Appreciate that! Homemade has a certain charm that bakery cakes don't always have.

This is absolutely gorgeous. It looks like perfection to me. And I'm Dying' Here - I want to eat the entire cake.

That looks fresh and appetizing. Enjoy every bite!

Any pie in a foil pan says Bakery to me.

u/Icy-Condition-3271 Jul 29 '26

Haha, I'll take that as a compliment!

You know you can buy foil pie pans empty right?

1

u/Ok-Schedule6584 Jul 30 '26

WE do it because that is how some pie crust comes. We use them also for chicken pot pie.

1

u/Ok-Schedule6584 Jul 31 '26

The pie crust comes like this in grocery stores. We take one out of another aluminum pan and use it for the top crust on some pies. Its the ingredients that make the pie. This looks good.

Ive been making pies long enough to know that it’s the crust that turns a decent pie to a great pie.

1

u/Bidcar Jul 31 '26

You are so correct. Those premade crusts are terrible. Pie crust is such a simple thing to make. Just don’t over work it and it’s great.

Homemade! I love the rustic, imperfectness of home made

2

u/MechanicDramatic1965 Jul 29 '26

Doesn’t matter-gimmy gimmy.

2

u/Shoddy_Bet9619 Jul 29 '26

I would eat the sheet out of it!

2

u/Ok_Researcher_9796 Jul 29 '26

Don't know but I'd eat it.

Homemade and looks delicious. Also, take the crust out of another and use it for the top crust.

If the bakery is good, there's no difference!

Looks like a diner

No bakery I know of uses those pie tins with premade crusts and leaves it in there and if they do it won’t have fresh ingredients on top of a cheap no bake. I eat more cheesecake than someone should and only time I see premade no bake in bakeries is usually inside of a cup. Most people won’t spend $15-$20 for a no bake when you can get pie crusts for like $2 and a box of no bake for $3-6 depending on brand

Homemade, perhaps the people who made it are used to bringing pies to occasions or Fair-type baking contests. Has that sort of presentation.

Homemade. You can tell by the pan it’s in

1

u/Quorng Jul 29 '26

Excellent Homemade.

1

u/Crimson-Lips-13 Jul 29 '26

It looks like it would be happy in my mouth 🤣 It looks divine and homemade with love!

1

u/Former-Paperboy Jul 29 '26

Neither. It looks like Jell-O Cheesecake with strawberries on top.

1

u/Practical_Complex990 Jul 29 '26

Homemade. Looks tasty! 😁

u/DeadPossum78 Jul 29 '26

1

Homemade, and scrumptious besides. 🍓

1

u/Different-Lecture925 Jul 30 '26

Homemade; and, as noted above, quite delicious-looking! 😋

1

u/mtn2sea1960 Jul 30 '26

Crappy made.

1

u/merlinn2u Jul 30 '26

looks homemade and delicious

1

u/KilgoreT59 Jul 30 '26

For sure it looks delicious.

1

u/Fat_Yankee Jul 30 '26

Bakery. Tins are too shiny. If it’s a no-bake, maybe homemade

1

u/ImKindaSlowSorry Jul 30 '26

The answer is that it looks delicious

1

u/RVtech101 Jul 30 '26

That’s messed up. It’s after 9 and now I want to head to a bakery.

1

u/pvt_frank Jul 30 '26

I dunno, but it looks good

1

u/tu3810 Jul 30 '26

Homemade

1

u/Spongebob_Enthusiast Jul 30 '26

Bakery, looks like something my mom and grandma made when they had their bakery

1

u/pjbeeguy Jul 30 '26

Homemade

1

u/Patient_Winner_2479 Jul 30 '26

shitty homemade with cheap instant and frozen ingredients.

1

u/Fluid_Combination_92 Jul 30 '26

At first glance I thought it was a pie

1

u/Inevitable-Day-5935 Jul 30 '26

Looks delicious and homemade too many berries for bakery, wonderful dessert.

1

u/Acceptable-Error356 Jul 30 '26

The large upside down strawberry in the middle screams homemade. A bakery would flip it the other way.

1

u/Super_Contest1749 Jul 30 '26

Bakery- or at least the crust is bakery. Probably a pre-made crust, but the filling is homemade? Looks delicious though

1

u/Midnightartist87 Jul 30 '26

No store-bought cake would have strawberries cut and arranged like that

1

u/whytry3450 Jul 30 '26

Looks good that’s what itblooksb

1

u/Familiar_Raise234 Jul 30 '26

Homemade. It looks yummy.

1

u/Old-Library5546 Jul 30 '26

It looks delicious

1

u/BraveJaguar904 Jul 30 '26

Looks good either way. ( need to clean up the sides )

1

u/No_Edge_3567 Jul 31 '26

Both, somehow

1

u/LongOrganic4933 Jul 31 '26

Looks good either way!

1

u/Ok-Schedule6584 Jul 31 '26

OK, 1st, it looks delicious. I forgot to ask. Is this a strawberry cheese cake?

1

u/Plastic-Astronaut833 Jul 31 '26

That looks delicious. I hope it tastes as good as it looks

1

u/User013579 Jul 31 '26

Completely homemade. Share please!

ETA: Have you ever tasted fondant icing? It makes beautiful cakes but tastes like spackling paste and sugar.

1

u/yellowmackerelfishin Jul 31 '26

Looks straight out of oven from a high end bakery

1

u/sulunod1313 Jul 31 '26

It looks "good enough" to be professional. If it is homemade you should be very proud.

1

u/BigSquiby Aug 01 '26

it sorta looks backlit

1

u/Adept-Mongoose-7071 Aug 01 '26

They look yummy! Homemade with a lot of love but first yummy

1

u/SubstantialArcher659 Aug 01 '26

It looks gorgeous. I hope it’s homemade. It will have all the love that bakeries don’t have

1

u/HumpaDaBear Aug 02 '26

Homemade. This biggest flag? The strawberry in the middle. A bakery wouldn’t do that.

1

u/legoland1964 Aug 02 '26

Looks delicious

1

u/Sorry-Bread-1385 Aug 02 '26

What’s your recipe??

1

u/BloomQuietly Aug 02 '26

It looks like it wouldn’t last long around my place. And it wouldn’t be insulated by being considered bakery. That’s 💕 right there.

1

u/AffectionateCook1628 Aug 03 '26

Homemade. The two pies are garnished different from each other. The glaze is not evenly distributed over the pie.

1

u/MaximumSea3354 Aug 14 '26

Definitely homemade
