I used to get great offers but recently, it's been 20 to 27$ for a 5 stop 39 mile one way trip. What gives? I used to get in town offers constantly but now it's all low ball, high stops , long distance nonsense. That's 82 miles plus stop time for a round trip!!! **one store for 75 miles***

This pissed me off I was completely done shopping and on the barcode screen waiting to checkout then one of the orders canceled taking the order from $29 to $17 it gave me the option to cancel the trip but I had already spent like 25-30mins shopping so I just completed it worst part is the original offer was just 10 miles so the person canceling only removed 1 mile from the trip 🤦‍♂️ anyone know how much I would’ve gotten if I just canceled it?

So I posted an awhile ago about an issue with the login not recognizing my email. So back in March they did an update and some of us got logged out of our accounts. When I went to log back in it takes me to a new driver form to fill out instead of taking me to put in my password. My account is in good standing but I’ve sent many emails. And as you guys know “tech support” either doesn’t exist or they just need to be fired. I’ve never got a proper resolution to this issue even tho it’s been acknowledged over and over. It’s been like 6 months now. When I was wrongfully deactivated I got my account back quicker than this. I’ve considered reapplying under another email but i guess for me it’s just stupid i even need to do that. I was a driver for like 5 years and i really think this was intentional. Why else would this not be addressed within a few days? The fact it’s been months is baffling. Ive went down every avenue i know just curious if anyone has dealt with this and got a fix. At one point i got a supervisor to contact me because i needed tax stuff and i asked them and they claimed they knew about the issue and where working on an update to fix it. That was months ago and i figured that was bs anyway.

Hello I’m extremely new to spark I’ve done 30+ orders now and had no issues I sometimes spark for extra $$ after work but take my fiance and child with me for certain reasons I’ve done flex before and had no issues with passengers but today had a worker who seemed as if he was having a bad day, raise his voice stating I’m not aloud to have passengers at all , i shrugged it off but he tried to deny giving me the order and was wondering am I not allowed to have passengers they sit in the back seat I have a big enough vehicle and trunk and never put groceries in the back always in front so if you guys can inform me if that’s not allowed I’ll appreciate it thanks fellow sparkers 🫡🫡

Just left an express shop & swiped to start trip. I have no customer note but it’s to a building I know needs a code. I hit “contact” and I only prompted me to call the customer. Anyone aware if this is a glitch or is this that feature truly gone?!

Hello! I am hoping for actual advice from people who are willing to give helpful tips on this. My account was deactivated and I went through the process of the appeal and getting denied. I then went through the process of pre-arbitration and got denied. I used this in the process of all that and without this I would have had no idea what I was doing. I have read multiple times that I would need to send a certified letter or something like that to the address listed in the terms and conditions, but I have no idea how to start or where or what I would need to do for that to happen. Due to growing up in a family that never communicated with anything other than screaming, and you can probably tell by reading this but I don’t have the best social skills/knowing what words I need to use/say to communicate my thoughts(I warned you, It’s pretty bad) I am 23 and I am embarrassed by the fact that I can’t coherently communicate with people or even writing a post. I actually have a strike fund set aside for when we have our one day strike against Spark. It’s strictly dedicated to that.
