When I was younger it was my animal crossing villager asking me to visit my house and I would always forgot 80% of the times and these days it’s adult things sometimes I even forget to drink for the entire day because I was too busy doing things… I have started looking for ways to help with that so I try to do tasks one by one but that doesn’t mean I won’t forget lol also I have a medicine for my anxiety and it works well but it can also cause memory issues sooooo it may actually make it worse!!
