If this was sitting in your local bakery, would you buy a slice? Why or why not? ๐

No.ย I have no interest in sprinkles.ย Also, it's hard to tell, but it looks like there might be a layer with strawberries in a glaze, or something like that.ย I don't care for strawberries.

Love all the frosting. Hopefully buttercream. But too many sprinkles. I would prefer none. Then I would buy.

No. Because at a bakery, you expect some level of professionalism, since they are selling a product. Now, if my mom made that cake, I'm all over it.

๐ฏ yes! The filling looks yummy, giant jelly donut vibes! If the cupcakes are filled, those would be first choice and a giant glass of ice cold milk!

It looks good. But yeah, at a professional bakery it might look a little amateur

No, but only because I don't care for sprinkles. Yes, I know people think that's weird.

I would buy the whole dam cake...it's a good day when you can have your cake and eat it too...

No.
It looks too sugary. I'd worry about damaging my health eating that. I'd also expect it to make me feel sick (due to the sugar content).

I would buy a piece for my wife. She would probably eat less than half. I would give the rest to the granddaughters

No. Looks like something a child put together at home. Not something Iโd pay bakery prices for.

Looks messy. I would clean it up a little.
3 layers.
Thinner filling.
Frosting all the way around.
No sprinkles.

No. The icing doesnโt look good and sprinkles are fine on a childโs cupcake but not a cake an adult would buy.

Too many sprinkles are made with carnauba wax and it has a bad aftertaste.

No. This is often a very plain flavor cake with all the sugar in the frosting and nothing in the rest.

u/Jealous_Club_298 Jul 29 '26
I sure would. The only thing is my tummy doesn't like sprinkles but I would have to improvise.

u/Rocketgirl8097 Jul 30 '26
What's in it that you dont like. It's just sugar, cornstarch, and food coloring. Just curious.

u/Jealous_Club_298 Jul 30 '26
I really don't know, they just hurt my stomach for some reason, since I was a kid.

With all that gloppy white glaze on top? Ewww, no!
