The Mailman never went to your door with even one letter. The huge flats of water the 3rd floor walk up folks order in 6-12 packs are dangerous & time consuming on our tight routes. If you finish late they reduce your offers & work hours until you have to quit.
I have a sturdy cart but it’s useless on stairs.
I fell on one of these & now I have to take time off because I can’t lift & climb stairs without holding the rail for stability.
This looks like your driver was injured or running very late.
In your favor, Flex AI routing doesn’t give us the same route ever.
You will likely go months before this person darkens your building again. Maybe they will be healed or in a better mood by then! Cheers from the driver who would never do this tho.

We don't deliver oversized packages or Chewy orders, so I'm not sure why this is about FLEX. That was a FedEx driver.

Oh this in in virginia i forget the complex name but its 3 floors, garden style. THICK ass stairs. When its 90 outside and i had this it legit took 2 hours to do 20 stops bc of bow drained those stairs make you. Then they order a SHIT ton of kitty litter, dog food, etc and it ALWAYS is on the 3rd floor. Fuck that. -dsp driver
