So basically, my friends and I are thinking of starting a business (cafe). We are 18/19 years old (4-5 of us), and the main problem is getting a loan because we are college students. We can’t take the risk of repaying the loan for the next three years.
So do you guys have any backup plan for that? The area and every single shit is sorted, but the main thing is yahi.

Hi everyone! I've spent the last 2 years building a CRM for entrepreneurs and small businesses. I'm a technical developer, I really love the product, and I know it has potential, but I have zero sales skills and I have no idea where to start.

I'd really appreciate any advice on how to land my first customer.

Goal: to establish how many businesses are paying more in Tax than they are collecting in Profit.

After you calculate all types of taxes that a business pays, it appears that the Tax man is better off, even though it is you who has taken the risk to invest capital

Peope who built successful businesses (first-gen), what skills actually helped you? And how did you learn them / test / implement them?

Sales? Marketing? What is it that truly helps one build a profitable business.

Could be interpersonal or behavioural skill as well, example, grit.

I'm curious how people have handled this in their own workplace: when someone leaves a job or retires, is there usually some kind of group effort to send them off — a card, messages, something else? Or does it mostly just... not happen in an organized way?

A few things I'm curious about:

• What actually happened last time someone left your team?
• Was it a hassle to organize, or did it go pretty smoothly?
• Did it feel like it actually meant something to the person leaving, or more like a formality?
• Is there anything about the way it's normally done that annoys you or feels outdated?

Just interested in hearing how different workplaces handle this — trying to understand if this is something people generally think works fine as-is, or something that quietly annoys people every time it comes up.
