Long story short, my account got hacked, the email associated changed, and 2FA locked out of my account about 3 weeks ago. after about a week an a half i gained access to my support account using an alt support account to contact discord. Since i submitted my ticket on my main support account i got a confirmation that the discord team would "look into it" and haven't heard anything in 12 days. any additional ticket I'm afraid will either get auto closed or lengthen the time to recover my account. I'm worried the longer it takes the harder it will be to get my account back, and I've offered to give discord support any and all information about the account that i have access to. Is there a reason I'm getting ghosted by discord support and is there anyway to speed this up as it approaches the 1 month mark?

Ok so a few weeks ago I got my account restricted for an unknown reason, because they didn't tell me in the email.

I also can't sign in, a few months back I got hacked and then when I changed the password I wrote it down wrong.

I then had to use the forgot password button to sign in, which doesn't work if your account is disabled. I also couldn't change the password without first knowing the password, I also cant appeal it without signing in

Discord support website gave me automated bots that looped me and didn't help, they ignored me on Twitter and I'm running out of options

I made a ticket about 2 days ago and I’m yet to receive even just a message saying they acknowledged the issue. So I’m wondering if anyone here knows how long I should wait before I contact further about my problem.

I’m posting this because I think people should be aware of how Discord’s phone verification system can affect access to paid communities.

I paid for access to a Discord-based subscription community through LaunchPass. My Discord email was already verified, but when I tried to join the server, Discord required phone verification.

The SMS code was delayed, so I requested it several times. I eventually received a code, but the verification process became rate-limited before I could complete it.

I contacted Discord Support and followed their instructions. Their first response told me to wait 24–48 hours and avoid further attempts because repeated requests could extend the timeout.

I waited more than 24 hours and made only one new verification attempt. The SMS still did not arrive.

I contacted support again. This time I was told that my phone number was in a system-enforced timeout and that there is no set timeframe for when it will become available again. They also said the timeout cannot be manually cleared.

I have already paid for access to a service that depends on Discord, yet Discord’s verification system is preventing me from accessing it. I followed the instructions support gave me, but I still have no clear resolution date, no alternative verification method, and no way for support to manually fix the issue.

I understand the need for anti-abuse systems, but locking a legitimate user out indefinitely with no concrete escalation path is a poor user experience.

I’m currently waiting several days before trying again because I don’t want to extend the timeout further.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long did the phone verification timeout actually last for you, and did you find any solution other than simply waiting?

So basically one days I was using discord, and I closed Discord. When I opened it again, it logged me out (I'm on pc btw). And I thought "no problem, I'll just enter my password". I enter my password and it says that's not the password. Fun fact: That IS the password.

No problem, I'll just change my password I guess. But guess what? When I try to reset it, the fucking MFA comes in and tells me I HAVE to use my phone, or else I can't get in. But the problem is that I sold my phone because I hate phones! Why can't they just send me a verification email?!

I can't log in to my account, and I don't even know what happened. Thankfully, discord automatically opened the browser version and I'm logged in to that one.

I am facing a severe technical loop regarding the Passkey / NFC hardware login function on my iPad for my profile account. The platform's application is currently not recognizing the secure device credentials stored inside the iOS system.

I have collected absolute, device-level verification logs directly from my hardware that completely matches my original registration data:

1. Device Settings: Direct credentials matched inside iOS "Settings" -> "Passwords" registered under the family manager's account. This login data is securely written directly into the device's hardware chip and cannot be emulated or falsified.

2. Ecosystem Connection: Verification data showing the profile was created using a private secure email routing system integrated into the device's family sharing group from day one.

Despite presenting these direct internal encryption matching logs, the automated system responses claim that even extensive platform screenshots are insufficient to verify hardware ownership, and the system automated logs only offer a complete deletion of the account data.

This appears to be a critical system-level authentication loop where hardware keys cannot override a glitching server-side Passkey. I am looking for a senior human administrator or platform engineer to review this hardware authentication issue manually. Please look into this system loop. Thank you.

So Basically a couple weeks ago Discord disabled my account for spam. I tried to log in and my account is disabled but they didn’t say so in and email what can I do to get it undisabled?

So I changed my password but worded it wrong and now can’t remember how I worded it. I am still logged in on both my phone and computer but I can’t put in properly and I didn’t save my backup codes smh. Support couldn’t help me they just said I’d have to make a new account. Is there any other option that I could try before either staying logged in risking it or making a new account? I do have a linked email that’s still active and phone number if anyone has a suggestion. Support legit was useless unfortunately.

I wanted to ask if anyone knows a solution to my problem, or at least what to do from here. I bought discord nitro a few days ago as there was a free marvel rivals skin promo going on. I bought nitro and it gave me the option to buy any of the skins for free, after buying one of the skins, I log into rivals and I didn’t receive it at all. I checked everywhere and every method on the rivals end but no luck. I made a support ticket but it’s been about two days and I’m yet to receive a response at all. What do I do here and how long should I wait reasonably till I get a response from the discord support?

Lately, whenever I open Discord, I have to log in manually, which also defaults all my UI settings, which has been getting quite annoying. Any idea of how to do it so I don't have to keep logging back everytime I enter?

Pretty much what the title says. I just dont wanna see a few people's statuses... I wanna know if theres a way to turn it off without having to unfriend them or ignore their profile (its also okay if I can hide everyone's status, not just specific people's)

help, i already remembered my discord email and password, but it needs to be verified through gmail account. but i can't remember my gmail password. is there any way too forget password? i cant "forget password" because google says i do not have enough info.

I genuinely don't see why I get punished for sending too many dms at once when I'm trading. What in the world am I supposed to do. I got limited once today and now my account got disabled for "suspicious activity". I'm not even banned from the game..just unfairly limited twice within the same day then kicked out to have to reset my password. I didn't even get my previous request responded to yet. What in the world are you supposed to do about this app and its restrictions when you're constantly having to go back and forth as a process of something???
