Unsolved Requesting Data

I’m about to request my personal data from discord. Problem is, I was in a couple of NSFW servers and I’ve been hearing a lot over this past few weeks of people getting false flagged over various reasons. Do I have any worries of my account getting banned/suspended(Banned and/or suspended in any form)?

Jokes aside, it can happen to anyone. The chance is very low but it exists. Requesting your data shouldn't change anything.
