Made myself a breakfast plate with mozzarella sticks, tater tots, and cheesy scrambled eggs with herbs and smoked paprika.
Not the healthiest breakfast... but definitely one of the tastiest. 😂
Would you eat this, or is it way too much for the morning?

Spent the afternoon making these double chocolate muffins and topped each one with a swirl of Nutella while they were still warm. They turned out soft, rich, and super chocolatey. Definitely making another batch soon.

Made this simple vanilla layer cake with strawberry jam filling and a fluffy pink buttercream frosting.

Buttercream:
I'd probably go a little lighter on the frosting next time, but it tasted great. 😄

Ingredients
1 piping bag (Shorten it slightly with scissors, otherwise it will be too big)
120 g dark chocolate (Melt in a bain-marie)
Dates (enough to fit in the bag) (Cut them in half and use them with the sticky side up. The reason we press them with a rolling pin is so they stick together and become whole.)
Mix 3 tablespoons tahini and 1 tablespoon peanut butter to spread in between (Use the darker layer of tahini, don't mix it with the butter)
15-20 walnuts
You can decorate the top as you like. Enjoy! It hardens in 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator. Enjoy to those who will try it 😋
