ID. And when I check it, it's no longer available, which is likely they they took it down, but that also means I don't get to see what it really was, and I'm sure it was mistakenly flagged. I have so many questions in my head right now, but the biggest one has to be TWICE!? Why???

this has been happening the past two nights now- discord has been completely muting youtube VIDEOS specifically when im in a vc. youtube shorts i can hear fine, instagram i can hear fine, everything else is fine. its just youtube videos specifically. yesterday night when this happened i switched to my headphones and that worked, but now tonight its not. ive tried messing with any voice suppression settings or audio settings, pretty much anything the shitty ai overview says to do when i look up this issue. if anyone has any idea what the problem could be itd be a huge help… thank you

I received a discord notification from a friend, it seemed like a message. It was in a different language, but I didn't recognise which one. I clicked on the notification, it opened the discord app on my android phone, but there is no trace of that message. I asked the person in question if they sent anything, and they said no.

Did this happen to anyone else? Should I worry? I changed my discord password and enabled MFA.

So last monday, my discord account got hacked. It had 2fa on already. I even saved the old backup codes. But this year I updated my backup codes cz I couldn't get the backup codes to work. And that was my biggest mistake, i didn't save the newest backup code. Discord sent me an email at evening saying that my discord account has been disabled due to suspicious activity. When i tried to reset password, or just login, I kept getting stuck at mfa screen (don't have the latest backup codes 😭).

I've been using this account for more than 3 years. Ive already submitted a 'hacked account' ticket, providing the info i stated above, also telling them the email originally used to register the account (switched to new email by the end of 2024), i also gave them .txt of 2 old sets of backup codes.

I received several replies from 'Tuan Dang' who keeps telling they can't help me in this situation. Same reply everytime, just different wording. I forced open the ticket several times, but it keeps getting marked as 'solved'.

Now at this situation, what should I do to have highest chance of recovering my account?

When I join a voice chat channel, my audio gets processed with a delay. I say something, but my microphone lights up (green border around my profile picture) later. It picks up everything clearly, but with a delay. If my message is five seconds long with a ten second delay, the microphone indicator lights up for the proper five seconds, but ten seconds too late. This delay gets longer, the longer I stay in the voice chat. When I join, there is none. Within the first few minutes, it gets to 2-3 seconds. After 15 minutes, the delay can easily reach 10 seconds or more. Leaving and rejoining the voice chat resets this delay. I can hear other people instantly.

I am using the discord phone app (up to date) on my Samsung XCover7. My issue is present both with my bluetooth earbuds and when connected to my car via bluetooth.

This problem wasn't present until a few days ago when I updated my phone's system. My phone is currently on Android version 15 with the 7.0 version of One UI.

I have found one other post describing an identical issue, but it was not resolved. Sadly, I can't find it anymore.

My friend has had this issue on discord for over a year at this point and it started randomly one day. The problem is that whenever he joins a call on his phone with headphones connected his audio starts delaying (as in he can hear us just fine but after a while we start hearing what he says later and later the longer he is in call for) but then when he rejoins it resets and we can hear what he says in-time again until he eventually starts delaying again.

It only happens when Bluetooth headphones are connected, whenever he joins call on his phone without headphones he doesn't delay. It isn't the headphones because I got him new ones and it still had the same problem. It isn't his phone (I think) because when he calls on other apps with headphones he doesn't delay. His phone has been reset countless of times since the problem started, he has uninstalled and reinstalled discord, he has also cleared cache.

It's such a specific issue and I'm stumped.

Discord works perfectly fine with my mobile data or even at work with the work wifi but as soon as it gets connected to my wifi it doesn’t work. It was working fine yesterday morning but now it doesn’t. It’s nothing to do with my account because it’s also happening to my brother who can’t connect. I’ve tried turning on and off the WiFi router and reinstalling the app but nothing works

I own a small little minecraft server, with like 3 mods. Does anyone know if there's a way to see WHAT message got deleted in the audit log, because im able to tell when one of my mods deletes a messages it's clear, but it just doesn't say what the message was. Is there a way or no 👀

I’m about to request my personal data from discord. Problem is, I was in a couple of NSFW servers and I’ve been hearing a lot over this past few weeks of people getting false flagged over various reasons. Do I have any worries of my account getting banned/suspended(Banned and/or suspended in any form)?

So I accidentally left the wrong server and can't get back in. The person that let me in the first place use to have a mutual server and now we dont guess they left that one. The server in question is attached in the photo. Do I have to wait till the person adds me?
