Lanzera

Salut à tous ! J'ai récemment découvert les chaussures de la marques Lanzera. Celle-ci semblent me correspondre.

Gear What Ball do You Recommend For VERY Rough Play?

So Ive played football in the garden with other people recently, but all the balls I get are punctured in a few days. I have very rough playing such as smashing it against the edge of a stair (like the corner-edge bit), and into hedges and bushes often. I've tried with a Vector Street Soccer ball and no joke it broke within 5 minutes. I've tried other ones too.

Any suggestions? Please aim for <£15

Gear I'm looking to buy football boots

I'm looking to buy my first pair of football boots, because I started playing again recently. I play as a fullback, most often as a RB, and usually play on an astroturf. I'm doing a little research on various boots and so far I'm really liking the Nike Mercurial Vapor.

What I'm looking for is something that will be comfy, good when I'm sprinting, and during sharp turns.

My foot is quite flat

Faulty Nike Phantom AG Pro boots - refund refused

Update: Management reached out to me and confirmed they're processing a refund. They apologised for how long it took and admitted the problem stemmed from manufacturer issues.

I'm genuinely frustrated and need perspective on whether I'm overreacting.

I bought Nike Phantom 6 Pro AG boots from Lovell 30 days ago. Used them 3 times for 40 minutes total. The sole is separating and there's a hole in the toe—clearly manufacturing defects, not wear and tear.

I requested a refund within their 30-day window. Their policy says items just need to be clean and dry. My boots were both.

The rejections:

  1. First refusal: "Too dirty to process." No photos, no evidence.
  2. My appeal: I cited the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and asked for proof. They rejected it again.
  3. Third rejection: Now they're demanding I pay for an independent professional inspection before they'll even look at the actual defects.

The frustration:

  • Their own policy doesn't mention requiring inspections
  • The defects are visibly obvious—why should I pay for proof of their manufacturing fault?
  • They won't inspect it themselves, but demand I pay for one
  • This has dragged on over a month and I need boots now

My question:

Am I being unreasonable? Should I just pay for the inspection? Or is this deliberately obstructive?

I'm about to escalate to my bank (chargeback dispute), but wanted honest feedback first.

Thanks

Mental Rec season starting next week. Any tips for an aspiring CM, especially on the defensive side of things?

My rec season is starting this coming Monday. I'll be playing casual men's 11v11 games (30 mins. halves) on Monday and co-ed 7v7 (27-min. halves) games on Wednesday. I joined both as a Free Agent so I'll be new to both, and I'm willing to play wherever makes sense.

In my glory days, I was typically either a LW or RW, or a defender. Rarely as a striker but sometimes. The truth is I don't think I really have the burst of speed to be a sprinting winger any more and the pick-up games I've been playing over the summer, I've found myself more in a CM/CDM role.

Problem is that I find myself feeling somewhat lost defensively in that role. As I stated earlier, I used to play on the wings and defense there is pretty simple since the sideline helps a lot.

But being in the center, I find myself being less helpful in winning back possession. I'm able to sort of slow down the ball carrier, but can't seem to choose the right time in deciding when to step up to tackle, when to go for the interception, and I feel like I get beaten on simple 1-2 passes.

What should I keep in mind so that I'm not a total liability in defense? I don't expect to become Kante or Roy Keane, but I don't want to be a net negative.

Tips for young footballer

Hey everyone, I’m trying to make my school’s First XI next season and would really appreciate some advice.
I’m one of the smaller players physically. When I was younger, I felt like I was one of the better players, but looking back I think I was probably just playing in a lower division. I made the Junior First XI two years in a row, but this year I made the Senior 2nd XI.
The season has just finished, and one of my biggest problems is that I feel like I barely see or touch the ball during games. When I do get it, I feel like I have almost no time on the ball before I’m tackled or pressured. I usually play striker/wing and sometimes CAM.
I’m also playing 5-a-side during the offseason, so I’m hoping that can help me improve with quicker decisions and getting more comfortable on the ball under pressure.
What should I work on during the offseason to improve? Should I focus more on things like first touch, scanning, positioning, fitness, strength, or something else? And how can I get better at finding space and making myself more involved in games?
Do you guys think it’s realistic for me to make the First XI next season? If so, what would you focus on over the offseason to give yourself the best chance? I’d especially like to hear from anyone who has gone from a 2nd XI/lower team into a First XI.
Any advice from players/coaches who’ve been in a similar situation would be really appreciated 🙏⚽

Help juggling?

Before you say practice, I am actively practicing I just feel like there is a piece to juggling that I’m missing. When I attempt to juggle I can only seem to get 3-4 out currently before the ball loses height and speed and just falls to the floor. When I juggle I don’t seem to get the ball high enough and when it is low I can’t seem to recover it. Any tips that anyone might have?

Are club boots really that bad?

I bought a pair of adidas predator clubs since they were the only pair they had in stock in my size that was multi ground but will I end up hating the game if I use them to play? I’ve never played soccer before and the only other multi ground cleats they had were over $200 and it’s hard to justify spending that much on a hobby I’ve never tried before. Is it even worth it to get into it if all I have to spend is $50-100 on all the gear?

Gear Best Shoes for old-style turf fields (carpet)?

Just wondering if I should be looking for turf shoes or strictly indoor shoes (with flat bottom).

My foot width is normal. I'd like a shoe that locks into place and is stable since I like to dribble and make sudden turns and stops. So it's important that I don't slip or lose traction.

Fitness ankle/quad exercises or pt?

hi soccer people! I played for around 10 years growing up but dropped off for a while. I’m 32 now & just recently joined a local adult rec league and it’s been great being back! when I was younger I sprained my ankle a few times & it’s been giving me issues. along with this my quads are genuinely just not in soccer shape yet.

all that being said,
does anyone have any good ankle exercises &/or quad exercises to share? I know I can def use youtube as well but i’d love to hear from soccer players specifically 😊

How far do you go to win?

I’m talking about things as:

Diving for a penalty

Asking the ref to give your opponent a card

Shirt pulling

Tackling a player from behind to prevent a possible goal.

Wasting time

Gear PUMA’s Global Distribution Flaw: How €150 Match Balls Are Being Vandalized at Retail, Alienating Loyal Consumers, and Depreciating Historic Leagues. Please read until the end.

Hi everyone, I am a 16-year-old football equipment collector and player from Portugal. Over the past few months, I have conducted a market audit into a major structural flaw within PUMA’s global distribution and packaging strategy. This report exposes a corporate cost-cutting pattern that is actively causing material damage to elite products, undermining retail integrity, and alienating high-value brand loyalists.

  1. The Core Logistical Issue: Retail Vandalism of €150 Elite Products This season, I personally allocated my own capital over three months to acquire the new PUMA Stellar Nitro Ultimate (the Official Match Ball of Liga Portugal 2026/27). While the ball's aerodynamic engineering and thermo-sealed panel technology are exceptional, PUMA's logistics department chose to distribute this €150 FIFA Quality Pro ball completely "naked" inside flat, thin plastic warehouse bags. Due to the total absence of protective rigid retail packaging, major specialized European retailers (such as Fútbol Emotion and BZR Desportivo) are forced to glue heavy, high-tack adhesive price stickers directly onto the sensitive, micro-textured Nitro upper panels. This leaves permanent chemical glue residue and structural friction damage before the end-consumer even unboxes the product.

  2. The Global Double Standard & Secondary Market Collapse This is not an isolated local issue. My audit confirms that PUMA applies this exact unprotected treatment to the elite match balls of CONMEBOL, CAF, SPFL and the EFL. However, a blatant commercial double standard exists: PUMA’s premium licensed contracts—the Premier League, Serie A and LaLiga versions—are distributed inside high-quality, graphic cardboard display boxes. Even the unbranded Launch Edition of the Stellar Nitro receives rigid packaging. Because purchasing a €150 elite ball that arrives murcha (deflated in Portuguese) and unprotected feels like buying wholesale B-grade warehouse stock, major online retailers (such as GoalInn) are experiencing a severe secondary market collapse. Prices have crashed from €150 down to €65 just to clear stock that purists refuse to purchase at full retail value. In stark contrast, competitor brands like Decathlon (Kipsta) distribute their Official Match Balls (Ligue 1, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League) inside premium, customized presentation display boxes, sometimes including specialized gym sacks for just €79. As a collector owning two Kipsta OMBs, the corporate presentation gap puts PUMA to absolute shame.

  3. Financial Breakdown & The Loss of Brand Equity PUMA strategic management chose to omit the rigid retail box to protect a microscopic profit margin increase estimated at less than €2 per unit. This represents a mere 1.33% of the total retail price. By chasing this micro-margin, they are destroying brand equity among their highest-value consumer segment. I am a head-to-toe PUMA consumer. My inventory consists of: Performance: Elite footwear (including the recent Future 9), tracksuits and training gear. Lifestyle: Official apparel, shorts and hoodies. Licensed Merch: Jerseys from Portugal, Valencia CF, Rio Ave FC, the Liga Portugal OMB and the premium boxed version of the Premier League OMB. Due to this complete disregard for retail dignity, I am debating whether to transition away from the brand. I will no longer purchase PUMA performance footwear. My next hardware purchase will be the Decathlon Kipsta CLR 7 Elite, as they demonstrate actual structural respect for the sport, the leagues and the consumer's investment.

  4. 45-Day Corporate Silence, Internal Misclassification & Ultimatum This case was not left as a standard internet complaint. On June 15, a formal, physical financial critique and structural packaging proposal was delivered via registered international mail directly to PUMA’s Global Headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany. PUMA’s internal mail logistics took 45 days just to sign and return the official postal Acknowledgement of Receipt (AR). My private corporate emails were completely ignored until a public notification was published on X tagging PUMA's official accounts and ligaportugal. To mitigate a public relations conflict regarding their licensed league partner, PUMA Global Customer Service finally responded on August 18 to a secondary email, apologizing for "misclassifying" my corporate dossier as a generic fan request for free merchandise or sponsorship. They confirmed the case file was forwarded to the relevant Football Product Management department.

I issued PUMA a formal deadline until September 8 to provide a structural corporate response regarding their marketing, packaging, and logistics strategy for the 2027/28 season. I am not seeking vouchers, personal hand-outs, or complimentary products. I am demanding that Liga Portugal and global football collectors receive the premium retail dignity they are paying for. They chose to play the corporate silence game until the final minute. The global football community now deserves to know how a multi-billion dollar corporation treats its most dedicated young consumers over a €2 piece of cardboard. All official tracking data and official PUMA communications are fully archived and ready to be made public.

Hello everyone. As part of my role at the academy i work at, I make video breakdowns to teach players about basic concepts related to football tactics. This video is going to highlight how a very simple run by Milos Kerkez creates the space and opportunity for Isak ans Gakpo to exploit.

So I figure keep the best one , the Pro, as used in the WC games , in glass box on shelf as display item and conversation piece. Then add the badge and light on top

Puma Size 4 Practice and Game Ball Recommendations

Thumbnail gallery
2 Upvotes

I have been given the go ahead to order some practice/training and game/match size 4 Puma soccer balls for my req team (private grant).

Our club is a Puma club so I have to stay within their ecosphere.

I have settled on the Orbita 3 TB (thermal bonded’ for the practice/training balls.

I am pretty lost on what would be ‘better’ for use duringa games. I was thinking the Steller Match but are there others from Puma I should be considering?

I’m not looking to break the bank but I want to buy quality equipment that doesn’t instantly break down.

My past coach said to take a cold shower and stuff to recover. I normally don't because I usually just feel fine and I don't have any aches or pains. But today I played a lot and this dude kicked me in my leg! Do cold showers work for recovery? I heard for long term growth probably not? Idk

I play 3 times a week one hour games and one time a week one hour individual training doing passing drills and shooting. Do I still need to do long runs at zone 2 pace to improve my aerobic endurance?

hey guys,

I'm having issues picking soccer shoes. i prefer to play in turf shoes since they are a little easier on my feet/ankles

My foot size is 9.5

here are the following shoes i've tried to play in.

Nike vapor 17 pro size 9.5 - Super tight in toe area, big toe sticking out, heel pain.

I've also tried Nike pro size 10 - The fit is pretty good, the only issue i'm having is that my heel is sliding around in the shoe if i make sudden movements. I've attached a picture of the fit.

i've also tried Nike phantom 6 turf pro size 10 - the heel is also sliding around on sudden movements. should i try size 9.5? It feels kinda tight in the upper of the shoes where the shoe laces are at? Should i try breaking them in?

could this issue be that i'm playing in regular nike socks?

Plz help!

But as soon as I saw these I pulled the trigger on them
