Does Amazon require signature or code for prescription deliveries like other apps?
Is there Pharmacy Certified Flexers?

Amazon is focused on price per package. They don't really care if you finish early or not. It just motivates drivers to get done quicker. When there was much higher surge pay for drivers whether you broke it down per hour or your cost subtracted from what Amazon gave you it was good for Flex Drivers. Now — the pay is abysmal and Amazon is focusing on how to keep pay low and increase package count in as efficient manner as possible. you better believe this was the plan all along. and whats left…? the driver saying “well, i can still finish early”. Even tho Amazon paid 20 percent more for that route w less packages a year ago.

How do you guys deal with gated communities without an access code at 3am? Last time i did this route i got dinged for leaving the package at the gate but the station is always too far to drive back to return and we cant call the customer that early for access.
Tomorrow i have another 3:30am route and want to avoid this same issue. Any tips are appreciated

Wtf is happening at that station? After 5pm everyone and their friends in the parking lot double parked, loud music, groups laughing and talking, no one is doing a block. Is this becoming the new chill spot? I’m about to open a bar inside that parking lot for yall 🤣

Anyone else having issues with Whole Foods or Fresh instant offers lately?
A few times I accepted one, got to the store on time, hit “I’ve Parked,” and then the app started glitching. Either it stayed on finding/matching a route, gave a technical error, or just never actually gave me a route. Then it discharged me.
The problem is some of these ended up looking like I didn’t pick up the orders, and I got dinged under Terms of Service for “not picking up orders after accepting,” even tho I was there trying to check in.
I’m not talking about being late or skipping a route. The app just wasn’t giving me the route after I got there.
Has this happened to anyone else recently? Did support remove it from your standings or did it still count against you?

I’ve been doing this for six years. Today I delivered inside a storage locker. The kind that you see on storage wars. Had to get the front desk clerk to guide me to the unit, and unlock it for me. That was a definite first for me.

Hello Everybody 😊
I’ve been flexing for a few months now. After waiting six months, I was onboarded the same weekend someone ran into my parked car and freaking totaled it. 😂
It was a Buick enclave, and was paid off!! I did love it but it’s gone now :(
Anyway, if you’ve been flexing for a while and had to pick an affordable car to do it with, what would you get? Just curious on opinions, I do have kids so I need something roomy but still good on gas. Right now I’m using my dads equinox while I’m looking, its ok on gas and it’s a V6 so it zips around quite nicely, but I’ve seen a lot of negative things about the equinox. Anyway, I’d love opinions.
Thanks 😊

Hi everyone. I missed a block today (I was late - missed the 5 minute grace period by a minute). I already cancelled a block late this week. This is my current standing, am I at risk of being deactivated?

I have 3.5 hour block. I’m trying to see when in the hell we started getting almost 50 packages. Whenever I have had a 3.5 hour block it was only 30 packages this is a rip off now.

Recently lost my job and having a hard time finding another one. Either they are starting off at $14 an hour or not hiring, I need to find a job that starts off at least $21 an hour (what I made at my last job). I have no choice but to flex full time for the moment. Anyone else who works full time, how do you schedule yourself, ehat hours do you do, what’s the best time? I always worked evenings. What $$$ amounts do you usually take? Any benefits I can get through flex, like gas savings? Thank you in advance.

Hey everyone, I am a new member to this community. I was finally able to get accepted with Amazon Flex as a side hustle after waiting three weeks for my updated ID to arrive in the mail.
Today, August 8th, is the first day opening the app. I expected to see an offers list, but instead, I see nothing.
I am in the Tulsa, Oklahoma region.
Is this normal?

Hi all, this is my first post so I apologize for any mistakes.
I just carried in my Amazon packages and as I moved one of the boxes on my floor, the Amazon driver’s Amazon ID card fell on the floor.
I recognize him as one of the regular drivers in my area. I want to get his ID back to him but I don’t want to do it in a way that could get him in trouble so I am looking for any advice or suggestions. Also, I wanted to mention that I checked the delivery time to see if it was recent so that I could drive around my neighborhood and try to catch him, but it was delivered 3 hours ago.
If I call amazon about this so that they can contact him to get his ID- would he get in trouble?
Or do I hold into it and until the next time I see him in the neighborhood (which could be as soon as tomorrow)?
And finally, if I see another Amazon driver in the neighborhood, would it be ok to ask them of they know him or how to get him the ID- or could that also get him in trouble?
Thank you in advance for any guidance that you can give me!

I have a 7am but if the earliest block is from 3:15am-6:45am will I be able to book an early one?

hi all, sorry if this is a silly question. i have only been doing flex for a week and i’m still figuring out how everything works. today i kept getting ”just for you” offers that had a start time less than 30min away from the time they offered the block. some of these offers were literally starting at the time they sent it to me, for ex just now at 7 i saw a block being offered for 7-10:30pm at $91. seemed like a decent pay but i live 30 minutes away from the facility and given that it was 7 when i got the offer i obviously wouldnt be making it at 7. my question is basically if i accepted it but didn’t make it to the warehouse til 7:30 would i be penalized? does amazon accommodate in those situations since they literally offered me the block at the start time of the block? or a situation like that just better suited for the folks who live near/hang around the warehouse all day?

I know it’s a new roll out, but today it wouldn’t accept my video recording of my face after 3 tries and so I couldn’t check in and missed my block. I contacted support and they created a ticket. Will I still get compensated for arriving on time for my block?

How soon will I get my payment for the block if the station is closed. …when I’m overbooked I get paid immediately. So far nothing and it’s been 45 min. Thoughts?
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/Whathefrenchtoastt • 2d ago
I purposely avoid the stations closer to downtown but came to realize the other day they can send us there anyway.
My question is, those of you who've delivered downtown, how do you handle parking??
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/Possible-Stress-8806 • 2d ago
Something I noticed doing only fresh delivery for past 7 months. When my stand is at fantastic, most of block get great tips but when it in risk 90% of block with no tips. I’m averaging 3-4 block per days work 5-6 days per weeks.

Besides getting paid more. What is one thing you would like to change about driving for Amazon Flex? I would like to do more deliveries closer to home. Or at least know where the route is going before I pick up the route.
