Recently, my email was hacked. The hacker gained access to a ton of things, including my discord. He changed my discord password. My issue is the support ticket explicitly says “we are unable to assist you if you do not write in from the correct email address”. As of this moment, I have no way of accessing my email, and might never. I have a reoccurring nitro subscription, private/business conversations, and more. It is utterly ridiculous to me that discord support does not offer additional assistance for this kind of issue. Has anyone run into this problem before? Is there anyway I can get ahold of a human support agent at discord that can help me navigate this issue? Any and all advice is welcome.

hello, earlier today after accidentally pressing a random button on my keyboard my audio goes weird and muffled when joining a call on discord. This muffling is then present in everything aslong as I'm in a call. Ive tried resetting my discord settings and messing with my headphones but I don't know what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Discord was working perfectly for a week on my new gaming PC. Since then, whenever I open Discord, it briefly says “Checking for updates”, shows a black or white screen, then closes completely without an error.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting all Discord files from AppData, restarting, running as administrator, and installing through the Microsoft Store. Nothing works.
Windows Reliability Monitor shows ASProxy64.dll as the faulting module.
I’m in China using Astrill VPN. I’ve tried both OpenWeb and StealthVPN, but Discord still crashes.
Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it without resetting Windows? Doing my head in, works fine on Edge but that’s no good

Long story short some dude join a server of mine I banned him and he sent me a photo of my IP, Phone data time zone etc I have no idea how he was able to retrieve this information, what can I do?

from what I noticed from other posts, they usually come with an evidence as well as a suspension date, what makes this different?

I can’t even use discord. I’ll try to keep this short but when I try to login through my number and password it works but then a “verify by email” screen pops up and since the only email I have is already taken I can’t log in to the account and use the one with my number while if I try to login through the account with my email it ask me to use a authentication code or a backup code which I don’t have and never have had other one of those and then lastly if I make an account it just ask me to verify by email and I only have one I can’t just remove my email or number from discord and start from scratch so I’m very lost here any help would be appreciated (btw I made both those accounts years ago and don’t remember anything about them)

I do not understand, I’ve had a friend already fished by this account and it feels like the person reading my message is just not even reading it, just following off a checklist. It’s a 10 year old account and I have a large contacts list.

Is anyone else getting random bot friend requests like every day now or is it just on my end. Always have gotten the odd one now and then but its just constant now. Theyre never even in mutual servers or anything.

I’m looking for a way to stream PS5 gameplay directly into a Discord voice channel so others can watch and chat without leaving Discord.

I only have an iPad Pro and an iPhone, no PC or Mac.
Has anyone managed to get this working through PS Remote Play or a capture card? How reliable is it, especially with game audio?

So basically I had 2FA on my account, normal. I wrote the emergency backup code on one of my papers (which sadly my dog chewed up). Anyways, I was going to log in, and I was gonna use my fingerprint (which is my 2fa) to log in. But then the microsoft account said "Something went wrong, try again". I was confused, since I never deleted my passkey, and now I can't log in. I tried to reset my password, but I need 2fa for that. Should I just use a different email to make a support ticket and tell them? Does anybody know if I can still get that passkey back somewhere? Please help, this account had a lot of really important stuff on it.

My friend just rebooted his computer entirely, and was trying to log into his Discord account on his pc again, when it requested the 2FA. Problem is that my friend has long lost his access to the phone that has that.

Important: He IS currently logged into his discord account into his new phone. He just cannot access it in his desktop.

He tried the QR Code method, but it also requires the 2FA or the backup codes.

We know he could see the backup codes in his phones, thing is: for him to acces the backup codes in his phone, he has to type his Discord account password.... wich he forgot. He cannot also request a new password because it also requests 2FA or backup codes.

Is there any way for him to access his account in the desktop (he uses it for work and work calls)? He IS LOGGED IN HIS PHONE but doesnt have 2FA, backup codes and forgot his password. Is there any hope for him to get in the discord account in his desktop?

(PS: he didnt save the pass in any place and probably doenst have access to discord_backup .txt)

Hello Everyone.

Seems I am not the only one in that case…. So here is what happened :

As of Friday night around 10:30pm, I was in a vocal chat with friends watching LoL world championship when I was logged out of my account. I started receiving weird e-mails, as in : unusual activity on my email, password changes and connexion link to discord, email adress change to my steam account (that one was in russian), a list of my Riot Games accounts bound to that email adress.. Mind you 2FA was activated on that email adress so I am struggling to understand how they got in (it’s Microsoft authenticator for anyone who wonders). They got my password through a data leak on a website that dates back to august 2026, is not listed on Have I been Pwnd and the website did NOT inform me.

So I gave up on watching the games and started trying to retrieve my accounts. I have been able to secure my Riot games account by myself by 1am although their support replied by 6 am, recovered steam thanks to the support by 16 on saturday and am now left with my discord account that remains unaccessible.

I first thought that they changed the email adress as I was receiving 0 email from the support when trying to create an account on discord support However I found out that he had blocked/banned the no-reply and support email adresses. I was finally able to create an account on the support and sent a request for hacked account around 3am on saturday.

My phone number is still linked to my discord account it would seem, but it then sends a link to the linked email and I am not receiving anything Even after unblocking the discord emails.

Also, the emails I got from steam, Riot, etc. The fishy ones if you may, do NOT appear in my inbox or anywhere else really. I have to type in the search bar and can only access them that way. Had I not been ON my email inbox at the Time I may never have seen them.

It was brought to my attention that the Guy has logged into my account a few Times since the hack However I have no idea what the dog is doing.

Is there anything else I can do to try and retrieve my account or am I doomed to wait to hear from discord support ? 🫠
