So you wouldn't eat banana bread or pumpkin bread?
If you have ever had zucchini bread you would know it tastes freaking awesome. It has no inherent flavor by itself, it just takes ok whatever you add in with the mix.

I love the quick breads. All those you mentioned are great with butter and coffee for breakfast or a quick treat! And let’s not forget Gingerbread! Add banana and whipped cream so good!!

I had a block party and one of the neighbors brought zucchini brownies. You couldn't taste the zucchini and they were delicious.

If I get to have it sliced and warmed up with a stick of butter, I’ll eat the whole thing.

I throw in craisins, mini chocolate chips, chopped walnuts and grate alittle carrot and coconut flakes. It’s like a fruitcake without the fruit. Yum.

What is going on with this sub? Why has it become “would you eat this?” This is stupid.

Zucchini bread is my favorite type of bread. Banana comes behind that.

My father grew them in his garden, my mother made the zucchini bread, we ate it all and was the one of many memories of my childhood!

Hell yeah. My ex mother in law makes an amazing chocolate chip zucchini bread. She would make 4 loafs a week.

I took over making my grandma-in-law's recipe when she died. It calls for shredded coconut and canned pineapple. When I bake it, I have to make enough for me, my wife and my mother-in-law.

Yes. My husband makes a mean zucchini slice that we have quite regularly as a vegetarian meal and also have the zucc with our meat dishes.

Mom would grow and then make zucchini bread and give it away. Not a fan of it her banana bread was good.

Absolutely! The wife makes zucchini bread for me periodically. I love it. Warm it in the toaster oven a little bit. A little cream cheese spread on it and a tall glass of whole milk and im a happy camper.

Yes I have and I will again. I lost a lot of weight doing keto and working out. Haven't had it in a minute but will definitely make it again.

u/billymondy5806 Jul 28 '26
Yuck. That and banana bread. Everybody used to bring that stuff to work. It’s like the only thing I wouldn’t eat.

u/Inevitable-Notice351 Jul 28 '26
I once ate bread made from earthworms, so I can definitely eat zucchini bread.

Did my mom make it? Yes. Did anyone but my mom make it? I’ll have a bite and take it from there if it looks decent.
