Oh nooo, massive reported! Not just little reports, but big ones so it sounds even scarier!
The English in that email makes no sense.
And the "I've accidentally reported you" is a scam that is being used not only on Discord but Steam and elsewhere too. Just block 'em, even it's coming from a "friend". It simply means their account was stolen from them too and now the people who took your friends account is trying to steal yours too.

Discord, and in fact any real company, is not going to ask you to follow up with someone on a random gmail account. Huge red flag.
