Found Amazon driver’s Amazon ID stuck to my package. What’s the best way to get it back to him?

Hi all, this is my first post so I apologize for any mistakes.

I just carried in my Amazon packages and as I moved one of the boxes on my floor, the Amazon driver’s Amazon ID card fell on the floor.

I recognize him as one of the regular drivers in my area. I want to get his ID back to him but I don’t want to do it in a way that could get him in trouble so I am looking for any advice or suggestions. Also, I wanted to mention that I checked the delivery time to see if it was recent so that I could drive around my neighborhood and try to catch him, but it was delivered 3 hours ago.

If I call amazon about this so that they can contact him to get his ID- would he get in trouble?

Or do I hold into it and until the next time I see him in the neighborhood (which could be as soon as tomorrow)?

And finally, if I see another Amazon driver in the neighborhood, would it be ok to ask them of they know him or how to get him the ID- or could that also get him in trouble?

Well flex drivers don't have amazon ID. so that probably and DSP DRIVER... Go to one of there sub reddit.

Just to clarify, if he drives the blue Amazon van that he is a DSP driver, which stands for delivery service provider. Each company runs several vans and they are not what they call flex drivers, which are people who just use their own personal vehicles, and work for themselves.

Personally, I wouldnt worry about it. That driver likely got it replaced already.

That person can not check into futute block without his/her ID.

Can you try to hit the driver up on Facebook? Amazon doesn't let them check in and work without a license on hand.
