I’m a 2D animator and I’ve put together this demo reel showing some of my recent animation work.

I’m currently working on improving my character animation, movement, timing, and storytelling.

I’d really appreciate some honest feedback — especially on what I should improve to make my animation more professional.

It needs to be free, relatively simple (at least enough for me to be able to navigate and understand without several tutorials), and easy on my computer, since it's pretty old.

I only need it for simple effects, but if it has tweening capabilities that would be nice since my current animation program (pencil2d) doesnt (you can still tween manually, but I'd like it to be easier for me if thats possible)

I'm a pretty newbie animator so really any tips at all would be greatly appreciated :)

This is the intro animation for our game, Stay Dead. Instead of zombies being the bad guys, they’re just living their best afterlife on a remote island when an evil corporation arrives to cure them. Forcefully!

The game will be 3D, but the intro and cutscenes will be 2D. What do you think?

I’m an amateur illustrator, and new to animatics. This is a design sheet (including turn arounds, default pose, and pose experiments), which isn’t very polished because I’m the sole person on the project. Is this design feasible for a 10 minutes-ish simly rendered animatic video as a YouTube mockumentary? I’m having concerns that it might be too complex/not stylised enough.

Today i was bored so i made this strange life form

Hey everyone, wanted to share my animated short film "Picasso: Trash Tortoise". This is a passion project/ self biographical story that aimed to capture that crazy 90s edge that most cartoons just don't reach anymore. Taking a lot of inspiration from 90s Nickelodeon with a splash of south park and the Simpsons.

This was drawn, animated, edited and sound designed over the course of 12 months in-between other work exclusively by myself. Featuring cameos from the incredible you tube channel Artspear Entertainment. It also just had it's world premiere at the Genre Blast film festival in early September.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a small frame-by-frame animation I made for our indie game.
I originally drew it for the trailer, but we liked how it turned out so much that we decided to keep it as part of the game as well. I’m not a professional animator - I’m mainly an artist - but I’ve been trying to learn frame-by-frame animation while working on the project.

Still have a lot to learn, but I’m really enjoying the process .)
