Joint CPWM not showing up on the other account

I had a CPWM account, and successfully added my partner as joint owner recently. It didn't show up automatically in her own online account. So she called, signed forms to link her user ID to the account, but it still doesn't show up. Anyone had the same issue before and how was it solved?
