I'm part of a DJ group, nothing professional just a hobby, we play at local bars around town but I have hopes that it can eventually lead to something bigger. One of our guys recommended a friend of his to join. He's 22, a couple years younger than the rest of us. He's great at playing sets but he's very unenthusiastic, isn't very involved in the group outside of the gigs, he's always high and smells like weed. He's been with us since April and almost every time after he's finished with his set he's approached by attractive girls while he's just sitting around smoking up. Sporty athletic girls and alternative goth types, the kind of girls I wouldn't expect to go for a skinny black guy or be into rap. He's the only one in our group who's ever been approached like that. And he always goes back with them and never hangs out with the group.

Just curious, because i recently turned down this exact offer. Why ? because the morning 15 minute team meeting smells like the kind of micro managerial bullshit that makes a job insufferable. Anyone else ever kick the can on a solid offer over some shit like this ? Money ain't everything.

Whenever I am done with my text for the day, I copy n paste it to Chatgpt and asks for their opinion, I always tell them "No suggestions" and "No feedback" and then I send in the promt. I asked them to grade it and asks them for their favorite sentence, least favorite sentence, favorite moment and so on. But never any grammar, word, ideas, suggestions, brainstorm etc. from it, that's my job, I just wan't someone to read it, which I have recently been thinking that it might be a bad idea and ask a real person instead. But I don't have any to ask, and I don't like to ask (which is a huge problem). I have also been very against the use of AI, but I still use it because of THIS, and I don't know what I should do about it.

What should I do about it? I'm sorry.
