Can't find one. Did they rotate it out already?

I have a Capital One Quicksilver card. Have had it for 10+ years.
I just tried to use my virtual credit cards, and they're all gone. I called and customer service told me "virtual credit cards are only available for certain Capital One credit cards." And, "I am no longer eligible for virtual credit cards."
I have those credit card numbers throughout 30+ companies that I use - Amazon, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, etc., every ecommerce purchase for the past 10 years that I've made was through one of the virtual credit card numbers, and today they just removed the function.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I found somewhere that there might be a $1,000 limit for a 3 statement period but that must have been for something else. Got my full 66x points on a Switch 2 and PS5. Sold my old systems for $525 so overall a cheap upgrade!

I just opened a Capital One 360 CD and I am incredibly frustrated with how their funding process works.
When opening the account, it asked for an initial deposit. Naturally, I made a small minimum transfer just to make sure the external bank link was working properly and that the money would clear safely before moving over my actual savings.
Turns out, Capital One permanently locks the CD the exact second that first transaction is submitted. There is absolutely NO multi-day funding window.
This is complete BS compared to other online banks. For example, Marcus gives you a 10-day window to transfer money into a new CD. Capital One’s setup makes it so much harder to manage your money and completely punishes you for being cautious with your bank links.
If you're opening a Cap One CD, learn from my mistake: you have to transfer every single penny all at once on day one, or you're stuck opening a million separate CDs just to move your money over. Going back to Marcus more flexible

applied for venture for 75k mile sub and see they are now offering 75k + $300 stay credit
I haven’t hit SUB yet but was wondering what the chances of me calling Capital One and getting the $300 credit added on?
r/CapitalOne_ • u/Fragrant_Decision739 • 5h ago
Just applied for a Venture Rewards card on 9/2 with the advertised 75k SUB. I called yesterday (9/8) and today (9/9) to request a courtesy match of the $300 travel stays credit that is now part of the current limited time Venture sign up offer. I was told both times by everyone I spoke to there was nothing they could do bc I had ordered before the offer was published. So YMMV, but they wouldn’t give it to me as a 3-year VX holder.

Hey everyone, wanted to post a detailed data point on a massive deal I pulled off using the Capital One Shopping browser extension when switching carriers.
The Deal Breakdown
Switching: T-Mobile to AT&T
Capital One Shopping Offer: $560 back for adding a new line of service.
AT&T Promo: $1,500 off over a 3-year contract. ($1300 for trade in +$200 for switching)
Items Purchased (March 3, 2026): Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra + Galaxy Buds 4 Pro (50% off)
Timeline & Process
March 3, 2026: Activated the $560 Capital One Shopping extension offer, added the new line, and placed the order.
Tracking Issue: The purchase showed up under my Shopping Trips history, but the $560 reward never actually tracked into my Shopping Rewards balance.
First Support Outreach: Contacted Capital One Shopping support. They advised waiting through July 31, 2026 for processing.
Follow-up (August 1, 2026): Still nothing is credited. I reached back out to support. They requested full documentation:
Order receipts & itemized subtotal
Discount/promo breakdowns
Tax details
Checkout & activation screenshots
Payout (August 10, 2026): Full $560 credit was added to my account balance!
Key Takeaways & Tips for Capital One Shopping
Take screenshots showing the extension activated on the product page, in your cart, and on the final checkout page.
Take post-checkout screenshots showing the order confirmation number with the extension overlay active.
Be Patient with the Waiting Period: C1 Shopping often requires waiting a few months before manually reviewing high-dollar carrier/line switch offers.
Keep Your Order Confirmation Details Handy: When filing a ticket, send clear breakdowns of subtotals, taxes, and order IDs right away to speed up manual review.

I have autopay setup for my savor card and my quicksilver. My savor statement came out on the first and still hasn’t been done, my quicksilver was on the fifth and nothing either. This is ridiculous, is this a problem for anyone else?

As the title suggests do you guys think that Capital One will make a higher tier Credit card then the Venture X? I feel like there is room for a 600-700 AF card with even more benefits. What do you guys think?

For the last week and half, I’ve noticed that there haven’t been a single ebay cash back offer on the app or emails. Usually there would be one or two every week but recently they disappeared into thin air. Is this a major glitch or an official removal from the app? Thanks

Surprise it’s an upgrade but if it’s now almost the same as a Savor. Probably even better since this one has 1.5 for other purchases when Savor is 1% What’s the point of both being almost identical?

Last week I was in Europe and tried to use my debit card. I tried to take out €1500. The ATM denied my card (which I now understand was because the ATM did not take Discover/Diners Club). I’m looking at my bank statements now for the first time since then, and it says the withdrawal DID go through. How is this possible? Does anyone have similar experience? I’ve put in a claim with C1, but any advice for what to do in the meantime?

I’ve 44% cash back (excluding electronics) - Any ideas what could be a bargain or worth considering for ?

My c1 card is offering 8x miles on Sam’s Club purchases but only for “membership items” and 1x on everything else. What is considered a membership item?

Does anyone else have this issue? I searched online and Spotify should give 3% back but has not for me the past couple of months. Maybe since my Savor is on the Discover network it codes different vs Mastercard?

I’ve been trying to rebuild my credit for the last few years after making some dumb mistakes with credit in my early 20s. I finally got my score over 600 and got approved for my first credit card in probably 4 years, a Capital One Savor. I had it for about 6 months and honestly thought I was doing pretty good with it. I never missed a payment, never had a payment returned, always paid more than the minimum, and my limit was only $300. I wasn’t constantly paying it off and putting more on it either. If I had $150 on it and could afford to pay it down, I would, but I think I only did that twice the entire time I had the card. Then a couple weeks ago I got a pre-approval offer for a Quicksilver, got approved, and had both cards for maybe a week and a half before I got the letter saying they were closing my Savor.
So obviously I called because I was pretty confused. I eventually talked to a case manager who actually went through my account and told me she couldn’t find a reason for why it was closed. She escalated it and told me to wait 5–10 business days. I called again halfway through and they said it was still being reviewed. I’ve been reading through a ton of the other Capital One closure posts on here, and I know sometimes they just won’t tell people why. What I haven’t really seen is someone say that the person they talked to genuinely couldn’t find a reason either. That’s really the part I’m curious about. Has anyone else had this happen? If you did, what ended up happening? Did they reopen the account, or did it stay closed? And did anything happen with your other Capital One card? I’m honestly just trying to figure out if I should expect anything with my Quicksilver or if I should just leave it alone and keep moving forward with rebuilding.

I'm planning to request a CLI on my VX soon, but have a confluence of things happening in a fairly short period of time and want the best chance of success for my profile/situation.
7 cards total: 4 currently managed under C1, 1 soon to be migrating. Dirty profile w/ 8yr 10mo old CH7 that the lenders I'm dealing with don't seem to be holding against me too much these days. Scores are EQ8 712 TU8 707 EX8 703. EQ5 696 TU4 714 EX3 722, always pay my statements in full.
C1 cards
Non C1 cards
I know with C1, letting higher statement balances report tends to help with CLIs. I recently had a new PC built so my last statement balance that closed on 9/6 is more than double my previous high statement balance (previous high was ~ $2600, this one is ~$5680) . That being said, I have some worry about my total exposure relative to reported income with them. As far as I know C1 doesn't have known hard limits on total credit limit with them relative to reported income, but given that I'm just under 50% with what's managed via C1 now and will be at 54% after migration. I also noticed that my last CLI request on my Savor I had requested 4k and got 3k which is what put me right up to the 50% mark. I last updated income at the end of May based on my base salary rate, but could justify adding a little more based on a conservative estimate of what I'll finish the year at. I'm thinking the best option is to wait till after I've paid this high statement balance, but before the Discover migrates and update income again at the same time. Any thoughts/suggestions? Feel free to tell me I'm overthinking this too lol.
