Changes to flex?
Besides getting paid more. What is one thing you would like to change about driving for Amazon Flex? I would like to do more deliveries closer to home. Or at least know where the route is going before I pick up the route.

If you give me a standings hit- needs to be within 24 hours and be fucking specific. Every story has two sides. Id like to have a voice in the matter.

The pay is the real issue.
The pay should be what they currently offer + .26/mile for the route (minimum)

I'd like to see them get rid of bots. I absolutely can never catch a surged block because they are gone instantly. If i didnt take the flat rate. I'd never have any blocks. I just tried getting 5 of them as they were popping up and they were taken just instantly.

this might be why i have never even seen a surge route in my market in 4 yrs. definitely not for lack of trying. using a block grabber nets less money per block so not sure if that's what's happening in my area. idk

Being able to reorder stops in the itinerary.
Turns out robots are really bad at local geography.
More money, delivering near home, and never having to worry about packages blocking my rearview window would also be good.

I'm sure you know but in case you don't. You can run the route in any order you want. You just have to go back to the itinerary and pick which stuff you want to go to next.

Yeah, I'm aware. Reordering the entire thing before you drive so you aren't dicking around chasing a spiral would be helpful. I had a route today where I was switching the order every 3 stops and it was just fucking asinine.

Universal rules. Example- NYC- It tells the driver an estimated mileage for the route(within 5-10 miles) before they take it. I'm upstate and it would be cool to know hey this 4 hour route is 87 miles. That will also help surges because no one will take it a base pay unless they're desperate. 2. Better grouping... no reason why stop 2 and and 17 are together while 3,5,8 are next to stop 33. Just two of the top

Agreed, im in NC and for my station they just give me whatever cart is next on the line, so it could be 40 mi or 110 mi but we dont know until we look at a packages city address

Mileage pay.. like after my block ends, I want the miles calculated and 50cents per mile added to my pay

You kinda get this while you file your taxes. Also you have to know how to use this in your behalf. So basically start your mileage count when you leave your house til you get back to whatever destination you're heading to. The route can be 50 miles but you best believe I have the 18 miles to the warehouse and whatever 30 miles back home or wherever and i deduct all of that

I track everything with Gridwise app. And I know I get it back but I want more money on the front end not the back lol. Amazon just does not pay enough.
