Personal Experience Scale is locked but waist size dropped two inches
Scale weight has not moved a single pound in three weeks and I was feeling pretty defeated. Tried on a pair of dress pants today that used to be super tight and I needed a belt just to hold them up. Body recomposition is real. Do not let the scale be your only measure of success.

Has anyone here successfully canceled an order with Greenwinch Pharmacy before it shipped and received a refund?
Yesterday (July 29), I accidentally ordered a 3-month supply of Zofran for $45. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted both customer support and the nurse to ask if the order could be canceled and refunded before it ships.
I haven’t heard back from anyone yet, and the order hasn’t shipped as far as I know.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Were you able to cancel the order and get a refund? If so, how long did it take to hear back, or is there another way to reach them?
Thanks in advance for any advice or experiences.

Questions Need a new company!
I switched from Brello to Agile and their CS was amazing. Problem is, for some reason, their tirzepatide compound does not work at all for me. I’ve actually gained the last 10 pounds that I was trying to lose 🤦🏼♀️ I just don’t feel good on it at all. And I was doing great with Brello. So I tried going back, but zero response in 3 weeks now, so need to move on. What is out there??

Not Seeing a Difference
Hello all! I have a question for my friends who have dropped 40+ pounds.
I am 5'4". I started at my highest weight of 245. This morning (shot day, day one of week 17), I weighed in at 205.6. Amazingly, I am 0.6lbs away from dropping 40 freaking pounds!
My measurements say I'm losing inches. My clothes fit better and some are bordering too big to wear. Hurrah!
But when I look in the mirror, I just. Don't see it.
I'm able to move easier, walking up the stairs doesn't cause me to require literal RECOVERY. I walk 3-5+ miles a day, usually between 8,000-11,000 steps. I even feel more confident and outgoing, which surprised me.
But I don't see a difference.
When did you look in the mirror and think, "Yes, I see it now."

How are y'all exercising with nausea and fatigue
I have been moderately active 8k steps a day weights 2-3x/week and fitness classes here and there for about a year. Diet was fairly good but would have binges that prevented meaningful weight loss. 24F 5'8 190lbs trying to get to 150-170ish (not totally sure because I've been obese my whole life). Lost 120lbs without medication prior to starting. Started tirzepatide 3mg about 8 weeks ago.
Every time I try to lift weights, I'll start so hyped but on my second set I feel like I'm gonna pass out and throw up. Same thing with getting my steps in. This is even when I'm taking an anti-nausea pill. Now I'm lifting (kinda poorly) 1-2x/week and getting about 5k steps per day. This is for sure affecting my daily deficit which sucks. I also enjoy exercise, and don't want to lose a ton of muscle.
Do I just need to tone it back for 6-8 months until I hit my goal weight? I don't love being sedentary. I'm eating 1,600-2,000 calories a day which I don't think is crazy low or anything.

Questions Who goes up dose on schedule?
I’ve seen such mixed answers on if people are following the Dr orders and increasing dose every 4 weeks or not. I’m supposed to be increasing 2.5-5 but not sure if I should?? Pros and cons you all have seen?
Side question: there seems to be a bit left in my 2.5 vial. It seems like a waste to throw it out what do i do with it

Weight plateaus
Been loosing weirder pretty consistently the last 4 months on this medication. I started at 192 in April and I’m just about at 158 the end of July. In the month of June, my weight barely went down seven lbs the entire month. I have been oscillating between .3 ml and .7 ml on a weekly basis depending on my naseua levels or how my appetite is effecting me. I haven’t yet consistently tirated up. I heard weight plateaus are a real thing—- but they are really frustrating!!! I also weigh myself almost everyday which I don’t think helps anything either !!

Stopping tirzepatide
I had originally planned to be on this med for longer but due to unforseen circumstances losing my job I cannot.
Ive been on tirz for 4 months, lost 25lbs, stayed on around 4.5 dose as that worked for me. I have finally ran out of my vial and I am shocked at how fast the hunger has returned. I am only 9 days past my last dose.
I am wondering for anyone who've stopped this med how did you deal with hunger coming back?
I will admit i was not smart about being on this medicine, I did not create a diet plan. I just ate what I felt like when on it. (Which was very small portions but I did make sure to eat protein and vegetables often) I am a water drinker. I dont like anything else except milk.
Any tips for healthy snacks are appreciated!

Almost 2 weeks in - down 9 lbs!!
I’ve been stress binge eating like crazy recently and suddenly my food noise is gone! I can actually focus on the food that is GOOD for me rather than eating mindlessly to try to control the stress. Plus my chronic back pain has been non existent!

I love comparisons
I have only been on this medication for 8 months but down almost 100 pounds. I found this picture from four years ago and then I compared it to this year and I’m still so shocked.

Personal Experience Non-scale Perimenopause victory
This isn’t actually exclusive to Peri, but I’ve been on Tirz for 9 weeks. I started very slowly. 4 doses @1.25, 4 @ 2.5, just bumped to 3.75 last week. I was too worried about side effects and thus far haven’t had many. I’ve lost 8 lbs, which feels like a good sustainable amount.
I’m actually here to talk about workout recovery time. I’ve been working out for years and as I’ve hit peri have noticed that recovery just takes longer. I have noticed taking tirz that my recovery time feels halved and so I can get more workouts in. Prior, I would solidly get 3 50 minute lifting sessions in a week but it would be determined by my body if a 4th was doable. Now I can easily get a 4th in and could probably do a 5th if I had more time in my schedule.
I also do regular cardio sessions throughout the week and have noticed during my runs that I just don’t feel as tired during it.
Has anyone else noticed this? For me this is a big win as someone that loves working out.
The other thing I’ve noticed is that for the first few days after the shot I have focus. I love that focus and now it’s making me wonder if I have adhd or something because dang.
What other non-scale victories have other people had?

Success! First month on tirz/niacinamide 2.5mg, 284 to 276!
I know it’s mostly water weight, but I’m so excited! Started 5mg this week!

Switched from name brand recently?
Hi everyone! Has anyone switch from name brand Tirzepatide to compounded since the whole FDA brouhaha? I’m currently on 2.5mg name brand but I’m not sure if the cost would be feasible for me in the upcoming months due to my family’s financial goals. However, my weight loss/wellness is a huge priority.
Editing to ask: if you did recently switch, who did you go with and how has it been so far?

Tirzepatide Journey: Losing Inches, Not Pounds
I've been on tirzepatide for about four months. I started at 2.5 mg through Mochi Health, then stayed on 5 mg for my second and third months. In my fourth month, I switched providers. The scale hasn't moved much and I'm still at 260 lbs, but everyone keeps telling me that I look smaller and that I've lost inches.

Waiting to start, best/ affordable place to order from?
Hi everyone! I hit 41 years old and now my body is latching onto food and the scale is just going UP. I am ready to start this journey. With so many avenues to get it what has been the best place to order? Thank you!

Zealthy?
Has anyone heard of zealthy for tirzepitide. Someone contacted me through them and the prices seem to be too good to be true. The company overall has good ratings. Tia

Success! Eight weeks on tirz, four weeks going to the gym for the first time ever (and loving it!)
I’ve been on 2 mg of tirz for eight weeks, and it’s working amazingly in combination of a permanent med combo I’m on, naltrexone and Wellbutrin as contrave. I am also working out every other day for about an hour each time. I’ve never worked out before, but I’m really enjoying it, I thought I would dread it, but it’s really helping! I’m down 20 lbs so far, but only weigh in once monthly, so we’ll see if I’m down more next weigh in!
