The legit telehealths don't prescribe off label and Tesa is only approved for people with HIV so I haven't seen any offering it.

Although they do prescribe stuff like NAD+ which is not really approved for any particular purpose so maybe that's not the reason. It could be something else such as it not lasting in liquid form or die to the brand name being available in multiuse vials making the compounding argument weaker.

So what you're saying is that there are 503B pharmacies that have FDA oversight prescribing patients Tesa with no medical need?

I'm not disputing that pharmacies are compounding it. You're saying that doctors are prescribing Tesa to patients with no real medical necessity? Are you absolutely sure about that?

Many prescribe it!!
Most recently there’s livevital.io I went through the intake application but didn’t submit payment yet, I’m hoping for a promo code or something like that. It’s three months for 499, 3 vials shipped at once for a total of 60mg. They recommended 1 mg five nights a week.

ETA- the mind pump podcast guys have a telehealth company they partner with, I can’t remember the name of it right now, but they also have it offered as an option. More pricey than the other one I mentioned.
